@EE please please get some service in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. It’s still unbelievably poor that this town has such poor service from you compared to the other providers.

@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

@EE I pay £14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? £2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

@STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

@EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

@EE @scottyf82 If loyal customers have to beg you to give them a better deal than they can get as a new customer elsewhere, you're doing it wrong. Surely it's cheaper to keep customers than find new ones.
-
Police Inspector Short (retired)

@EE you can assume sales are more important than customer service, one problem solving attempt was offer me extenders/boosters at £10 a month rather than a considering they hadn't sold me what I wanted to begin with and comparable to my last provider who I now wish I hadn't left

@EE Been there, done that and didn't achieve a lot. Now have 2 x bulky socket devices and a cable to sort an issue of WiFi to a TV box 7ft away from the router. Not good. Many hours of calls and chats, have an engineer here in a week, will they resolve it or will my house be at fault

@EE @charles_uk Genuinely what is the point in having X, Facebook etc when your go to is call us? Your customer service is poor at best. Trying to call EE is non existent as it try’s to palm you off with texts and go to website. It’s a shite show since you have been bought by BT.
