  • tyl_ari Tyl’Ari (@tyl_ari) reported from Chellaston, England

@EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

  • gbusby Buzz (@gbusby) reported from Duffield, England

Just ringing up to cancel @EE when you hear how rude their staff are, don’t think they need to ask why I’m cancelling!!!

  • rhysadams Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England

@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

  • gonzbigdaf Rob moore🥩🥩🍺🍺 (@gonzbigdaf) reported from Burton upon Trent, England

Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

  • lordhollins Daniel Hollins (@lordhollins) reported from Hatton, England

@EE If you could provide a reasonable 4G service in LE19 first that would be great.

  • Turner15Gregory Gregory Turner (@Turner15Gregory) reported from Ibstock, England

@EE I am one of your blind customers who has twice now received a text message to indicate that my network settings have been updated. Why am I receiving these text messages?

  • IanJamsie Ian James 🦁 (@IanJamsie) reported from Rocester, England

@STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

  • gaznet Gareth Brown (@gaznet) reported from Swadlincote, England

@EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

  • MatthewON Matthew O'Neill (@MatthewON) reported from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, England

@EE please please get some service in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. It’s still unbelievably poor that this town has such poor service from you compared to the other providers.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • lee_evo1 Ell Emm (@lee_evo1) reported

@EE @MartinSLewis is it true that we can cancel our phone contracts within 30 days of the notice to up phone contracts prices?

  • ItsJamesPowers James 🇬🇧 (@ItsJamesPowers) reported

@EE It's taking time, I simply haven't got, at the moment, I am seriously cursed over phones that is for sure. it never rained but it pours. it's guaranteed this return will clear just as I go into the hospital for my rescheduled procedure. :((

  • gengarwho Ashe Wednesday x (@gengarwho) reported

@jessicakeogh @KeirWillow @EE If you think this is bad; you should see what is happening with my service provider Sonic; Google ‘sonic inflation’ for more info 😞

  • JilishaMW angelabassettdidthething💃🏾 (@JilishaMW) reported

I can't wait to leave @EE they are a special type crooks, so expensive for all the services to be taken away without customer knowledge and the actual service is trash. I'll send letters via pigeon before going back once I leave

  • StevenWharrier Steven Wharrier (@StevenWharrier) reported

@DMawston @EE Yes, that’s exactly what the email said mate. If they were giving their staff in the call centres a bumper 14% pay rise I’d have less complaint, but they’ll rob their customers blind whilst telling workers not to ask for ‘unrealistic’ pay rises. Just a total con.

  • RatherBeCyclin Arturo💙 (@RatherBeCyclin) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE They're all soing this. My service provider buried their announcement way down in small, faint print, also citing cpi. Never realised these big corporates were "consumers" just like us. A dodgy justification - neat way of increasing revenue tho.

  • c74nicky Agent 3-7™ (@c74nicky) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@EE I'll be using my PAC code shortly and going somewhere that actually gives me a signal I can use. Dreadful of late. No help at all for loyal customers, price increases and that's it. Flaming got a nerve.

  • RoofingRob84 carpy robs (@RoofingRob84) reported

@SeanSpe85096058 @EE Wouldn’t mind but I can’t even make calls from my flat coz single so ****!! Have to use wifi call, now paying £104 month till November shocking tbh feel like just canceling the direct debit tbh mate.

  • BPASHLEY1 Barry Ashley (@BPASHLEY1) reported

@JamesAHogg2 @EE Again more greed. Once my contracts are I am strongly considering giving up my phone for good. It’s like the postman. It never brings good news.

  • MarcTierneyNews Cllr 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 (@MarcTierneyNews) reported

@davenash77 @EE @MikeHughes_ The answer is… no. Unless we have significant deflation, nothing is going down.
