    Well after being on @EE since the birth of orange mobile, due to re-occurring net work issues that they cannot resolve iv had to leave @EE and go to @VodafoneUK it’s a sad emotional day 🤓🤓🤓

    @EE why oh why is a simple downgrade so difficult for you…???? A month and two bills down the line and it’s still not right. The one thing I set out to avoid (being overcharged for a product I’ve already paid for) has come to fruition due to too many people dealing with things

    @STAUNT0N @MrPJLinton @EE I always pay for Jeans. Cheap jeans damage your nuts and get wrecked quickly. Cheap jeans are false economy. Phones are essentially identical chip sets across all makes.

    @EE I pay £14 a month for unlimited everything on my mobile because I've been a customer for nearly 10 years. I just got an email saying you're putting prices up 18%!? £2.50 a month increase? What is that? 5 times inflation? How is that remotely reasonable?

    @EE I have added the BT Sport add on and have the large screen add on active on my account but everytime I try to access via non-mobile it tells me I need to upgrade my account. Can you please help? Play extra for nothing at the moment.

    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    Got my new iPhone delivered by @EE yesterday. Very happy with it & service I received when order got temporarily lost in system - free wireless charging kit, thanks! Weirdly main thing I’m impressed with is delivery came in a reused cardboard box. 5 stars EE!

    @EE Yes I upgraded to the sim only offer on Friday last week from my account after I logged in. Wasn’t sure if this is a problem@with my order or if I’m halfway through my billing cycle. Just concerned I have one email telling my one thing and a second telling me another.

    @EE Hopeless service-spent 32 minutes on phone and no answer. Then I used website to order new eSIM for my new phone and filled all the details, and been told that I will be charged £1.50 and then I get an email saying that my replacement SIM card will be in the post!

    @EE Hi Russ, been there done that already. Last time your colleague told me over the phone that as I had a credit on my next bill there was nothing they could do about it. 2 months now with maximum 2 bars of signal because of a "broken" mast...

    @EE help EE just got my upgrade phone put the new sim in the new phone and erased the old one but just realised on your website I needed to activate the new sim but can’t without the old phone and can’t make calls and don’t have an alternative phone, and your chat isn’t working
