@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@EE Yet the signal in our area is awful. Multiple drop-outs. No signal. So more money for an ever decreasing service.

@EE silly question but what’s the 4G/5G like at the Eden project. I’m there on Saturday and need to make sure I’ll have a service.

@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

Which marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

@EE called to talk about my payment plan and got no help what so ever! Very unusual as I normally get exceptional customer service from you.

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

Dearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!

@EE @EmilyRHopwood You could also help the NHS by furloughing your outbound sales staff. Their work is not essential and not impossible to do from home but you’ve still got them travelling to your call centre in the NE and mingling there. Why? Sky and Virgin have furloughed theirs.

@10DowningStreet @EE @BBCNews how can I gift my unused data to support working from home (WFH) education?I am paying for 25 GB of data I am not using as I am WFH. This would be a great and free way to provide free data to those that really need it. Come on Britain we're Great.
