@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!

@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.

The @EE monthly increases of joint account = £24 extra per month. Wasn’t told this when recently entered a new contract. Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving £10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too

Hey, @DPD_UK, your service is the worst I've come across! A 20mile round trip to pick up a phone from @EE Swindon & it's not there as you sent it to the wrong depot! Took 45 mins & 2 phone calls to ascertain that. I will be complaining.

@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it

@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript

@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. can’t even have a conversation with anyone if i’m at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

@66usual I moved from @O2 for exactly this reason. The service just became unusable. I'm now with @EE and the difference is night and day. Coverage virtually everywhere and ridiculously quick 4G/5G in Lichfield. £20 a month for 150GB/ultd calls/texts

Hey @EE, how do I go about reporting poor signal in my area? Coverage maps show, we should be getting excellent 4G inside and outside at our property and surrounding area, but recently we've only been getting 1 bar. Checks by support show no issues, but there's clearly a issue.

@EE Hi Ashley. I've never been spoken to so rudely in person or by telephone. When I called I was only thinking of moving to O2/Virgin, and I'd called to see about having a deal by adding EE broadband to my sim. By the end I was incandescent. Sad that my time with EE ended like this
