BT sometimes had issues but not like EE in the last 6 or so weeks. canโt even have a conversation with anyone if iโm at home using the phone. i want out of my contract. reason being poor quality of product.

Iโve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store Iโve now visited say they canโt do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.

Tried calling and was told to download an app to spend more money which can be used towards my bill, sometimes saving ยฃ10 p/mnth. WTF, EE. Years of loyalty?

At least @EE did all they could best that can be done is re delivery tomorrow not that I have much hope. Honestly DPD is making EE look so bad with the service from yourselves as there chosen provider.
