-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE I’m also quite sure if the complaint is in deadlock they cannot enforce payment by a fixed date, because the company aren’t managing it any longer but it has been escalated.
-
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE Calls are supposed to be kept for a certain amount of time. Not all calls are recorded though, that’s the only issue. But if that one wasn’t recorded it’s your word against theirs because they can’t do the transcript
-
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England@EE @Terywall @AndrewRPines Still not working...
-
Heather Duffin (@RustyBearsMum) reported from East Hagbourne, England@EE Your phone system's not fixed yet. My husband's unable to make or receive calls (as at 13.46 in central London). Help!!
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE If the complaint is in deadlock they cannot discuss it. This probably means the call isn’t on their records. If I were you I’d contact the ombudsmen and explain what happened. Speak to citizens advise too
-
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Didcot, England@EE I’ve just checked my bill the details I have for security match exactly so I really don’t see the issue
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, England@EE im pretty sure when i entered into a contract with you, i pay my money and you provide a service...your wifi has been so crap recently,it gives me good grounds to cancel my payments as your not providing the service i purchased!
-
Dr. Mark Shanahan (@LeapfrogMark) reported from Abingdon, EnglandWhich marketing *** decided that if we're going round to mum and dad for #Christmas we're #guesting? It's a horrible term and it's getting my goat that it's creeping into so many adverts. Until @EE stuck it in their advert I don't think anyone had ever consciously 'guested'.
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@hayleyjane7 @EE So, they gave you a faulty phone, you complained and got a new one, no mention of you returning the faulty one which you recycled and they’re now billing you for? You are entitled to a transcript of the call when you made your complaint, but not the recording of it
-
Matt Rogers (@mattrogers9) reported from Swindon, EnglandFfs @EE why are you so useless. It shouldn’t be difficult to transfer my current SIM card to an esim. I’ve now gone online, phoned up and now had to visit a store of which the first store I’ve now visited say they can’t do it due to your end not working and have to go to another.
-
Neil Pudney (@NeilPudney) reported from Witney, EnglandDearest @EE Any chance of providing a phone service in Witney, OX28? Any chance at all? Now into at least week 2 with nothing, zilch, no signal whatsoever inside or outside our house. Heard a rumour you are aware of an issue, sadly no rumours you are doing anything about it!
-
Hatwell (@Hatwell88) reported from Carterton, EnglandOne of thos times im glad @EE wifi is shockingly **** so i dont have to watch anymore of that horrendous #nffc crap #HughtonOut #EEout
-
Jack (@JackCooper92) reported from Aston, England@zepzepzepzep_ @VOXI_UK @EE Vodafone customer service is shocking but I figure if I go onto a rolling monthly SIM I can change whenever I like 😬
-
Gary Brown (@Gazbrown1981) reported from Harwell, England@EE recently within the last few months switched to EE from BT. Dave (@DEI_Bollard) reported@EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
-
Maluus (@brishank) reported@EE It won't let me in. Says there is an error your trying to fix. I want to report my broadband and WiFi has been down since Tuesday morning and want to know when I can expect a fix.
-
ⓦⓤⓧⓜⓔⓓⓘⓐ (@wuxmedia) reported@EE Hello? Anyone,? I got kids trying to study for a levels and I work remote. Annoyingly useless. Never an issue over ten years with BT here. Seems you take over and just continual issues. Just sort it out I don't want to call anyone just FIX THE ISSUE
-
Sarah-Kimberley (@PlayforthSarah) reported@EE I am sick of this now, WHY CAN I NOT ACCESS MY BROADBAND AND TV ON EE APP? I am more than happy to cancel all my services including phones and tablets as well as tv and broadband unless this is dealt with! Oh let me guess we can not help please call?! No! I would like account
-
Chris (@geordiechris48) reported@kingprawnball @WeAreOpenreach @EE Surely, if it’s an issue from the decision Openreach made, EE can’t be to blame for the slow speeds?
-
Ian Wardell (@ian_wardell) reported@EE I don't understand why EE is assuming I live there already. Obviously, people will often want broadband installed before they actually move in. This surely can't be your policy? Surely they can't be that stupid??
-
Simon Pearce 😈🏒🤘 (@r45her) reported@smith_freddo @EE @tonycarmelo15 The **** app is the main reason I can't wait to leave EE at end of contract
-
RaSHiDa (@ItsOnlyRash) reported@EE I havent got access to any other phones 😫 i cant do it from the EE app either, it's terrible and my WiFi here is crap, too!
-
lee harris (@leeharris85) reported@hrrylolz @EE They constantly lie. I was offered a iPhone 17 pro max on the app telling me I was eligible tried to do it. Told I can’t. 25 years a customer can’t even do a better deal on Apple Music for someone who has 3 lines with them. We’re better off elsewhere!
