    @EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

    @EE at Waverley Station in Edinburgh whenever the phone get the 5G signal there's no internet connection. I must switch back the 4G in order to get online. And this has been annoying! EH1 1BB

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @_BadCougar @EE EE have always had poor Broadband. None of the mobile companies do it well. It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

    Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

    @SarahWatsonxx @EE Yeah it’s pretty annoying. I’ve had to make WiFi calls for work and it’s pretty poor

    @EE Thanks for that. Unfortunately they are unable to help either as the order system us down 😥 keeping fingers crossed it goes to the right address as the last item I ordered was sent to the wrong address 😳

    Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

    @EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

    @Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

    @iMrMcP @EE Neither do I. But that 5G speed is not to bad but I've seen higher. The 5G signal in Edinburgh is only fair next to my place, elsewhere in the city is terrible, tbh

    Trying to watch a 480p video on my iPhone whilst out with 3 bars of 5G and it just won’t play. @EE are beyond **** nowadays they do f**k all work on their network. Pathetic service. Do NOT reply EE. Not interested.

    @EE Lymington staff said no phone account could be opened in my home address unless bank card is registered at my address. Theyre ALLOWING A FRAUDSTER TO USE MY HOME ADDRESS! They wont name the bank so I can call the bank to say Mrs Susan Burne is a fraudster etc! Refused to help

    **** you @ee that's best part of an hour I've wasted trying to view my bills, look at upgrade options - phone & broadband but you website is so shite at loading pages, or not as is the case I'm now exploring other providers options - poor customer service extends to your website

    @EE tried to renew my contract and agreed on a price and the agent is like "don't worry about the contract the pricing is wrong but it's right on my end" ??? Do you think I'm stupid? I've not signed anything and now it's gone through? I've had confirmation emails. Unwind this now

    @djmattye @EE Seems to happen on WiFi and 5g phone calls. Resorting to WhatsApp voice calls which work fine. Issue is definitely with network.

    @EE How can I phone if there is no signal and I don’t have another phone or landline? I don’t know it s a local issue, phone issue or network issue. Thanks for your reply not actually being any help at all. Not a can we have your postcode to check for you?
