    I don’t think anything can irritate my nerves more than intermittent internet connection??!!!! This has been happening for a WEEK NOW. @EE y’all better sort this out, because I’m down to my LAST NERVE.

    @EE Thanks, I've tried that now. It now pings me back to the login page instead of giving me an error, but I can't log in and I don't have a confirmation email either

    Not impressed @EE. Cancelled my swap to your networking within 7 days of my original contract, expected you to take a payment but to have it refunded 14 days later, still no refund and now you have taken another payment. What time is customer services open tomorrow!!!

    @EE Hello, I upgraded my SIM only contract yesterday for my phone and now my iPad won’t connect using its Shared Data SIM. I have tried resetting the iPad. I get a PDP authentication error. Please help.

    @EE The last time I tried, I put in all the info, it asked me to confirm that my email address was correct then redirected me to the login page, with no further message. But, as I say, I've not received an email and logging in doesn't work

    @EE Then you need to say that in the advert as that is misleading saying all NHS workers are entitled to a discount if they are with your network.

    @EE Sorry am turning phone Of I had enough since I Changed phone number Google and EE can't find away to get a payment set up. I have Tried G-pay from 5thmay they want bank Account which I can't do am on lock down because I got chronic brontosaurus. Asthma. And I do not have access

    Just walked into a @EE shop to look at new phone options. Was told sorry "no browsing due to covid"! WTF?! Since when has one of tier two restrictions been "no browsing"? There was only one other person in the shop. Bloody ridiculous
