@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

  • JonStevenson Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

RIP our eetv service from @EE - the simplest, best value TV box out there. Gold star to the marketing t*****r who thought that was a good idea.

@Jambo_Ross @EE Mate I'm gonna do the same. Been with them/orange since the nineties. Recent customer service and issues with them have been incredible given how good they were.

EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • SiWellsy Simon Wells (@SiWellsy) reported

@EE @bellies_ten So when we upgrade we get clobbered?? - sounds fair! As I’ve said before I’ve been a customer of yours since I first got a mobile phone in 2003! Whoever doesn’t introduce roaming charges will have my business! #RoamingCharges

  • rohancjp Rohan (@rohancjp) reported

@EE You knew this was coming and played it down. If this is leading customer service I have yet another reason to ditch you.

  • borislavboca Borislav (@borislavboca) reported

    @EE @Kb19031160 What a load of horse ****. BRAVO!

  • BoscoTann J Tann (@BoscoTann) reported

@EE Dear EE, you don't seem to be responding to messages about roaming charges. Perhaps you should ignore the issue and hope it goes away...

  • mistermrj mrj (@mistermrj) reported

There is no other way to describe @EE decision to reintroduce roaming than a squalid money grabbing exercise. No regulation, laws or extra costs are involved. Exactly what customer service improvements are they planning - pls explain or time for people to exercise consumer choice

  • ParodyForSure Not A Parody? (@ParodyForSure) reported

@EE @MagicBoyUK Hang on! It's your customers fault because they wanted to use the service you provide?

  • OliverGunnell Oliver Gunnell (@OliverGunnell) reported

@tomhfh @EE @ThreeUK Better signal on EE though, even more so in UK rural locations as part of their readiness to take over the Emergency services network.

  • ryantaylorleeds Ryan Taylor (@ryantaylorleeds) reported

@EE been a customer for over 15 years since it was Orange. Won’t be renewing that’s for sure.

  • lucky1369235239 lucky13 (@lucky1369235239) reported

@EE @Heaveysoul Disgraceful move! Hope the customers will choose the right network who will not introduce the roaming charges! As they promised

  • Alyssa79381731 Alyssa (@Alyssa79381731) reported

If the choice is @EE with European roaming charges and another network without, I'll take the other network. I don't think anyone is convinced by the PR excuses they are repeating ad nauseam to explain their cynical u-turn.
