It's not their core business and treat it like a bolt on, as to them it is. You might find tethering onto your phone faster, if you have a signal

Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Jean Morris (@jeannibea) reported@Hepworthclare @EE How dreadful. I'm with ee mobile for network & data only but since BT mobile moved to ee I’ve found Customer Service has dipped. I buy my phones from Apple outright & find it much more cost effective than having a mobile tied into an ee contract. Apple CS is superb. Good luck!
