I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Joao Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@EE Royal Mile (High Street) it's overcrowded due to the festival, as a result, terrible or no internet connection. The 5G coverage does not cover that part of the city and it's been impossible to use internet therefore.

Only when i signed documents guy in shop told that cant deliver to home ( even thats preorder). So much dissapointment. I guess its valid to cancel . As only difference is just i have sim. Also Stu (@stuinweymouth) reported@EE Looked on app. Still has original contract. No sign of new one. I know you have cancelled it. It’s not the first time. I will just cancel it and go elsewhere. The number is not important although can be ported. I have 9 lines and 5 out of contract. Your choice
