I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

They suggested asking a neighbour if I could use their WiFi! New customer experience....

ι¬Όθι¦ OniSuika (@OniSuika) reported@EE Home broadband. Never seen speeds over 3mb/s even through ethernet, and now had a week of random disconnects every hour. The service check on the website hardly ever loads but when it does it reports no problem. Done the classic troubleshoots to death. How does this cost so much?
