@EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Can get connected but signal can be weak across much of the Yorjshire Dlaes & Lakes where we spend most of our time. A new transmitter near our cottage in Chapel Stile made a huge difference to signal availability. You just don't have good enough coverage...

Another day @ee haven’t sorted the problem out locally. I can’t do anything. No data or service signal at all. I have a 6 year old and a parent with disabilities that sends me an alert when help is needed. Those that I’m not getting because of your problem ! Sort it out EE !!!!😡

@EE Here's ludicrous c/o EE Uncle in dementia care. Trying to cancel his broadband for 3 months. EE customer service completely unhelpful, didn't log call. Uncle's home empty. Letters demanding payment just found. They have even asked for a #Gp letter. Don't they know #NHS issues
