@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE Ah yes, i feel very protected with a 14.4% increase in my bills. In line with your policy of customer protection, if inflation halves this year as predicted will my bill come down?
-
Church Girl .
(@GinaChiixa) reported
If there is one thing to be loyal to it’s your mobile network provider. @EE is sending me the Gold iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 GB with unlimited calls , text and data for less than I pay now for the iPhone 12 ( less that £50 p/m) 😶#HappyValentinesDay
-

@EE @CaraLisette What a dreadful answer. Do that to my bill and I am off. When people leave in droves that won’t help will it.
-
Jake Coleman
(@coleman8097) reported
@EE your increasing my monthly bill by almost 20%, daylight robbery. I've been a loyal customer for the past 10 years, this year will be my last, as will it be for many others.
-
Dan cole
(@DannyDannicool) reported
@EE a price increase of 14.4%! Lol in line with inflation plus 3.9% so you feel it necessary to increase your profit way above inflation for what reason? Has your service changed significantly? Not mention the BoEs predicted inflation halving this year. Profiteering *****
-
Dan cole
(@DannyDannicool) reported
@EE Thats not what i asked. I asked if inflation comes down as predicted over the coming year, will my bill come down in line with that? Or are you going to take that additional profit and "invest to protect people"
-
Shel
(@shel_ali) reported
@bt @ee you are havkng a laugh, 14.4% increase because of inflation, what about cost of living crisis and the fact that when your services are down ot distrupted you don't give us money back or cut the bill. You all are fat greedy bastards
-
Xyzzys
(@Xyzzys10) reported
@EE is there a reason why my mobile data is being so slow? It’s been like this for at least a week. My signal is always at its max too. Would appreciate knowing what’s affecting it so much
-
Tom Kelly

@nikkip1988 @EE £70 a month on a phone contract is not an easy life. I've never seen/heard of SIM-only deals that low tbf.
