@EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

@EE When are you going to sort Pay as You Go account issues we have been having for 2 weeks or more, ie accounts show no data, minutes, text etc nothing. Simply not good enough....
