    @EE please help. Someone was here fitting my wifi at 2pm. He went outside to check the box for 5 mins and he has VANISHED. I'm so confused? What's going on? It's been 2 hrs and I think he just drove off. Your website is also down. Need wifi to work Thursday so pls sort this

    @EE @nick_pope You are penalised for loyalty. Service providers will always try everything to keep you, but it will often be once you’ve made the decision to move. I had no less than. 5 calls from @virginmedia when I cancelled my contract. That. Ship. Sailed!

    Customer Loyalty definitely isn't a thing anymore @EE. Called them this afternoon and couldn't price match on an upgrade. Once my other contract is up I'll definitely be moving it

    @EE I know this is a longshot, but a customer service agent called Ryan, I spoke with him today and he was absolutely top drawer. Helped me out massively and I think he deserves a raise 👍
