@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

@EE Just crying in frustration at having to input a stupid uppercase lowercase digit password for the thousandth time to watch any channel after changing to your TV package. Not to mention U can’t connect to Wifi on desktop. Zero help. Wtaf? We’re not all tech savvy. I’m 66 ffs.

@EE Mobile number 07956 665505. This SIM is dead! This number no longer exists. Please cancel the subscription. I am writing to my bank to tell them you are refusing to help. I will ask them to block EE. I have no alternative! EE never again!! 10 years with you!
