@EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

@EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

@EE we're at Staining Rd, Blackpool FY3 0AX and had great signal and connection yesterday and the day before. Today is terrible. Is there an issue with the network? My phone is showing 5g with at least half the signal bar full. Both mine and my son's connection is terrible.

@EE you’re always receiving a very high number of calls. Can you stop lying. And can you stop making the woman interrupt the music, it’s makes the customer think someone is attending to them. Just let the music play until someone is available. Don’t be annoying.

do you know what @EE you can charge me absoloute outrageous amounts for using a tiny bit more data than i’m contracted to (even though i have a block lol). Your network can’t even stay stable for a full week, and i’ve never got a penny of compensation. not funny haha funny weird.
