    @EE Hello, I upgraded my Apple Watch from a series 4 to a 6 and it’s still shows the 4 on my account / app. It’s nots a major issue just an annoyance.

    @EE why is it I get an upgrade rate from you for S20 5G network unlimited data at £84. Been with you a long time, was with Tmobile then transferred to EE. Yet as a new customer I can get the same deal same phone for £50 a month?

    And the @EE broadband is down again for the 5th time this week. Had nothing but trouble with @EE ever since we joined them. As soon as the contract is up we’re switching to a better provider. Why is your service so terrible? At Christmas too, this isn’t what we need right now! 😡

    @EE Every single week it goes off without fail. Sometimes it’s for an hour or so, others it’s days. Paying good money for a service that doesn’t work properly. Disgusting.

    @EE why are we suffering more outages in Kingsbridge, South Devon? This is intolerable. Two days running now, yesterday 19th Sep and now again today. Have I really got to go and buy an O2 pay as you go SIM. We've had up to 5 days outage and other random days from May.

    Hi @EE I turned to Twitter a cpl of months ago to ask for help with my router which had stopped broadcasting a Wifi signal. I temporarily sorted it by changing the broadcast name & to dual channel . I really don’t want to go through troubleshooting on phone & it’s now dead. Help

    @EE Been having numerous dropped phone calls for months now, got told my tech support it was a SIM card issue, replaced the SIM card and the issue is still ongoing. What am I paying for if I can’t make phone calls?

    @utdelites @EE They’re overpriced because they have the best coverage/speeds in the country to the point the second best is closer to the worst than they are to EE Despite this it’s still hard to justify their extortionate prices during a cost of living crisis

    wow, new @EE app is nice but impossibly slow. i'm tolerant of design changes / improvements but not at the cost of performance
