Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

Now there is i refuse to accept the phone back so I cant be blamed for anymore I cant do an insurancd claim because ive not damaged it and it'd be fraud! It's still happening, it's still terrible, and I'm still waiting until the 27th for a fix, after I was lied to about the last "fix" other week.
