And you have 60 seconds. When you’re in a queue at @SubwayUK becuase their app has logged you out for no reason. 🙄

Cate Hart (@CateTyduCymru) reported@EE I’ve done that, they opened a case, heard nothing since and internet been on and off since. I rely on the WiFi calling to talk to my oncologist each week. I pay over £30 per month for a service which doesn’t deliver. Got better service from BT copper wire!!!!!!!

Just over an hour later, I received 2 emails one saying that my order was on the way and another saying that it has been delivered when it obviously has not.
