You use AI Bots and close down technical support at 8pm. Frustration is not a strong enough term. I will be picking this up again later today.

Never get what I was promised constantly resetting my router,going through fault check . 2nd router plus engineer visit still the same had a tits full. Logging in to the app is not possible because NO ONE can text me and they require to text my phone a one time only passcode. So if they have network issues you are cut off from getting in touch with them.
