    @EE credit where it’s due...phone stolen so middle of night spoke to a EE super helpful and advised fully next steps- went to Doncaster EE store, saw Emily, and again customer service excellent 5* EE 5*

    @EE That would be an additional technical challenge as I’ve never cast anything from my mobile device previously. Mobile app works, changed the password, had the confirmation from EE and BT regarding the subscription upgrade but still won’t let me login.

    @EE wow EE really know how to make it easy for customers, can’t get on webchat then website stops working and also offering me ‘deals’ which are loads cheaper with other companies.... wanted to sort my broadband with you as well 👎🏻knows how to send a customer elsewhere

    @Minnieatsea @EE @BarraIsland Phill the police officer mentioned that there’s a bit of kit he is supposed to use but can’t. Also poses a danger to folk needing ambulance. Allot of people got rid of their land lines when the signal worked. Now how do they call the ambulance etc

    @KennethJMacLean @EE @BarraIsland But I think we're at the take this to the ombudsman or national press etc stage because there's very little that can be done from the customer services end by the sounds of things.

    @MarcAllera instead of complaining to @EE Customer services I’m complaining to you. After being on the phone over 2 1/2 hours and still not resolving my issue you need to employ more staff to answer the phone. Maybe you should pay take a pay cut of the millions you get paid. Poor

    @MarcAllera @EE @Ofcom You should employ more people instead of getting paid millions. Your customer service take over an hour to answer the phone. Is this your target. My issue is still not resolved. Your customer services are rubbish. Employ more staff and maybe take a pay cut?

    @Minnieatsea @EE @BarraIsland So are they actually doing something? Been trying to gather data from Citizens Advice Scotland on instances of people being santioned/suspended due to late tax returns or benefits issues caused by the lack of signal. (know of 3-4 my self) Basically should I continue or just wait?
