  @EE Hi, can you please confirm why your service for vulnerable customers is so bad. My elderly mother in law, recently discharged from hospital and lives alone, has been waiting for two days for an engineer, and your customer service team cannot seem to confirm a date for this.

  I'm not saying that @EE are absolute ****. I'm just saying that I live in a tiny, one bed flat, and the router in my lounge can't fart enough WiFi signal to reach through one room and hit my bedroom!

  @EE As a business I should receive my bills, the app doesn’t work nor can I download these online. I have to call to receive my bills - this is very poor service if you cannot even give business customer their bills. Hopeless customer service based in India -no manners
