EE Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • nigelwalsh Nigel Walsh 🙌🏻 (@nigelwalsh) reported

@jmthibs @EE Even that’s a poor metric as doesn’t focus on the outcome for a successful customer experience

  • BSaundersSport Ben Saunders (@BSaundersSport) reported

@EE WiFi either doesn't connect, in the case of @Oxford_Tube, or it does connect but doesn't work to any decent level, as in the case of @GWRHelp. It's 2022. People stream, people listen to music, kids watch YouTube and let wifi on longish journeys is still woefully inadequate.

  • pochard11 jane archer (@pochard11) reported

@EE I used the app to set up a recurring top up. I'm guessing my top up issues are part of a strategy to nudge (or force?) customers to do this.

  • kahudsong khudson (@kahudsong) reported

@EE I would like to make a complaint about an awful experience with your sales team. But it seems impossible to find a number to call someone on.

  • ayo_LFC Seun Fawole (@ayo_LFC) reported

I am really disappointed with @EE Your network is really poor and it supposedly has "5G"

  • nigelwalsh Nigel Walsh 🙌🏻 (@nigelwalsh) reported

@consultilands @EE Im not getting into that debate.. Heres a 3,000 GBP report on your house you are about to buy. Theres an issue here. Oh sorry, we got it wrong, but we wont accept any liability.. tough!

  • ChrisGGarrod Chris Garrod (@ChrisGGarrod) reported

    @nigelwalsh @EE I note - just one "complaint"... 🙄

  • njmcode Neil M (@njmcode) reported from Greenisland, Northern Ireland

@EE I was called the next day to say that the engineer had an 'access issue', which I'm afraid must be false - we were present all day and even had other tradesmen come and go. Now I can't get online til Thursday which is affecting my work schedule.

  • nicolajharvey Nicola (@nicolajharvey) reported

@EE yesterday, I praised your customer service operator, George, for being understanding. I’m afraid I am now extremely disappointed. Have been sent from one person to another and now discover the department I d is shut. Very disappointing to have a vulnerable customer missold

  • BangkokRam Chris Parker 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇹🇭🚵‍♀️ (@BangkokRam) reported

Daughters Mob contract is up for renewal. @EE are so out of touch with what I need, I want a good sim only deal that is monthly & won’t increase every year and can be used in the EU at no extra charge. EE can’t tick any boxes so after 34yr as a customer it’s time to go elsewhere.
