We are leaving @EE even though their staff member Scarlett has been amazing their broadband is rubbish nothing but issues since November!!

@EE Thanks, I'd rather not have to change but not offering a landline service is a bit crap on your part (no offence). I'm not willing to pay mobile phone prices for all my calls, unless EE are willing to donate a phone and pay the bill for life? @MarcAllera

Hooray! 16working days..... And Twitter comments later.... @EE finally unlocked my phone!! They did waive the unlocking fee and apologise for the delay, but I will never buy an EE locked phone again.
