@haIloweenlady @EE Their offers have always been poor. Best thing I did was move away from them. Expensive contracts for **** data, phone & text amounts. Got a brand new phone no up front costs with better plans & storage upgrade and it was £30 less than what EE could offer!

@Ofcom OK, but what about nos such as 08435506983 - reported as a scam to @EE after causing very high charges to an elderly relatives bill. The high part of this bill is the "Service Charge" to be paid to the operator of that number. 1/2

my @ee broadband has been running very slow and cutting off for 5 days now .... I've done a reset and power on/off three times ... can't access my account or anyone by phone and the person who I was DM'ing with has disappeared. Apart from contacting another provider ... thoughts?
