    @EE your customer service is awful. Our broadband is down and you say you cant fix it til the 28th of August. When i ask what the problem is noone seems to know and blames openreach

    @EE 6 Weeks attempting to get broadband and TV services restored following the service being mistakenly disconnected by BT/EE. Spoken to approx 16 advisors and still no resolve regardless of promises. User is 92 years old and the TV is key, really poor service I’m sorry to say.
