    @EE Wow £2070 tco that’s what people should really look and when suppliers say free it isn’t actually free it’s built into the price maybe with a lower cost but nothing is free you should all know that by now. Any EEs network is good but expensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

    @EE What is happening at NP26 3AZ? My neighbours have EE broadband working. We havent had it since Tues 9am. The status checker says there is a problem which should be resolved in 16 hours. And then it is not. Please tell me what the issue is? Is a mast down?

    @EE People would be happier if you cancelled the 10% increase in their bills… profit before customers never a good thing.. just think that 10 increase will decrease your customers by 10% when their contract ends..

    Weeklong hassle with mobile phone porting, PACing which went badly wrong. I have to say that the EE Twitter team were fantastic .@EE I can’t thank them enough . Getting good customer service these days is like finding an oasis in the desert. .@DVLAgovuk is the opposite.
