My god, the @EE help section is useless. I'm looking to register a 4GEE Wifi portable router to an existing account and tried various searches but nothing like it comes up. 'register 4gee wifi mobile router' = one result: 'How do I use WiFi calling?'

@EE I can’t believe the situation you’re leaving my disabled partner in. Old sim cancelled, new sim lost. He can’t work or make emergency calls and all he gets is excuses. Customer service non existent. Don’t use EE!

@EE hey, I’m abroad in the EU and have roaming as one of my smart add ons. However I am unable to make calls. Every time I try to call someone in the UK it cuts out before ringing. I tried to call EE customer services and facing the same problem. Can you please help?

@EE I don't think so, the computer shows as having a weak connection when connected to the booster. I managed to disconnect and had the PC forget the network then reconnect and it connected to the router at full strength but this was only temporary.

@EE Hi, are we network selection limited when roaming in Spain? Can connect to Movistar and YOIGO with no problems, but can’t get any service with Orange or Vodafone. Thanks.
