So sad to have to leave @EE today. I phoned & asked if I could have a SIM only deal as my contract has ended & keep EU roaming. Advised that I cannot. Now an @O2 customer & the sigh that the @EE employee gave as I told him as to why was heart wrenching. What are you doing EE?

I swear @EE are crooks, I was connected to wifi for 98% of my time working in Qatar and they've charged me an extra £90 for data lmao 10+ years as a customer with zero issues and I've been told nothing can be done.

@EE after waiting months and months for broadband fitting into my holiday home you now tell me this won’t happen due to BT Costs. I have 11 contracts with EE. If my order for broadband doesn’t go through I will cancel each one when they due to expire. Over £8k yearly
