@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

Anyone else fed up of @EE got ripped off in my last upgrade, been in twice recently to try n upgrade another line and their systems are down. Might it be time to change my provider? Anyone suggest a good one?

@bearsuccessuk @EE I haven’t managed to speak to anyone yet. Waited ages on the phone for it to cut out before getting through, had no response in 2 days on here and I can’t find any live chat on their website

@bt_uk and @EE are two of the most dishonest companies I ever had to deal with. Agents mis-selling products, lying and then charging clients for services they never wanted. I have been in a mess with these two for two months now. Absolutely mind-blowing!

@EE I just ordered a new phone yesterday — was assured of delivery today. DPD now says Monday. No way to change my address or cancel or anything! This is just such horrid service. I am appalled.

@Google, @EE just got the Pixel 6 for my partner and we are so disappointed. Who thought it was a good idea to create new "charging hurdles" for customers. It's been a frustrating 24 hrs and we are currently trying to return the handset. Terrible change management.
