    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE Well, it's been 8 weeks now and 3 missed appointments by @BTOpenreach1 - never thought it would be this difficult. Still not connected but now I have an account handler which I suppose is a step forward. Next review in the 9th week.

    @EE Well after reporting a BB problem in September it’s still not resolved. We are now without a working BB or phone line. EE say this is BT’s problem (same company) regardless of whose problem out contract is with EE. Despite emails I have not had a response. @Ofcom

    @EE Router! 3 of them- two engineers from yourselves two from open reach have been out!! same problems persist an can no longer work with your broadband…router constantly dropping speeds causing router/s to reboot almost every hour, happy to say I’ve already left 👍🏼

    @EE What's going on with your Signal just later, past few months have been terrible..I'm Sim only and never had this hassle when I had a Phone and sim with you..Am I being penalised somewhere with rubbish service?

    The @ee website has basic security with no 2FA option for logins. Be careful!! @ee and he phone companies need to be much more secure, all I got was an apology - but luckily no damage was done!

    @EE Basically you power on and the signal light goes red. Claiming not enough signal strength...but the old device worked fine, other devices work fine and yet this one doesn't. After so long this should be replaced with something that actually works.
