@EE Hi, yes I’m the account holder, I was on with your online chat team and they said it was a server error but clearly not the case as I still cannot logon. Been with EE less than two months and it’s the worst experience of any mobile provider, even Three, that’s saying something

@neon_rainbows85 @EE Thanks for your advise but unfortunately it doesn't seem to work in some areas, it's supposed to reconnected to the nearest mast but doesn't help if their masts are only kicking out rubbish 4g

Day 76 of #PhoneGate Still no further response from @SamsungUK on the error report. I finally have a deadlock letter from @EE I have filed a complaint with @OmbudServices but this can take up to 3-4 weeks to resolve either way until then I am stuck in purgatory with no escape.

@EE issues trying to make calls all day. WiFi calling also not working. No communication to advise service is down yet there are news reports of large outages. Any help would be appreciated
