    @mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

    @EE You people charged £4 me for calling your customer service number💀😭are you serious?!? I called that number to pay for my mum's bill, you didn't pick up and yet you charged me anyway. I want that money to be taken off my bill.

    @EE @Matthewhewitt84 I am having this same issue. Resetting network settings seems a bit extreme as I'm pretty sure I would lose all of my wifi passwords...any other fix?

    @EE Since two days, my net is disconnecting and I am unable to make calls using my EE phone? Are you having issues in Harrow, London? Can you give me an idea when will you be up? When can I use my phone and internet?

    @EE your customer support is shocking. For the 3rd month in a row I’ve had a randomly large amount of mobile data disappear from my account on the day it renews. Your live chat is crap, and your wait times are unacceptable for anybody that actually has anything to do. Any help?

    @EE a 10% price increase on my monthly plan? That’s daylight robbery! What exactly are you doing to improve the service to justify such a steep increase? Thinking about telling you to stick your contract to be honest. Absolute joke.

    So thats @EE piling on to the cost of living crisis for everyone. Increasing their bills by nearly 10% from April due to our useless government doing nothing to help arrest the out of control inflation meaning a CPI+3.9% equates to a 10% increase for everyone #whatajoke
