@mk1plumbing18 @morrishgp @SkyHelpTeam @bt_uk @EE @virginmedia Honestly I’d say the worst company Iv ever had the displeasure of dealing with but in all fairness it’s a good price and I get good speeds with minimal issues but the setting up was like pulling hens teeth

@EE Yes fully reset the router few times when it happened and also when I was told to do it last time. Last night did full reset after the 2nd drop out and well then was stable since. (No Monitoring emails to say nets gone down)

@EE 34 days i order my ultra watch , and have recieved nothing yet money was taken in seconds on pre order , still waiting ,is to late to cancel the order , i dont really wanted anymore i can get less than 24 horas in john lewis

@EE is this the best you can do? I think the agent was trying to explain that if you run out of Data. So are unable to send and receive imessages without WiFi Then the message is converted into an MMS message and sent over the network. This is where charges are added for MMS,

@EE I asked the support agent's supervisor to send it to me in writing that this an error on EE's side and she refused. Kudos for the so called customer service. Atrocious support is what it is
