    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE ‘s Customer Service is the worst I’ve experienced for ANY company. How can you send email and text confirmation of something and then say it never happened? And then the person on chat told me not to take any stress?!! What do you mean?

    @EE hi I've gone through you're customer service line where I was told i would receive a text message and then a network diagnostic. Neither which has come. That was 45 minutes ago. My mobile data isn't it working can someone please help.

    @EE 20 year customer. Upgraded online in Feb, now to be told, the upgrade doesn't actually start til 21st of this month so now stung for the old monthly cost with the horrific 14% increase!!!!

    @EE is so annoying. Signed me up for a contract without letting me understand the full conditions. Is that not a rip-off? Can't upgrade after 6 months and other people I told about EE cab upgrade. BS network

    @EE I'm actually a Plusnet customer and we've been down this route before. It doesn't work. I don't think it worked even when I was an EE customer. In any case, what's the point if I'm out of WiFi range, in the garden perhaps? Back to square one!
