    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

    @Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 That's not a bad plan. I have 2 SIMs because I live in an area with poor coverage. Giffgaff is amazing value if you buy a phone. And I get really cheap mobile coverage with my broadband from EE.

    @EE are genuinely a joke, negotiated a deal, ordered a new phone, gets delayed 2/3 times, they then say my order is stuck in the system and they can cancel and re-order but won’t give me the deal we agreed on. Fantastic 😴

    @EE mobile wifi connection has been unstable for the past 2 weeks. We have been reporting it for the past year without any real solution or fix yo the problem around the area. @Ofcom EE is really the worst provider I have ever encountered

    Wow! Stunned that after 16 years of being a customer of theirs, @EE can't find me a deal that makes me want to stay with them! @O2 can offer more data, 5G and EU roaming for £5 a month less....

    @Lego_Scientist @EE @O2 I really rate EE though. Such good service, so friendly, so helpful. And I really need their smart WiFi where I live now. Although I'm talking about broadband and SIM only, no phone contract.
