@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE I received a new mobile from you on the 25th of January and was expecting a returns pack to trade in my old phone, but still haven't gotten one yet. I dont want to be charged for not sending in the phone due to this, is there anything you can do to help ?

@EniCoreBlimey @EE Exactly I ordered a new bb router back in December and it’s still never arrived. When other companies join them by increasing their bills it won’t be just a £2 a month increase for families that are struggling

@_artbynature @SamsungUK @EE We haven’t had a tv for almost two months and only have one tv in the house. Lock down and two young children! Absolutely raging.
