@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE I’m now in the UK so there is no need for the roaming service. While in Greece the issue remained unsolved for two weeks which is poor EE service. I've been told the problem was with the Greek provider, that sounds a useful excuse: I'm a EE customer, so it is for EE to resolve.

It's an odd hill to die on, but I will never, EVER, understand how in 2022 you can travel from the second-largest city in the UK, to the capital city, and NOT have a mobile signal or reliable wifi on the train. @AvantiWestCoast @EE Truly 👏 Terrible 👏 Mobile 👏 Signal👏

@EE Yeah due a new phone , but you can’t even price match virgin on a iPhone 13 pro contract , for a customer with 3 active lines at present as well as 2 PS5’s this last contract period ! Where’s the reward to loyal customers ? Pathetic behaviour from the “ UK’s biggest network “

Dear @EE ... as a long term customer of yours, I was somewhat frustrated today to receive a THIRD phone call in a week from your 0191 sales number. I immediately pointed out I asked for them to be stopped, got a muttered sorry and was hung up on. Not exactly the right approach!

@EE being trying to contact you since 11:00 am this morning. Website, Messenger, landline & Twitter. I’ve no Network = no calls/texts. 10 years loyal to EE means nothing in 2022. Hugely disappointing
