@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@VillanAston @EE For any time from 20/07, we'll of course be happy to offer compensation, as that's a result of issues with our network. Regardless of where you bought the phone from, we simply uphold the warranty of the manufacturer. For some, it's 24 months. in this case, it's 12. - Rory

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE I tell you this I know my warranty with you is longer than 24 months. I brought the phone from you not apple. I know my consumer rights. I do t expert a phone of this value to last 12months. Funny how that. I have issues for months. Whay happening with my complaint?

iD Mobile
(@iD_Mobile_UK) reported
@VillanAston @EE Our network covers 99.8% of the UK outdoor population, so it doesn't make sense that you'd be having so many issues everywhere you go; we're just trying to find where the fault lies. If you can borrow a friend's phone quickly for the sake of the test, that'd be helpful. - Rory

@iD_Mobile_UK @EE I have reset my network setting over five times. Still the same issues. New sim card still the same issues.

iD Mobile
(@iD_Mobile_UK) reported
@VillanAston @EE Hi Alexander, the network issue only arose on 20/07. Before that, we hadn't detected any issues in your area. Our coverage checker suggests limited service indoors here, though. Apple only offers a 12-month warranty, sadly. Have you tried performing a network reset? - Rory
