@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE And I am telling you they weren't agreed to because I never alow cookies, so why did you pass my number on regardless. I can prove I don't allow cookies because I screenshotted it at the time. I always do this.

@EE When will watch plans support QR codes all this is is artificial restriction by EE to prevent users from buying any other watch that isn't a Samsung pixel or a apple watch how sad is that there are tons of nice watches but we can't use them cuz EE is being funny

Requested a PAC code for @EE today, happy to pay to escape last month of contract as the service is unusable in Shrewsbury and other parts of north Shropshire at the moment. Other users saying the same.

@EE any trouble in the OL6 area, had very poor signal for 3 days. I usually get about 80mbs/s on 4G but at the moment it’s 5 and latency is poor.

@EE Why is there are 20 minute queue to get through to technical support? It's not acceptable from a company that was once leading the way in customer service. Hire more staff.
