@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

After years with @EE their constant failure this year to resolve an issue I was having I have left and joined @ThreeUK I may lose some coverage in parts of the country but what good was coverage when my calls wouldn’t come through to me!

PS Yesterday I couldn’t get an eSIM from a large @ee store because their passport-scanning system was broken 🤨 (another example of ID overkill). But a second store then told me they don’t provide them for PAYG customers anyway 🤬

@EE Hi, she's still having no luck getting it sorted and still can't make or receive calls, and now she's having issues with her texts as well, she's asked if I can see if I can get someone to email her but don't know where or who I'd talk to
