    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @EE what is with the broadband outage? I’m at my partners flat, I can’t do anything as his internet has been playing up the last 2 days and I’m just sat here. Internet isn’t working at all so no TV either… What is going on?

    If @EE help bots are anything to go by, the takeover by AI overlords is not imminent….. so useless I gave up. Impossible to get round the phone system either. Just mulling if I have the energy to keep trying - my question could be answered so easily

    @EE It took till I cancelled to be told there was a £24 deal, cheaper than the £64 I was paying. I was told I had been paying over the odds for a long time, as I should have had loyalty offers as a longstanding BT/EE customer. Not offered any refund!
