    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE when is EE going to make a official announcement about the issue with the discount code please. The code that had no expiry but contracts state 6 months. I’m sure you know he one.

    @EE @AK_B100 If it’s the same issue as me, I’m unable to call anyone as it’s said “no service” for the past two days. My broadband is fine so I can use my wifi for internet and texting but my phone is useless outside. It’s been like this for the past two days now.

    @EE Thanks for your response, it's for fixed broadband. Luckily it was restored 2 hrs later, but it's ridiculous that I have no internet for so long and cannot speak to anyone about it. Is there anywhere online I can check if service is down in my area, and how long til it's fixed?

    @tower_cell @EE O2 is even worse. Spectrum and data speeds are terrible. Two main contenders in the south west are either EE or Vodafone tbf. Vodafone have better mast density in Exeter just not in the bit I live.

    @EE I’ve not used my phone outside for over a year due to Pandemic, I think the decent thing a company I’ve been with25 years, after you took over Orange, would be, to allow people to downgrade to a fairer Deal, your Policy, and customer care, is disgusting, give current climate

    So @EE put insurance on a customers account without their permission, can't prove it because they don't have the call yet rule against you ? Your loss 300 quid a month and 2 advisors couldn't care less or listen to the customer #disgustingcustomerservice
