    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE you can assume sales are more important than customer service, one problem solving attempt was offer me extenders/boosters at £10 a month rather than a considering they hadn't sold me what I wanted to begin with and comparable to my last provider who I now wish I hadn't left

    @EE @russtxy This isn't jusr a loss of signal for a phone call or WhatsApp, its card payment machines & its been going on for months.

    @scottspeig @Andy_1098 @EE I signed up woth spusu when my 3 contract expired a few months ago. Saving £20 a month. Key will be when I need roaming, that was issue with 3, said you could buy roaming for 7 days, twice I bought it and it didn't work! EE previously were excellent.

    @EE Hey @ee your helpline can’t help me! Apparently you’ve had a known log in issue since 18th December and he genuinely couldn’t tell me when I’ll be able to log into my account, sending me a link to your complaints form instead. Terrible service.

    @EE Hi, my EE broadband hub is stuck flashing yellow. I’ve power-cycled it for 10 minutes, checked all cables, and it won’t reach solid green. No devices can connect. It’s been flashing yellow for nearly an hour, and has been broken since this morning
