    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE Been with you for a good number of years and had no issues but in space of the pandemic and now you've increased the price and now this time a 14% increase. I feel like it's time to move onto another mobile provider.

    @Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

    @Daydream_1984 @EE Never noticed EE on this thread, I am with them as well...but I think it's an Amazon fault, my non Amazon device's are working fine...unless it's something between EE and Amazon? Mine was off...on...off...and now on again.

    @sarahshillaker @EE I think it might actually be more complex than that. Perhaps a DNS issue with EE connecting to the hosting service of Alexa and other services, as they aren’t down for every network.

    @EE Yes, but I wanted to use a means to get better 4G 5G within the home when wifi is not working or slow due to too many devices.

    @EE Zoom not working. Amazon Firestick not working. Can get BBC iplayer and Netflix on my tablet as well as Spotify, but had to cancel three online tutorials I was scheduled to give. Not happy...
