    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

    @EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

    @bt_uk @EE @Plusnet BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met

    @EE ordered Tues 5th, shipped Thurs 7th - STILL not arrived! IF i had actually lost, and needed to replace phone, i would not have had any service for 10 DAYS. For something that could be sent via email/added to customer portal, this is ridiculous!

    @EE hello guys, is it normal for you guys to text a customer to confirm their address via link to avoid extra charges? ive not clicked on the link but this has me thinking its a scam just wanted to be sure?
