@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Actually no. There seems to be a communication problem with openreach. But also it seems your staff members aren't fully trained on your system as I did have a staff member tell me it was definitely happening in the 3rd. I will be registering a formal complaint.

Report your lost phone as soon as possible say @EE - and so far 20 mins on their line waiting for someone to reply. They have the worst choice of music as well. Wondering what day 'as soon as possible' will turn out to be. They should pay their staff more and recruit more.

@EE All these folk having issues, I've been with EE for 4/5 years & never had a problem even now with 5G ! previously with vodafone = shite ! Work phone on @ThreeUK = shite !

@EE is there an issue with Ur app, it's not allowing me to log in, I'm away on hols and need to transfer data to my wife's phone, it was the same before I left the UK, can u confirm if there is an app issue
