@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE Today's call to cc was advised as I had got one security question wrong to down load app and do it through there nope nothing there. I am a vunerable person bought a new ipad as mine had died during process of taking old sim out to new I lost it eyes not good. Help

@EE I bought new ipad lost sim when trying to transfer to new tablet. Have spoken to 4 yes 4 people they cannot help as I failed 1 security question ie when did I take the contract out... Its not shown on paperwork hit it wrong so can't help next call go in app online.. Nothing

@EE all I want is a replacement sim which I was told was being sent. None arrived been chasing up with no success.. So far spoke the 4 people 3 cc one online was told to use app... Nothing there to obtain replacement sim.. Terrible waste of staff time.I lost Orginal one.

@EE hi , I not so long ago added a an Xbox controller to my account as an accessory , it’s now decided it wants to keep shutting off every 10-15mins and I have to take the batteries out and put them bk in to work , any help ?

What is the point in me having a phone when I can’t access my network or the internet ever? @EE what is going on with the crap signal? I’ve had one bar for the last three days?!
