@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

  • JonStevenson Jon Stevenson (@JonStevenson) reported from Aberdour, Scotland

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

  • KevinBubba KEVP🍀 (@KevinBubba) reported from Leven, Scotland

@EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

@Call_me_crazzzy @charlessecure @EE Hiya I’m not with EE but I was wondering if or how I could share this on my Facebook page as I know a few of my friends are on the network.

  • c_j_d Clare Daněk (@c_j_d) reported

@drkierachapman @EE There are a couple of financial schemes similar to Tell Us Once, but EE is outside these. More annoyed by the awful hold music than anything… complaints have been made.

@EE hi, placed 2 upgrade orders online this morning within 5 mins of each other. One has dispatched, but the order tracking on the EE site doesn't work for the second. Could you check it has gone through OK please?

  • mejpearson Mary Pearson (@mejpearson) reported

@drkierachapman @c_j_d @EE Tell Me Once is very helpful, apparently there is another one for banks (which is found out about afterwards). But anyone who holds data should absolutely be part of a Tell Me Once website. It would help so much at the worst time of people’s lives.

  • c_j_d Clare Daněk (@c_j_d) reported

@knittyphd @EE That’s exactly the problem - navigating their abysmal user-unfriendly phone tree. Needs a separate dedicated number. You’d think a company doling out phone numbers could manage that, right?!
