@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE why has the signal dropped on phone service? It keeps telling me the service provider has turned off the signal which we weren't warned about

@EE The might be there but not helpfull at all. We are 3 years 5 months EE customer but all we got is disrupted internet provision, sold higher value connection and when we are leaving country and want to cancel it we are levied with hefty charges not there in PCI

@XboxP3 @EE What a wasted opportunity. Wrong company for cloud streaming. Overpriced data plans where as other network providers offer far more reliable 5G infrastructure at lower prices. Clearly shows Microsoft don't understand the UK network providers.

When we shift to a new property we faced the similar issue and we’re told to go for a higher package. We were so fed up with those services and we’re almost certain to discontinue the services but then EE engineer told us new broadband will work. @EE @CitizensAdvice

@CrazyJuan77 @EE Point is we're not all crazy Sony fanboys. I've genuinely had a really bad experience with EE. To be fair it's cheap so you get what you pay for I guess.

@CrazyJuan77 @EE I live in an EE service area but the signal is awful even though the map says it should be good. I believe they only support a specific frequency for 4G? I've never looked into it though. How could I prove this without revealing personal info though?
