    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    @EE Got new contract phone but realized don't need new phone so wanting to return phone and cancel contract.

    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @BeresfordJane @EE So true. I cycled across Cambodia 🇰🇭 about 10 years ago and had seamless mobile phone signal all the way. I work in a hospital and have no signal at all in the area I work and the WiFi is 🩲 too.

    @EE what's the point of me paying for a roaming pass abroad if I'm unable to make or receive calls? I knew you would let me down!

    @EE I waited 25 minutes and when I made staff aware that I was there at 15 minutes past my appointment time, they said basically “so what”. I had to wait in the queue like anyone else. There was only one person in the shop and they did not even go into the office and ask for support

    Hi @EE I called your customer services as advised and you charged me £35 and didn’t sort my issues !! Many thanks EE……… for robbing and not supporting me

    Oh FFS. Had my new @SamsungMobile S22+ for one week and it's faulty. Speakers are all crackly and you can hear next to nothing. @EE How do I go about replacing? After a brief google search it seems to be a fairly common problem

    @EE forever delivering awful customer service… tell me they’ll call me back and don’t. Then ignore multiple emails. Only been with them 9 years.

    @EE .....no signal on any of our EE devices in EH post code area, is there some sort of outage?
