    @EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

    @EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

    .@EE I'm getting REALLY sick of this 🐂💩 with my wifi. Every hour or so it's disconnecting. Not once, but like, 7/8 times in quick succession. Couple months ago you's put bill up on promise of 'better service' & then this last week or so.... Not good enough.

    @EE When I go on the app it asks her to sigh up again for the free trial. We were paying £9.99 a month on her previous contract , does that not just role over? I can do the free trail again no problem but she had a lot of music saved

    @EE Yes but older models aren't getting the newest software update I have a p20 pro and they aren't down to get the latest EMU update and will just get patches

    @EE Currently getting 0.094 download speed. I know that it is not the fault of any of the @EE staff but I am thinking if it is not fixed do am I able to terminate my contract without any fines to pay.

    @EE we moved house on 18th Dec and now I cannot received any phone calls as there is virtually no signal. 4G is also non existent though your website says it should be very good. I have reset my phone's network settings to no avail. Please help me put this right. Thanks, Karen
