@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I have been having ongoing problems with my phone for weeks now. Calls dropping/weak signal/no access to internet when out. My phone is a vital lifeline as I have Young Onset Parkinson’s. Local store no help other than telling me I need to pay for potential repairs if found ?

@EE BT sold you to me as solution for tethering my phone&laptop, thus avoiding me buying their dongle. The phone you sold me via BT says I can't turn off both SIMS, thus the phone downloaded stuff I'd not have downloaded at that time, forcing me to spend what I didn't need to.
