@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE since the issues from Thursday it seems to be if I'm connected to WiFi people can't call me but if I turn WiFi off it works despite WiFi working and having signal?

Morning @EE , are you still having issues with 5G? Can make and receive calls ok, but can’t connect to 5G, even after resetting my device. Was working perfectly a few weeks ago. Same for the rest of the family. Just wondering if it’s a local issue or more general EE issue. Thx

Hey @EE can I ask what’s the best number to call your customer service team when calling from another network as I have just joined EE in the last few weeks & have limited signal at my home address & yes I currently have an contract with @VodafoneUK as well 👍

@EE Turned it on and off and even off WiFi it's not working today, so I don't think the problems fixed. It seems to be intermittent. I'll ring up when I get chance but I didn't have this problem before your issues started on Thursday

@EE Leave me hanging on for an hour then cut me off? My phone is literally the difference between life and death. Any changes in condition require me to Immediately call doctors. Well done, you've just lost a life long customer.
