@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

Been a customer of @EE for nearly a decade - just had a look for an upgrade, and nothing remotely within my price range (about 3x what I paid for my last contract). Time for a change me thinks - anyone in #Prestonpans know how O2, Three and Vodafone's signals are?

@EE I then went to EE on Sunday to claim my insurance, which I had been told in the shop was full insurance. The customer sales rep completely dismissed everything I said and told me the “full insurance” I was sold only actually covered damage. The EE sales rep miss sold me cover

@JacieCheeseman @EE They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
