@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

I ******* hate @bt_uk Now @EE are in the BT Group, I was sold BT broadband again. Nothing changed, even my EE router was working. But then: I plugged in the BT router which meant reconnecting all my devices and just to really ******* off, the BT email account stopped.

Hey @EE MIL is over from Spain + has got a PAYG sim for data while over here (the 22GB seasonal deal) - how do we cancel this when she goes back so it doesn’t auto-renew? Or will it auto-renew?

@EE Yeah I could use some help. Got a message I'm going to be charged for cancelling my contract early when I haven't, my partner has cancelled his out of contract phone. It's a multi phone account.

@cjh4rrison @EE Do yourself good, these walls are silent unfortunately they lack knowledge of fixing there apps, got mine fixed with the help of @wyke_tech thanks to them for helping me access my account I have tried so many times to get help but they never respond

@EE fibremax 300, with smart wifi & discs I was told would cost me £52 per month inc vat. I’ve once again got a bill for over £60. The service is awful, we keep getting full internet loss, router I was told was the same as BT when it’s actually much slower. Not fit 4 purpose!
