@EE I’d need the roam further benefit option that includes Australia, US and Canada. Would also be two SIM’s as I’d swap my wife’s phone as well. I need to sit down with a calculator as I’ve got access to a couple of discount schemes through work that might make the numbers work.

@EE My broadband is showing a blinking blue light and not connecting, I have complained about this to the technicians and I was told it would be resolved. I just got a text saying it has been worked on but the same problem persists.

@ThreeUK just lost a long term customer after very poor customer service and them taking money they'd already been paid, so phoned, cancelled contract and now moved over to @EE, Excellent first communication and assistance from them.

Had another abusive text from @EE today. Felt like a kick in the gut. Am in bits. Have decided to ask Equality and Human Rights Commission to investigate why @MarcAllera allows such awful treatment of vulnerable people.
