    @EE Our home broadband is horrible today ๐Ÿ˜ญ I've restarted the router twice and restarted devices but to no avail. It's intermittent and very slow...not usually like this!

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE My 16 month old son is having his 3rd stay in @nhsuhcw in Coventry in 5 weeks but the signal in & around the hospital is almost non existent making it hard to keep in touch with family, can you sort this please?

    @nhsuhcw hospital and @ee @NoServiceHereUK there is no service here unless Iโ€™m climbing out the window! Wi-fi here has been restricted to an inch of it life so when here good luck with contacting family! #NoServiceHere

    @andy_cov93 @JasonG84Gaffa @EE Ah thatโ€™s **** mate. I used to be same boat but then I did what Jason said about and now have the 12 pro max from apple and a unlimited sim for ยฃ36 a month

    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE Thatโ€™s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for ยฃ10 a month

    @EE took over when I was with BT. Since then service not so great and no reward for being loyal which is why Iโ€™m leaving and never coming back.

    @EE @EEBroadbandUK is your WiFi down because since Iโ€™ve joined Iโ€™ve not been impressed and it always seems to not work in certain rooms even with a WiFi extender

    @EE It is terrible that I couldn't pay my bill on time. I phoned up & spoke to a very nice gentleman who said I was allowed to pay on 22/5/26. Yet you sent me an email saying you've tried to take dd again & it failed so I've been charged ยฃ12. I'm seriously considering leaving EE.

    @EE @geynosha Hahaha that is the most ridiculous and anti-customer system for accessing hotel WiFi, you realise that EE? At no stage should having to go to a shop to pick up an UK EE sim card be a required activity.

    @virginmedia let down twice in 24hours!! Promised me an engineer today yet none arrives!! Working off of 4g data at my extra cost, certainly leaving ASAP @EE let me know about your broadband deals!!

    @EE Can you instigate a billing query on here via DM? Sadly this is aonthly problem. Months, MONTHS, ago I cancelled TNT Sports, even had one month refunded back. But EVRY month it comes back into the bill inexplicably.

    @EE they say been awarded best network says who? Hear at ee if you donโ€™t get any coverage in your house and other people it fine to them wi fi calling should do the job what if u donโ€™t have wi fi then u just donโ€™t get signal and canโ€™t get online no matter if you pay contract
