    @EE how the hell do you speak with a person, need some info on changing a plan but can’t find it anywhere. Rubbish signal and for me a rubbish network 🥲🥲

    @EE customer service is a joke 🤬🤬🤬

  • eclairee eclairee (@eclairee) reported

    @EE please advise how we raise a data breach complaint - it appears you have passed our data to a delay collection agency in error after a series of your errors and you refuse to contact us in a timely fashion to help us resolve

  • tlj1974 Tara Johnston (@tlj1974) reported

    @EE It appears that I'll be saying goodbye after 23 years (and more - previously Orange) as a loyal customer as you can't match another providers monthly quote and benefits. Such a shame that customer loyalty now means nothing.

  • AndyAndAngelic1 Andy And Angelica Rice (@AndyAndAngelic1) reported

    @EE We shouldn't, as customer, have to find a way to navigate your systems to get something you are clearing advertising. The person who owns and pay this account does not really do things like this online, he will prefer the phone call.

  • mepodman podman (@mepodman) reported

    @EE I get that 5g phones fall back to 4g if there's no 5g signal, if the 5g is present but weak why do phones still hang onto the 5g and not fall back. Iphone13 and Pixel 6 have the same issue. Can a threshold be set to fallback 4g at?

  • ShireenNaidoo13 Shireen Naidoo (@ShireenNaidoo13) reported

    @EE my phone has no signal since 9.30am is there a network issue

  • spasypaddy Daniel (@spasypaddy) reported

    @EE The store was never open. A sign on the door would have been the minimum I'd expect if the store needed to close unexpectedly. And it had nothing. The nearest is Oxford Street. I too can Google on your website. Where's my refund for travel and time?
