It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.

You need to put it right as they’re your boxes (2 nd set as the others were recycled on EE instructions in July.
