    @JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

    @EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

    @EE I still can't access the EEWiFi-Auto on London Underground. It's been 3 days. I get "cannot authenticate connection" and "credentials not valid" messages. I spent my meal relief yesterday on the phone to support. I have Tues off. If it's not working Weds I'll want a PAC code

    @AliceRedfearn @EE Wtf!!! Surely @EE would refund you for goodwill? An elderly and vulnerable customer when you haven’t used the phone or their service and THEY were meant to cancel and didn’t!! 🤬
