ArDent (@shakermaker_AD) reported from Hinckley, EnglandThe attitude of @EE call centre staff is usually a pleasure but for the little prick that has just called trying to offer me ‘special discount deals’ because I’m a ‘valued customer’. The deals were no different to what I can see online myself, so there’s nothing special at all!
-
Will Pither (@will_pither) reported from Earl Shilton, England@virginmedia Now you have lost the boosters and powerline adaptor to solve the problem. Customer Services say it’s at @CollectPlus site but the site have checked and simply not there! Absolutely useless! In the meantime using @EE phone as hotspot!

-
Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, EnglandYou know your internet is bad when you can't even connect to a speed test to check the speed 😩 Working on a fix with @EE but these things are never quick in a pandemic. Good timing when you need to work from home!
-
Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....
-
Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE Sometimes it can't even connect to check speeds (WiFi network is fine, no internet). When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...
-

EE Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Julie F (@jvfisher59) reported@EE Can you explain why I need to pay £100 for technician to come out & sort WiFi extender issue when we already pay expensive broadband package? Truly awful customer service & call handler just cut me off when I asked to speak to manager😡
-
ArtDirectionK (@artdirectionk) reported*yawn* Currently on hold with @EE...6th 📞 call 2day but it's still early. When there system runs well its grand & I have zero issues but trying to solve a problem is wretched. I have repeated 6+ time 2day "as a deaf person of over 2 years now...emailing might be a better option
-
Tommy (@TommyT1219) reported@EE Twice now I’ve done this and the call gets cut off, due to poor phone signal, which I’ve told you about. I’ve reported what’s wrong so please just look into it.
-
ᴰᵃʷˢ ♕ (@DAWS_ON_) reported@EE Yeh it shows issues.. but I can't even WiFi call... Why is this? Why has EE gone so terrible now?
-
Micky Jones (@MickyJones_) reported@OnSamps @EE Jeez look at all the scam accounts you attracted lol. They are all reading off the same script, the least they can do is admit there's a problem
-
Rachel Bridge (@rachelbbridge) reported@grantaddick100 @EE Those, and all the ones with a ‘higher than average’ call waiting time and then cut the phone off after a set time so you always end up at the back of the queue. Employ more people, pay them better, actually help your customers.
-
Tom Brimelow (@tombrim21) reported@EE attempted to upgrade Now told i cant & that was for my sim only deal. Spoke to an advisor online. Can either pay 2 bills for 7 months. Or do some minor repairs to my phone & send it in with a possible £300 charge. Seems to be right across the board with poor customer service.
-
Dave (@DEI_Bollard) reported@EE Your customer service used to be good. Then BT got involved. Now its all text messages and **** arsing about. I remember when I could call speak to a very helpful Irish person. Now its just about pleasing shareholders and not the paying customer. Good riddance wankers.
-
Danny Kirkman (@danny28123) reported@EE I still cannot login to my business account on the app because you can’t link my devices. This has been going on weeks now, what’s going on ?
-
LadyBlues The question is always Cui Bono? (@Ladyblues666) reported@TweetForTheMany @bt_uk @EE I switched away from Virgin because of connectivity issues. Hope yours is better.
