I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for Β£10 a month

It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

Someone needs to read the many conversations and sort out the promised compensation.

I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is.
