Joel Murray (@joelmurray) reported from Oadby and Wigston, England@EE We've done factory reset, moved the router around, replaced the router...next step is getting an engineer out to check the connections. It's tricky as it's an intermittent problem! I have a contact via email but havent heard back from them...

When it does connect to a test it varies...from 3-60 download and 1-16 upload. After a restart the router boots up fine and lights go back to solid green...

I have repeatedly sent them back and also had to deal with a debt collection agency about this matter. If it continues I will seek legal advice.
