Sorry but @EE totally beats @ThreeUK at any type of mobile signal. I’m in Glasgow and even in 5G the internet is so slow on Three. I use a BUSSINESS sim from EE and personal number from three and mostly have to use the EE at all times because it just works.

Today the North East of #Glasgow revisited the Stone Age! Nae trains. Nae buses Nae @EE 4g signal so no way of seeing where buses are. 1 hour 35 minutes and counting to get home! 🤬🤬🤬

@EE Really disappointed with your customer service guys. Having phoned to address an issue, your recording tells me I should expect to wait up to 10 minutes. 14 minutes later , the phone rings once and my call was cut off. Totally unacceptable. Please advise how you will sort.

@EE I’m seeing that others are having similar issues to me but it also seems like you reckon that it’s not widely spread. I am unable to receive or make calls. This was fine an hour or so ago. I’m in Glasgow with absolutely fine signal and also wifi calling active.

Switched Mrs W from a to an @EE contract using Corporate EE Perks. 24m contract in exchange for £6/m saving. SIM arrived next day 👍 Today incorrect bill arrived and number not queued to be ported 👎 Had to call and fix both issues. So nearly a great CX...
