@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

Friday night powered by 5G since @virginmedia delivery via @YodelOnline seems to have disappeared into the ether. So work was painfully slow, and now I’m cleaning the fridge because, it seems everything in this 1860’s house is reliant on broadband. Thank god for @EE 📱

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE You took 2 days to respond. An hour wasted online, an hour wasted in a phone queue, and two days for a response here. All because you closed the plan I was on and would automatically force me onto one I didn’t need if I didn’t contact you. Poor treatment for a 10+ year customer.
-
A Chris out of water

@EE Yes. This isn't lag. My speeds are really fast, every other streaming service works fine. Its only ever an issue with football and the commentary being out of sync with the video feed.

-
Levitated
(@levitated) reported
@EE It’s sorted but there was a 30+ minute wait on your phonelines, told to go online, I then spent an hour online accepting a deal, only to be told at the end they couldn’t put it through and I had to go and do it all over again on the phone. Totally inadequate customer support @EE
-
MarcioMILK

@EE hello, I have. Didn't sort out the issue the way I was expecting but we have a solution. A new sim card will be sent to an address in the UK and a person will send me the replacement Sim to the Netherlands. I hoped the issue could be sorted easily. Not ideal but that's it.

@EE Hi, apologies. I have been off line. I have spoken to the call centre hence the tweet but as I'm in contract still, it's quite clear you're unwilling to help.
