@EE any issues today? All of a sudden when I try to make calls to other mobiles I get the message - "You have dialled an incorrect number." These numbers have not changed and I have try the usual fixes. Thanks.

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE The number one network that still uses RPI rate as guidance for annual price rise. Currently 1.2% when CPI is 0.4%. Rip off company.

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

@EE Think EE has a cheek saying they have the best 5g coverage in Edinburgh I’ve been a customer for years and the 4g signal in Edinburgh is shocking I only stay with them because of the deal I have for 4 phones

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

@AEWMike @tescomobile @EE What do you get for £99 a month? We pay for landline/broadband including a fixed amount of free calls to landlines and mobiles which is £32pm and purely PAYG on mobile. Have never been data dependent on mobile and never held a contract since 1995. It's a ridiculous amount to pay!

@EE decided to try and charge me 50£ for a new line for the broadband, when @NOWTV charges 5£. I wanted to stay with #EE, but their customer support said “we charge 50£, go with them for 5£” Honey, you rent the same exact line from Openreach. Why would I pay more for the same?

@ldnJJ @EE Vodafone had an emergency services discount scheme. I got the iPhone 12 last year with 5G for £66 a month. Deal was even cheaper if you traded in your old phone,only snag your traded in phone had to be a newer iPhone.

@EE @mattyhighamZA I actually told an executive on the phone from EE what good PR it would be if they did this but they just closed my complaint... They don't care even though I said for some it could be the last straw during this terrible year..
