@EE trying to activate my Esim to my new Apple Watch. Instructions advise to call 150 with code 003 no options for activating said eSim on 150 and after having gone through about 3 attempts with the automated lady I have lost the will to live. Can you please please please help

@Willatkinson10 @EE Actually I’m only really pissed off I’m Iosing catch up and replay but when you explain the societal implications of not being able to watch Homes under the Hammer half an hour after it starts I do see it’s part of a much bigger issue...

@EE I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone a few weeks ago. I was told my bill would be £36 but it was £74, more than double. I have not used extra data or made calls that would justify this increase. MyEE is down. Can you advise on why this might be? Thanks!

Being less vague. @ee are the worst! Hammering the mast rental they pay volunteer run community grassroots clubs, by abusing a change in the law that gives them rights in other areas. Absolute disgrace. Look it up.

@EE my broadband has always been fine - even in the corner of room at opposite end of the flat to where box is. But in past week it has slowed significantly and won’t load streaming episodes unless I’m next to the box now - can you help?

Internet down since Monday. The estimated repair date keeps moving and is now the September 2nd. @EE recon it’s a major @WeAreOpenreach issue yet surrounding properties are fine. EE refuses to send an engineer @Ofcom complaint on its way in.

@EE We’ve called several times and just get fobbed off. We’ve already put the cancellation request in because you refuse to send engineer telling it’s a major outage in the area. Apparently a problem with the telegraph pole but I’ve been round the neighbours and they are on.

Just had a phone call a few minutes ago from a London number,ref a new SIM card coming through the post from @EE Not sure if it's a scam or kosher,but the rep said it's because of BT that there coverage was not good. Oddly,I live in Darlington,where it's crap anyway! TIA.

@EE @ee if no engineer visits tomorrow I’ll be making a formal complaint to @Ofcom. Apparently I have to wait 30 days to cancel. That ain’t happening. All 4 SIM cards will be cancelled as well. I will not be fobbed of with excuses and keep moving the estimated repair date.

@EE hi i received a letter saying my apple watch plan is ending next week but also says monthly price of it is staying the same, as far as i was aware after the contract runs out i’d just be paying my tariff amount. do i have to manually cancel my watch plan to not be charged?

@bt_uk 2 hours spent with BT / EE over 2 days. I wanted to convert a card to an esim Nearly 1 week later and it still hasn't been sorted. Now moved from @bt_uk to @EE my old card deactivated, mobile number not ported & no esim. An incredibly poor experience.

Apparently @ee would prefer I cancel than send an engineer out… Challenge accepted! Been down 3 days so far. Repair date has been moved 3 times already now 2nd Sept. EE blame @WeAreOpenreach yet surrounding properties are all fine. Any offers on at the moment @virginmedia?
