-

-
Me (@shawtty64) reported@EE there's a problem with your app AGAIN .... Please dont tell me to contact you as all ee tell me is it'll be back up and running in 24 hrs ... this is avweekly occurance. Think you need better IT to run your app
-
Opeyemi Daniel (@DinaGlyphs) reported@EE In the few instances where the texts arrive, it only leads to the service status check, which provides no detailed feedback other than a consistently changing deadline for the broadband problem fix. It’ll only make sense to have someone reach out with an alternative means to access the Internet. (P.S.: There’s no public EE Wi-Fi available here.)
-
CasualObserver (@Lone_Striker9) reported@PaulDevine70 @EE Happened to me mate, the ongoing signal issues round our way over the last 12 months are beyond a joke!

DomLarkin65 (@DomLarkin65) reported@EE I’ve moved from using mobile broadband to fibre. Wanted to send back my Smart 5G hub. Told by your customer services that you don’t want and that it’s down to me to dispose of it (“or keep it”). That’s very wasteful. And assumes that I’m responsible for recycling Any comment?
