@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE is committed to providing excellent customer service (according to the recorded welcome message on 150). This seems to be at odds with the warning that “the wait is in excess of 30mins” to get through to an advisor. Can anyone beat 37mins?

@EE absolute disgrace of a company. Have given them £8473 of my hard earned money over the last 7 years. I fall behind and owe them a measly couple of hundred. They said they can do nothing for me and my phone(and my OAP mother’s) will remain out of service until I can pay #ofcom
