    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @ee why is your website down again. I moved over to you under a week ago and I’ve had more problems than I ever had with my previous provider in 10 years. Why are you not resolving these faults properly.

    @EE Nearly a week later and still having issues!Havent been able to log in all day,now that I can its telling me Im not able to add another product to my account when I meet all the criteria!What on earth is going on?!! I have an xs max & ee sim only plan yet cant add an Apple Watch?

    @EE @Ruddy_edson Having made this switch myself this year, I couldn't recommend anyone else do the same. Promises from sales that it's great, experience is appalling, and customer service is even worse. And as if thats not bad enough, BT own them now!

    @stephxrobbo @EE EE are apparently working on it. No access to online EE accounts at present. Take no heed of replies like the other you received - paying someone will not solve the problem.

    @Leafs1201 @EE Their online account access has been down for the most of today. I have asked EE to inform their customers both on the website and on social media - nothing forthcoming - very poor. Thousands of customers may worry that their accounts have been compromised.

    @EE Could you please help me understand your roaming policy — I’ve got the roam abroad smart benefit add on for £5/mo. This means that I can use my phone abroad as I do in the UK, right? Including Canada 1/2
