@EE Yo EE! I'm i Greece, topped up my phone last night on the app. But can't buy data packs or add ons. Tried calling the helpline and get some Greek person saying something I obviously don't understand. Help!

  • HippoGriffinus Griff the Invisible (@HippoGriffinus) reported

@ee how on earth does anyone rearrange a delivery of a phone with you guys when you "help"line is an infinite loop of things I don't want and a recorded message telling me how unusually busy you are?

  • lord_lordy Steven Lord (@lord_lordy) reported

@EE just messaged about issues with internet. Down to ~ 10% of normal download speed

  • eccles52 seades (@eccles52) reported

@EE If a wait is really required she’ll have to cancel her 2 year sim contract and move to O2

  • LinziLola Lindsay Bullivant (@LinziLola) reported

@EE why are your colleagues sending an Apple Watch to the repair centre for it just to be sent back as they’re not allowed to repair them, got to wait for it to come back, contact Apple so at least a few more weeks of paying for a service I cannot use through no fault of my own

  • CivicLilly1 ⚓️CivicLillyinWick (@CivicLilly1) reported

@EE Hi. My internet has been down for over an hour, was fine this morning. Router is fine. Can't remember where to check by postcode. Using my phone's tiny mobile data allowance to tweet this.

  • MattBennett93 Matt Bennett (@MattBennett93) reported

So just been into @EE to chase up the SIM card that I’ve been waiting for since last Saturday to he told that they never sent one out in the first place so I’ve been charged for absolutely nothing! Cheers *********! 🖕🏻

  • MrGWB71 Graeme Buchan (@MrGWB71) reported

@HA11NNH @EE Zero phone signal at the end of the village I live in, walking round the block to make calls isn’t really convenient

  • eccles52 seades (@eccles52) reported

@EE Ok thanks when’s she home from work she will. However EE have an obligation to make this clear when a service is started. She’s only moved from BT Mobile because of her new watch, which you ‘support’. Unless maybe for some people you don’t but don’t tell them upfront.
