    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @EE Well I see that EEs dreadful customer service has not changed. Was Miss sold a item. Never mind will return it and choose another network .

    @ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

    @EE How do I escalate a complaint ? I have been lied to my a member of EE customer service . But surprise surprise EE cannot find any recording of it.

I have had call failed problems for ages and now this.. ai have had a company urgently needing to contact me and they are not even directed to my voicemail.they get number obtainable tone!!! Utter nonsense. It’s time to 👋

    @ross123540 @EE Can't even request a PAC if you have more than one number with them... So can't even switch to a stable network.

    @laydowninbedlam @EE Nothing surprises me with this network anymore. It's a shame they never have issues taking our money each month!
