@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE whats going on?! Ordered the S21 128gb as the 256gb is out of stock. You've taken my money, emailed me to say its on its way and then nothing. Called today to be told its actually out of stock and they "dunno" when it will be in stock again. Offered no resolution what so ever

@EE shocking service been with them 20 years and this is how you get treated!! 4 days I have been on the phone for 2 hours at a time on hold to return a watch!! Filled out a returns form and no response!! 14 days to cool off has now passed!! New provider I think!!

@EE On the plus side, the last tech I spoke to over the phone actually gave a damn enough to check my service history & discover a fault. The Openreach guy too was incredibly good & this all stemmed from a EE rep on twitter getting involved. Speed degrading already, copper aint fibre

@EE Thanks for response. When my direct debit payment was not taken I called your customer services again told credit cards payments are still being taken and set this up for me. Does this mean what he did was fraudulent?
