    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @EE She has never ever had photo I.D. She did manage to be sold 2 devices WITHOUT photo I.D. though. You dont need Columbo to solve this puzzle

    so that's a customer lost for @EE after Friday when I pay. Warning: if you have any financial problems, they clearly don't want to help you. Now I can't connect to the WiFi at home to look for work.

    @EE EE has a license to steal from its customers. Last time I wanted to make a call my account was empty. The previous evening it ha £16 in it. And every day I get message to Top Up **** OFF!

    @EE I'm in the EU and my phone no longer accepts or lets me make calls. This is meant to be included in my plan. I have called 150 and +44 7953 966 250 but only get the option to top up. How can I get help?
