@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE my son is on your network with a new Samsung galaxy. He can only use his phone on WiFi. It has been like this for 14 days now. Has just been told if it doesn’t improve in a month to get back in touch. Is this a joke??

@EE hey my grandad got out a sim only contract a few months ago. After 90 days of not using the phone he says the contract says it’ll be terminated. He is still being charged monthly. Can you help ?

My @EE 5g has been shite ever since they messaged me the other week saying my area has had a network upgrade and to restart my phone to benefit (or something like that). I used to never need to connect to WiFi at home but now network struggles with Instagram

@EE I’m due an upgrade and it shows this on the app and your website but when I try to select the phone, it says ‘it looks like there’s no suitable plans available for this device right now’. That’s for every iPhone. Is there an issue with the site?
