@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@SocialTechHD @EE OK. What service level is that? 900Mb I guess?

  • misterdubya74 David Wallis (@misterdubya74) reported

@EE Thanks for the reply, but have now chosen another network who have been helpful with advise on how to transfer data - something your staff at the CMK store stated wasn’t possible.

  • rab1dkorndogg andy marsh (@rab1dkorndogg) reported

@SocialTechHD @stuartjbull @EE They'll have in some clause that these speeds are estimates as they will never guarantee a minimum speed...otherwise if it goes down they'll have to refund everyone all the time. We both know they'll be dodgy small print 👍

  • SocialTechHD 𝓢𝓸𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵𝓽𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓱𝓭💙🧡 (@SocialTechHD) reported

@rab1dkorndogg @stuartjbull @EE I agree with the points you are making 👍 but that's why they offer a minimum guaranteed speed to probs handle the traffic I ain't saying whatsoever it will work out to be the best in future but from my experience I've had no issues I've faced more issues on FTTC than FTTP 👍

  • GemmaMags Gemma Robson (@GemmaMags) reported

  • mr1liner Richard Smith (@mr1liner) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK why do you make it so difficult to get set up as a customer joining you and registering with the app. Poor signal but can't use the app on WiFi. Looks like I should have stayed with @EE .....

  • steve_8776 Steve (@steve_8776) reported

@EE why does your button to start a Mobile tech support chat never appear even during open hours?
