@EE No the issue resolved after a couple of hours but it was everyone I know that’s on EE so must have been something .

  • Will6118 Will Callison (@Will6118) reported

Oh well, looks like I’ll be leaving @EE when my contract is up, after 15 years + of loyal service and lots of money spent they have just informed me my bill is going up 14.4%… absolutely shocking. Time to shop around @VodafoneUK @O2 any others??

  • seafordroly roly (James k) (@seafordroly) reported

@Chris_Coopa @EE I'll be off once my contracts ends, did have 5 contracts now down to 2. used to be responsible on prices but now one of the most expensive.

  • seaned75 Sean (@seaned75) reported

@RockcliffeFiles @EE All for zillions of minutes and texts you never use in my case. Cheap pay and go sim is the future i think once this contract expires especially now that smartphone technology has plateaued it seems

  • DanMJCrisp Dan Crisp (@DanMJCrisp) reported

@rich_atkins @Faymondo73 @EE Is there still a percentage rise which effectively breaks the contract? That always used to be the case, always kept quiet. Once a rise of a certain percentage (mid contract) the contract is in breach of terms. And you have the right to cancel ( I’m a decade out of the game)

  • ryanread678 Ryan Read (@ryanread678) reported

@Arunan29 @EE Every company goes down time to Time look at 02

  • r0cxetnvmber9 Penny (@r0cxetnvmber9) reported

@EE hi, I am looking at unlocking my partner's old iphone to sell it. When we enter the imei online, it says it is partially unlocked. We don't have a sim from a different network to complete the process - when someone buys it, can they insert any sim, or will they have issues?

  • coleford102 Kev (@coleford102) reported

@EE putting their prices up by 14.4%! Robbing bastards! Never again

  • Gracey1970 Craig Gracey (@Gracey1970) reported

Looks like I’ll be ending my 25 yr business relationship with the delightful @EE who have just emailed me confirming they want to increase by bills by 14.4%. The company used to have a brilliant customer service policy now they’re a horrid corporation. I’ll be voting with my feet

  • nikki_ramsden Nikki Ramsden (@nikki_ramsden) reported

What legal rights do you have when your mobile network @EE are increasing line rental costs by £13 a month only 3 months into the contract - that’s a huge rise! @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
