    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    @EE I’m in Austria, your live chat through the app isn’t working/taking too long. I can’t connect to 4G. My partner is on 4G and is also on Ee. Data roaming is turned on. Help please

    I’ve never experienced such terrible service in the States. Called @O2 and nothing they can do about it. Reset settings, taken out sim etc but phone is useless without wi-fi. Just gives me the pointless EDGE indicator. Anyone find @EE better? #iphone 😡😡😡😡

    @GeorgeMonbiot Same thing happened to me with @EE when my Dad had a stroke. I even found out, prior to him having a stroke when he was poorly, they sold him in store, 2 x 3G devices, one to use in his car, he never owned a car, so clearly he was missold. They never refunded the money! Shocking.

    @LeeMcilwaine @EE Sure enough, long story short, I ordered my phone anyway. Had to cancel my BT Sport Add On before I could get it again as a Smart Benefit...
