@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@ee broadband has not been working for two months now since April. Today was the fourth time you have cancelled the confirmed and booked engineer appointment. No communication for cancellation again. Waited in vain. Cannot work from home without wifi. Shocking customer service

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

@greensyncro @EE Utter crap service. Kept blaming my handset. Four handsets later......same issues. Next they blamed the sim card. Got a replacement. Still the same **** service. Joke this lot.

@EE I get a My Place update about 'engineering problems at Exton (Somerset) most weeks. Are there any plans to just replace the transmitter, and get it sorted once and for all? I used to be able to use my phone in the house, now it's one or two places in the garden.

Hi @EE I had no data signal next to the windmill hotel on Clapham Common today. As soon as I moved away from there towards the station I got data signal. This was between 2pm and 330pm today

@EE I’m having lots of problems with the hotspot/connectivity on my iPhone 12. Devices connect but then drop after a few minutes. This is happening on several devices including CarPlay in my car. Please can you advise
