@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

@EE I’ve tried talking. I got nowhere. I can not believe after 16 years being with EE are petty enough to slow my phone done. In consideration that I was paying over £280 for a few lines also leads me to believe that EE will take advantages of high speed sales talk to get a sale.

@EE I placed an order for iPhone 13 pro max, still don’t have the phone and my new plan has started 🤔. And no indication of when I will receive the phone. Why should I pay for the new plan when I don’t have the product? Shocking service and no updates what so ever.

@EE neither 150 nor the other number are working. You are sending me increasingly threatening letters for a service I have already closed. Please can you let me know how I get in touch with someone? Thanks!

@EE terrible customer service from @EE . After being assured for the past 2 months that my bill would be correct again I have been overcharged and now I’m being told there is nothing you can do. Over my 2 yr contract you will take £54 too much. This is not ok.

@EE this is really about the control of the robotic arm, which will have all sort of safe guards for signal drops at any point. Remote controls control robotics is what this about and some msg bits sent between 2 end points. Totally useless ad. Which they all are ..so consistent.

@EE Ten days after getting a new handset and the network still isn't activated on the sim provided, bounced from previous provider and back again with no way to contact your company as the number isn't recognized via your automated responses when calling is shambolic...

@EE Normally the money to invest comes from shareholders or capital investors. You’re now getting the customers to pay to build the network then charging them to use it. An increase at the rate of inflation is understandable; anything above that, especially in these times, is not.

@murdo_fraser @EE Excuse the rather silly question, is it working ok outside perth ie not sim or phone problem? I’ve had to reseat my sim before and have to reboot my phone every now and then as reception is sketchy here, seems to confuse the phone sometimes.
