Daniel Willett (@DanielWillett24) reported@EE Yes, it was. The broadband team was quite rude when running through the figures and my phone wasn't matched to the pricing shown. I am currently going through the new customer with sky at the £26 a month costs and am looking to cancel my phone contract in the next couple of days.
