@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

@EE I’ve tried DM but got the standard automatic reply - I think you have a problem as my Husband and I both use EE and neither can phone out on our phones using Wi-Fi calling or 3G etc

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

Joy of joys, my hard working Pixel 4 XL has succumbed to the infamous hardware issue of a very light twist or application of pressure in just the right way and it shuts off. Happens whenever in my pocket, not so helpful! Fingers crossed for a quick replacement from @EE 🤞

@EE I'm hoping someone can help me. I recently bought a phone second hand that is locked to EE. I have rung customer services to get an unlock code only to be told the IMEI number of the phone isn't registered to EE. I have put a EE sim card in to confirm it is an EE phone.
