  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported from Haverhill, England

@EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

Three days without a mobile signal in Lancaster. Any chance @EE?

  • AyeBorders AyeBorders Ho/Hum (@AyeBorders) reported

I dont understand. I cant even send a text home. I pay you monthly a princely sum so as I can stay in touch with home. I'm happy to pay your exorbitant charges for SMS and in an emergency call home. I have no network coverage at all so WTF am I paying you for? @EE

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

Respect to the @EE phone team who sorted out a fee-less contract cancellation on a Sunday afternoon due to ongoing bad internet. Twitter “help” is more of a comms gimmick and you’ll never get the result you need even after infinite DM and supplying your account details 50 times.

  • calf_man Calf Man (@calf_man) reported

@CammockSalers @VodafoneUK @EE Not sure, never been with EE, but at times, it is pretty poor

  • maxw_thfc MW (@maxw_thfc) reported

@EE I’ve never seen such bad service as it’s been the past few days in Weston. Supposed to be 5g can’t even get service.

  • Helmethead___ Helmethead (@Helmethead___) reported

Remembering the long wired connection on my Packard Bell Pentium II heavy lump in the 90’s and I’m sure the internet speed was better than the @EE 4G wireless router of today. Consistently and constant atrocious speeds, all for a bargain £55 a month. Never, EVER again. Pitiful.

  • ZooLibrariANN ZooLibrariAnn (@ZooLibrariANN) reported

@tyrrelleden1 @EE Also getting a BLOCKED message and cannot access you site. Seems the problem is not resolved yet.

  • goblinshagger Pheel-it to the top please mate (@goblinshagger) reported

@the_blakestar @EE O2, been with them years to keep my number but its being ported over. Never got signal, had to stand outside my own home to take calls at home. Absolute joke

  • lulli_head Lulli head (@lulli_head) reported

@EE this a joke I can’t get proper service I’m loosing money because of this

  • paulhayward200 Paul (@paulhayward200) reported

@EE Can anyone from EE explain what is going on ? The EE website says that I now have 5G in my area. However when I contact EE tech support they say I do not have 5G in my area. I have used both mine and my wife’s S21 and S22 ultras and they both display the pretend 5G symbol
