    @EE Hi. My broadband is not working. I have reset the router several times and it won't connect. Usually it works after one reset. Can't get through to anyone on at EE on the phone. Can someone help me? I have no WiFi whilst self isolating.

    @EE What can you guys do to fix the latency on my broadband? I have tried every method I physically can and no change. I can barely load a webpage, let alone game online, and I work from home.

    @EE Thanks read this but in our location (remote island off west coast) the provider they have doesn't have any 3/4G signal. Most folk have your company as a provider due to good data connection

    @EE Hi. Managed to speak to someone on the phone using WiFi calling. Found out one of the local masts has gone down. Hopefully being repaired as we speak/type

    @EE I find it incredible that I want to pay an outstanding bill and because I am no longer a customer I can't actually get through to anyone on any of the numbers because when it asks for my number it doesn't regonise it and cuts me off! How am I supposed to pay you!!!

    Have tried my sim in boyfriends phone (who is also on EE and he’s connecting to a network fine) my sim didn’t work in his phone either @EE

    Help me out internet, I have a faulty @bt_uk disc, BT have given me fault reference, told to go back to @EE as I bought from them, (owned by BT anyway) product is guaranteed for 3 years, EE said they only replace within 30 days, each saying the other should replace. Help!!

    @EE parents having issues with broadband - not getting the speeds guaranteed when they signed up in Nov - can’t even run an MSTeams call! I need a contact email to discuss on their behalf as customer help number constantly busy. Please help.

    @bt_uk @EE BT Broadband services is horrible. Getting speed of 1-2 MBps for paying 43£ for a minimum 25 MBps guaranteed speed. BT has not bothered to sort it out in spite of several calls/complaints. Doesn't allow to cancel/exit contract when minimum contractual obligations are not met
