@EE Your app sucks. It shouldn’t be taking me an hour+ to try and pay a bill. All your links are broken, not good enough considering you’re the most “premium” network with the most premium pricing.

@EE Hi. My upgrade isn't due till the 22/04/2022 I'm wanting to exit the contract and pay it all of and go sim only. How do I go about doing this? Is it best to go in store? Thanks for any help.

Is the UK wide or a @EE/@SamsungMobile/andriod implementation, that if you call emergency services. All blocked phone numbers get unblocked for the next two hours.

@EE seriously you need **** right off with the relentless 150 texts I've text STOP yet they continue if this bullshit doesn't end I'm dumping the EE 2nd SIM. If you Google other users are just as pissed off, we know what to do if we want to add data etc.

@EE I have to wait for 30+ minutes on a charged phone call just to request month by month data usage on my plan that used to be visible online, but now isn't? That is really crap.

I am aware this is a very 3rd world problem, but @virginmedia went down at 8pm and estimated fix is 4pm today. As someone who's prettymuch dependant on the internet for 90% of my life (disabled, mostly live online) it really hurts to be tehtering my @EE right now.
