    @EE I have just renewed my contract with EE and f course my speeds start going to pot. Used to get between 70-150 meg now down to 20meg. Ok still usable but a concern that it has dropped so much.

    £16 added to my bill by @EE .. for trying to call... THEM! And they never even answered! Back to Vodafone come July!

    @ThreeUK I just want to congratulate Three for having a robust network . No problems streaming or making calls. Very different to @EE who’s network could not cope before the start of the virus outbreak and has now completely fallen apart.

    @EE If anyone is thinking of joining look forward to messed up bills and price plans . Cancelling all 4 lines tomorrow and making a formal complaint.😡

    @EE Hi! I've had no signal for about two weeks and am having to rely on WiFi calling. This is fine when I'm at home, but not when I'm out and about. I've tried turning my device off an on. Any other advice? Thanks

    Hello @EE 4g / 5g mobile broadband using iphone or 4gee Home Router 2 has been effectively down in the London SW7 post code area since Sunday. I was hoping to rely on your service to work from home, but it appears not.

    EE signal has been horrendous the past few days. 5G is a myth, 4G is non existent and 3g is like being on dial up again! @EE

    @EE @sfarq11 I was frustrated contacting support for all the time till I was referred by a friend to Multitask_support on Instagram they did an excellent job retrieve cmy stranded account.

    @EE Well Georgia, I got that text and ever since then my signal has been just as bad as it always was down church stretton. It's as if no one has been there!

    @slf_toon @EE Oh & just be be clear, they endlessly replaced the SIM as any excuse to waste my time but I bought a new phone (switched back to iPhone 4) in case the new Android was the issue (didn’t like it much anyway) & then Apple replaced the iPhone just to rule out it being the issue.

    @EE Gotta say your callers and service are still second to none ! Managed to get through this morn and lovely chap gave us a new Fibre Broadband deal £36.36 all in This is the reason why I’ve been with you guys for over 20 years (Orange first) 👍🏻
