@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@gmail Does anyone @gmail give literally 2 fcks about their customers? I’ve broken out in hives because my card is being charged by the day adding up to hundreds of dollars and I can’t even get in to stop it bc I’m locked out of my gmail. @ee tried to help and can’t believe you either

@EE I have broadband with you currently but it maxes out at 30mb/s (the limit of the copper wires). I desperately want full fibre speeds, and Virgin Media have refused to connect my block to their network. Can you do better?

@EE since January there’s been 15+ ‘problem near your home’ texts from you with between 7-15 hours of waiting for it to be fixed. Not particularly great service. Today’s is now up to 9 hours to solve.
