@TVK_Performance @MarinaPurkiss @EE This happens to many customers who are not journalists. Maybe the problem is systemic.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE They are all at it. A solicitor charged my niece £180 to prepare a court report. Sent for her review, she pointed out a plethora of spelling mistakes. He billed her £75 to "amend" the document containing HIS errors.

@clareslaney @EE @MarinaPurkiss A legal play on words. It's the service that has let Mum down, but the auto-response programming would have it that the grievance is no more than a feeling.

@Elainebks @MarinaPurkiss @EE Ofcom don’t deal with individuals just organisations, you mean the ombudsman and the ombudsman is useless ****.

@MarinaPurkiss @EE Why the outrage? Lower your expectations. They don't give a rats arse. Any money making organisations are in it for the cash. Customer Services are now null and void. They are being run by AI bots. Calling them out on SM does **** all unless you are high profile! Sickening, but..

@MarinaPurkiss @EE I don’t think service providers understand how older people worry so much so it’s detrimental to their health
