    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE I have the US roaming package. Been on honeymoon in the US for nearly two weeks. Cannot make or receive calls or send/receive texts. Awful service! No help from app. Why am I paying for a service thats doesn't work?

    @EE I had to call up, no-one replied to my instant message. My watch won't connect to mobile data, which is apparently a known fault and you can't fix atm.

    @EE hi, The signal at my house has become basicly unusable over the last 6 months. Is there something you can do ? The signal map says 3 bars but me an my wife struggle to get 1 bar. Please help.

    @EE Then why not provide those numbers on the letter then Craig? The instructions are to call a certain number, which I did - so don't try to make this my fault when it is EE's poor comms.

    @EE I already have called, they can't get it fixed for now - it's a known issue apparently.
