@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE I’m not getting any good service in my home area marked as fully covered by 4G. In Bridport, Dorset. Yet at times it says I have 3 bars of 4g and I can’t send a message or make a call. Any help?

@EE so no I don't want to waste more money on a company that didn't give a crap and didn't listen. and ill tell everyone how useless you were. especially the lie that 3rd parties can provide cheaper deals then you the network provider they wouldnt make any profit if that were true

@EE No. I'm giving my notice as soon as I get another broadband provider. Unless you can guarantee I get a signal in my kitchen, literally 15 feet away from my modem at less than what I'm paying. I've been a customer since 1999 and am seriously thinking of cancelling all 8 lines.
