@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi there, I've got EE WiFi and since changing to fibra broadband I can only connect to it if I'm literally sat ontop of the box. It's the worst internet we've ever had. Any suggestions please?

To anyone with an @EE phone/iPad contract, be aware that @EE will NOT inform you when your contract is expiring, and will continue to collect the full amount once the contract has expired. Just had a slanging match with customer services, this is their policy.💩💩💩

So Virgin Mobile is an MVNO using the @EE network... however @virginmedia and @O2 are merging; soooo does that mean current Virgin Mobile customers (like myself) will be moved over to the O2 mobile network? #VirginmediaO2

@EE Yes it was, I asked for the mobile hotspot option to be turned on on my iPad, we had some issues along the way, but it was all sorted in the end!
