Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

Or is it something on our side.

Sabean (@SabeanPagan) reported@EE As usual I did not receive the emergency alert despite my phone being on. It may well be an older phone (6 years and owned outright) but you are still taking £28 a month from me for it for and giving no support. Am I being overlooked for some kind of customer service here?
