@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Sound on my phone keeps disappearing AGAIN. I only went through insurance a few months back to solve this problem and got a replacement 🤬 and now my contract is almost up, what am I supposed to do?! @EE @TeamKnowhowUK help?!

@EE Are you aware of any issues with the data connections Or signal issues Signal on mine and my partners phone is on and off 3&4G and taking an age to load anything if anything at all Usually have no issues at all
