@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@Ofcom I am finding @TheO2 service unusable in Central London. Often calls are dropped. When I have to take payments on my phone I often do not have the coverage to do this. Can I cancel this contract without incurring early cancellation. Never had issues with @EE

I still don't understand given the current climate of financial insecurity, and having gone two times through to collections and they've refused to help me in the past...why can't @EE do anything to help? Easy enough for them to get you to spend more money and price increases

@EE for the last 2/3 days the service around leeds and West Yorkshire is shocking ! No signal , calls cutting out ! Not just me but a few friends on EE. As well !

@EE An operative left their ladder beside my window when doing repairs and went home. Someone climbed that ladder and try and break into my house at 4am. Alarm went off luckily. Please can you get the Complaint Team ONLY to contact me urgently!

Thank you SO MUCH @EE for Scheduling Maintenance on the very same day as i need to take a call for yourself about how shite my internet has been! I couldn't be contacted, and now i have to somehow arrange to cancel the new arrangement for tomorrow, as ill be working!
