@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE U txt this am to say u cancelled my full cover insurance. Spent ages on the phone to be told I need to sort it out with apple as it says I have apple care on system - I don’t! Now I have a 2 week old iPhone 13 pro that you won’t insure. My contract is with EE not apple. Very poor

@EE But still failing on people living in rural areas with a decent 4g signal while getting ripped off with a 5G Contract,My Contract end date can’t come quick enough!.

@EE Called 150 which led to the text service. Note there are replies to my post on isitdown and others have had engineers out who find no physical problem

Hi @EE, just a quick heads up, I live in the SY23 area and for an unknown reason my signal has only been on "Emergency Calls Only" during midweek daytime hours quite often over the past few weeks. Is there any known problem with the service?...

@EE Paid for Roaming and now we are in Croatia neither my wife or I can get calls or text messages on our phones. Out of contact with people in UK. All we can get is Wi-Fi in our holiday home. No way of getting help from EE as all calls fail

Unbelievable !! Left @EE for various reasons and went to @O2 , two months in and I think I’ve had two weeks (tops ) signal !! How depressing especially as I have another two years to go 😩😩😩😩
