Had to buy a new phone - my previous phone - stll on contract non operational. This is not good. How can I get some service @EE

Martin Elliker (@MartinElliker) reported@EE finally after 18 days I can stop posting piles of 💩 18 days it has taken to get my WiFi service that was great through BT to be transferred over to their partner EE - now just need to check everything works as it should including my TNT sports - let’s see shall we !!!!
