@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

Hey @studentbeans I’m still waiting on a response as to why my discount didn’t work on @EE contract. They told me to email you for help and you’d be able to verify it with them but your email response told me to do it online.

@EE It’s not really justified when it’s barely even a month I’ve had my contract. I’m going to be utilising my 14 day cooling off period and voting with my feet. I already gritted my teeth moving to your network as I had great service. I moved to you for roaming pass that’s it.

@EE can't believe the difference between Bt and ee. After swapping to ee I've 4g everywhere. Only downside was me fixing something their techs couldn't so thanks to Google. Had no data signal as the apn wasn't being done auto, as 2 be done manually.
