@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@ee is there a problem accessing voicemail? As soon as I click on “call voicemail” from my new phone, it just cuts out. I’m ensured voicemail is working by texting vm on to 150. Please help, thanks

@plusnethelp Bad form that, " your bill is going up" notification. Can see its nearly 10% increase but your wording is ambiguous as you don't mention the cpi rate, #badform. I note the @ee notification does state cpi of 5.4% . You should have too
