@EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE Is there an issue with the EE app. As I have been trying to access it for about 5 days now and it advises there seems to be a problem. I need to transfer some data but can not wait on hold for 40 plus minutes to do that. Please fix your APP.

@EE Please see previous tweet, I’m in the usa and can’t turn on roaming, only have wifi use of phone so can’t even call you. EE online chat not working so no support there and I really need to use my phone. Please check app which says something is wrong try later for the 3 days now

@EE 🔴🔴If your having trouble getting on to the app reset your password (forgot password) and type a new one in, then try logging in and should work, it just worked for me. 🔴🔴
