@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE hello I have a virgin mobile account (07305159356) & I believe virgin use your network. But just lately the 4G signal in the WV10 0LL is none existent. I have an EE mobile account (07817603258) as well and the 4G signal is fine. Can you please check? I can send proof, thanks
