    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Still the same issue. Everytime I go to the EE store, online, I try look at any tablet and it directs me to a login screen. If I do login(my only option) , I'm stuck at the add your device screen.

    @nigelwalsh @EE Move to Google Fi! You won't have to deal with customer service ever again. Everything works online. And my phone now has voice and data in 140+ countries. We moved the whole family 2 years ago.

    @MarcAllera @EE what a joke been with 121, EE, T-Mobile for over 16years and you can't be bothered to respond to a complaint, to the contrary your "executive team" of whom are incompetent actually diable our sim card "by accident" of which is the emergency contact No 4 our kids!

    @EE Hello thank you for your response, doesn’t seem to happen in any particular place doesn’t seem to matter where I am I’m new to EE only been a customer a few months it was every now and again but it’s becoming a everyday occurrence now
