    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE tried twice to report an issue with signal,twice your stupid systems have said i will get a call back,Still waiting.

    @EE Unfortunately, 2 weeks later and phone calls made it is still an issue. Was told that it is a known fault. Still not able to access the information I want.

    @EE @paul_miller78 No mobile phone company has ever guaranteed indoor mobile signal so it's not just EE it's all down to the frequency used. O2 uses low frequency that is great for for outdoors in a straight line. EE uses higher frequency that travels less needing more masts to triangulate

    @paul_miller78 @EE @O2 The frequency O2 uses works better inside buildings. EE is faster where you get a good signal

    @paul_miller78 @EE Indeed, a "Low-E" window can block signal significantly more than a thick concrete wall.

    phoned @EE yesterday to see why my signal in work is so bad and was told the concrete was too thick to go through. Im working on a new apartment tower with windows in it and on level 21, im not working on a concrete bunker.

    @EE our internet has been down since the afternoon of the 10th Feb at TN31 6NR. No updates on timescale for return of service. Becoming unacceptable now!

    @EE mobile signal gone, not able to make calls, yet your website says everything is fine? I’ve reported it already but can’t call to report it, I’m having to use public wifi to even find out it’s not a me specific issue
