    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Nah, Orange was better than T Mobile, but when you merged, the quality and signal went to ****. @O2 is miles better, and so far haven’t hit anyone with roaming charges either!

    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    Crap service from ee couldn't make outgoing calls when I really needed to. You make my blood boil. @EE People rely on mobile phones or has that escaped your notice.

    @EE phone coverage at our home address is appalling. Even using, as they recommend, WiFi calling, it's rubbish. Seriously considering withholding bill payments - why pay for a service that doesn't work?

    Hey @giffgaff @EE @Ofcom 2FA via SMS is now apparently considered unsafe even with notifications hidden. Requests to port numbers can be made & honoured by service providers this is being exploited by criminals. This is probably due to sympathetic operators trying to help . .
