@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE At the time of this message no internet at all and waiting maybe 4 minutes it connected and working again. Then maybe no more than 10 minutes later happened again. Since then I’ve had no alerts from my monitoring software say it’s been down again.

@EE When I get home from work I can look at my monitoring and see any small drop outs they may have triggered the sending of an email to me(only sent if down for more than 5 minutes) still need to talk to them again about another issue I tweeted about some time ago
