    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi Neil - I managed to speak to a helpful guy in your Plymouth tech team.He went through lots of diagnostics with me. It seems that my phone will not connect automatically to a network so I have to scan and select one which will allow me to use data. Strange - Samsung S10.

    @GeeBra9 @EE I can’t view mine just now, possibly a linked issue? I’ve got a callback in one hour and I’ll ask them to look into my bill. I’ll let you know if they give any tips for how to view it!

    @EE Hi Sarah, I think it’s an issue on BTs end to be honest. I’ve seen a lot of reports of it. I can log in, load up the programme and then it just starts buffering after 20 seconds. I don’t blame EE at all.

    @EE I have just checked my ee account and it shows I have btsport add on but when I login with my credentials it's says no account recognised, I was watching it fine yesterday morning but now I'm kicked out.

    @EE get your upgrade system sorted 1 hr in store fully ready to upgrade but the system went down. Now I need to come back into town. Be better

    @wozHey99 @barneyrednews We were discussing this at the last match. My son & I are with @EE. We never get a signal at Old Trafford yet our friends on Vodafone do. I haven’t changed provider for decades but other customer service issues mean I probably will when my current contract runs out.
