@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Already done that am done a re set. I was advised to change all my passwords with EE being down. No viruses detected. Lost a lot off photos doing a rest set as I couldn’t take the chance. Still strange how it comes out you where hacked and my account it working correctly

Hello @o2 I’ve been a loyal customer to @ee for ten years and can provide bank statements as proof. However I’m upon mentioning this to them I didn’t get much of a positive reward until my next upgrade. Just wondering what you guys do to reward loyal customers? Feel free to DM.

@EE I must admit, tonight is the first time I've been very unhappy with EE. I think a complaint to the communications ombudsman is afoot. Tried emailing their ceo of customer service but emails blocked. They don't have an email complaints section, it's either here, phone or forum

@EE I'm trying to claim the Razer Kishi through a text I've received from upgrading to the s21. Everytime I get to checkout it's still trying to charge me full price. I've even tried entering the voucher code provided but it won't work. Can anyone help?
