@EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

@EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

I'm very unhappy with the online help service from @EE I asked them to unlock the content lock and they said it would take up to 24 hours and it's been about 36 hours and the content lock is still on. Not a helpful service. I am not happy about this.
