    @EE was probably the worst choice i could have made for broadband, was promised good speed because of all our devices yet we can barely load netflix on the tv and i use my 4G instead of wifi on my phone 🙃🙃🙃

    @EE Hi, my wife upgraded with you and you sent her the wrong phone, she has sent it back to you and has confirmation it’s been delivered but you are making her wait 7 days before she can re apply for her upgrade! Oh, and you have kept her £50 as well! Poor show, very poor show

    @EE No, been with EE for over 10 years of which about 5 with “fibre” Would love to know why this has dropped from about 5 which was still poor to this sorry figure

    @EE Hi, it's our home broadband. All devices having issues, so have disconnected everything apart from the work laptop. Still nothing.

    @EE I ended up purchasing the item in another store as it was easier than messing about with your site. That's just 1 sale lost, imagine how many other have had the same issue.

    @TommoSutts @EE Mate sorry to stick my nose in I've been in your shoes in the past. Get InTouch with your council ASAP and should the worst happen, they'll point you in the direction to get a roof over your head. I ended up in a bedsit instead of the streets some years back. Hope all is well bud

    @EE EE, Newcastle upon Tyne, Eldon square store, is fit for nothing for customer services. The staff is so arrogant and they are not in the mood of assisting their valued customers. It's a shame and I can't wait to leave them.
