@EE can someone help me take the adult lock off my account please?

  • kevin_blundell Kev Blundell (@kevin_blundell) reported

@EE We can’t access our account because we’ve never received any account information / receipt. Our WiFi is trash and without account information we can’t speak to anybody. What’s our option?

  • CarlBoylin Carl T Boylin (@CarlBoylin) reported

@PhilMitchell83 @EE They’re ignoring their client base, something any business should never ever do. They’ve ignored my DMs to date completely. They continue in this fashion many many users will move provider.

  • adambutler65 Adam Butler (@adambutler65) reported

Wonderful service from @EE today. I pay for family internet access but every month this resets, so I have to “share” data for the others via the EE app. But now the app no longer recognises my email address nor password. Fantastic now that we are away travelling. Top job, EE 👏👏

  • NeilTrangmar Neil Trangmar (@NeilTrangmar) reported

@EE Cleared itself later in the day. I had Google maps and Waze both being unable to function yesterday around 11:30am, although the handset indicated an EE 4g service was available. Both are internet-dependent satnav apps.

  • leebo86 Lee Mccartney (@leebo86) reported

  • seymourdavid21 David Seymour (@seymourdavid21) reported

@EE Neil it is my opinion that fibre is a bad investment! It is a multi trillion dollar investment that can't be upgraded within a decade! 30 quid a month simply won't pay it back even if the whole world was a subscriber to the ISP!

  • werdle Ollie Powell (@werdle) reported

@EE I think so. I phoned your customer services yesterday and they put it on for a month starting today (first day of my billing month apparently) and said it will automatically come off on 11th August. Is that right? It stops by itself?

  • Dc4pMHiRi7kGnfS joewaggie (@Dc4pMHiRi7kGnfS) reported

@EE 5g should be banned and all companies using it forced to shut down.
