@EE advertises being the best network. Realised today I get better deal and service elsewhere for my mobile phone. Unlocking the phone was an ordeal and the staff in the shop did not know their operations.

@JasonG84Gaffa @andy_cov93 @EE That’s gone up a hell of a lot. I got mine when it first come out and I threatened to cancel with 3 because of the joke of a contract they tried giving me for that phone so they apologised and gave me my sim for £10 a month

@EE No broadband literally all day - Newport Isle of Wight. Engineer coming in the morning thankfully - but what gives!? I've had nothing but problems with your service ever since I joined. Engineers out, phonecalls complaining about no WiFi etc at least 3 times a year.
