@EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@EE #whenitcounts ?!? How about invest in 4G down the SW train routes from London to Cornwall, instead of billions on 5G that hardly anyone can use? There are blackspots and large areas of 2.5G EDGE signal for Christ's sake. Impossible to do anything nevermind when it counts.
