@EE Disappointed? More like ripped off? Buy a new phone and SEPARATELY buy a new plug? So far,so #unsustainable I was told what a loyal, wonderful customer I was for staying with EE but failed to mention I needed a ruddy new plug!!! How? From where? What if I had limited mobility?

@EE Yes. Just FYI this will now be the 10th time ive been 'advised' to reset my network settings. This issue has been going on for well over a year. Every staff member here avoids EE for this reason. Its clearly a coverage issue rather than a device specific one.

Helen is trying to download 1.8Mb on @O2 4G, It’s painful and still going even while I type this slowly. Just as bad as @EE slow poor signal quality everywhere. It’s almost as if a new service is coming 🤔 3 minutes and counting

@JirwinArt @O2 I know how you feel. In the centre of Bath, O2 is horrendous. I managed to get their attention and had someone call me to tell me that they were aware of the network congestion and were working on it. I’ll be going to @EE as soon as I can

@EE has anyone from #EE ever travelled from Bristol to Manchester by train and experienced quite the worst connectivity I have ever seen in the UK - not even 3G for the majority of the journey! Looking forward to @Blu_Wireless providing #5G powered trackside Wifi in future.

@EE Waited week & half for new phone: it comes WITHOUT A PLUG? which has to be PURCHASED SEPARATELY?!! I cant use the handset I have signed up for. Unbelievable. Also, what a waste of plastic - what am I supposed to do with the perfectly good old one? @Ofcom #Sustainability fail

@EE We’ve had to phone them as she doesn’t have a way of calling them. Everyday we’re being told we’ll get a call back, and we never do. Executive team is meant to be phoning before 8pm, but we’ve just had a text saying you’ve closed the case.

@AdamBak29805537 @KingDreMMA @EE It's down to getting them booked in. There is only limited stock and will be till 2022 and Sony will have deals with companies like game, amazon and currys so they obviously will fire stock to them first. It will then be fired out to other retailers 1/2

Cannot fault @EE after dealing with harassment and grief the past few days, after the sudden death of my dad. EE were fantastic at getting my number changed in under 10 minutes free of charge, and even putting it on a report if I need it in the future. 10/10 for custom service!

@EE Hi Team EE... we logged a ticket for our Broadband earlier this Evening. The engineer tweaked somethin and it was OK for a while... but still having issues with it dropping frequently. It's currently online, but in at 35.95Mbps, usually nearer 75. Can anyone help?

@EE now you've stopped supporting EETV which has forced me to leave you as my service provider. I don't want to send you the TV box back if it's just going to end up in landfill. I still have a use for it. As you don't have a use for it do I have your permission to keep it?
