@EE the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, it seems to be fine for EE to give customers misleading information and when you question it no one knows why & don't want to find out why to tell the customer what went wrong, EE loves to work behind closed doors. Sad

@EE help please, my phone is always showing 4G and service yet the internet just doesn’t work. It’s been like this for days now when I’m at my house, but there are no problems in the area. It’s really frustrating as I don’t have WiFi at the moment so I can’t used my phone.

@Channel4 @EE I had very bad experience with EE after 12 years been a good customer. And even threatened me. If I speak with executive i will loose everything. And left me stress and anxiety by EE customer care supporter including Executive.

The problem seems to be the @EE Excutive Customer Relations (complaints) team. There is no one senior to them to ensure complaint procedures are followed, no one to whom you can report a matter to and you cannot log a complaint about them. @Ofcom need to investigate this breach.
