Do you know what,I normally just say 'thank you for your help' at the end of calls,however I think @EE need to give some serious praise to Paul Watson,he was incredible with me on the phone today,like seriously incredible. One less worry for me and hopefully an hours more sleep!

@EE I want to know why my bill has gone up by 60% for exactly the same service. I use the phone for one week of the year when I'm in the UK, and keep the contract solely for the phone number. It used to be 10 quid, now it's 16.

@EE Seriously, outside of major cities your coverage varies between poor and non-existent. On train between London and Newcastle and have been more or less without 4G for most of the journey so far
