    @VodafoneUK please tell how you have the cheek to advertise Unlimited data and yet have a 25gb fair usage limit yet a real network like @EE has a fair usage of 1000 GB ,

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE Exactly. But three are making it sound amazing and reality its terrible, yet ee speed is not headline grabbing but very usable in built up congested areas which i would take all day long

    @EE the contract you offered was processed incorrectly, yiu say you have no record of the deal agreed! I've been on the phone now for 60 minutes and still no resolution. Incredibly poor customer service

    @EE Hi, services are really bad in PR4 post code area. I have both home data sim and mobile and both very poor. Having to use a three sim to work.

    @sihoughton @EE It’s got everything to do with it. They are doing it because they no longer have concessions in the EU. Like there’s no EU Medical insurance so if some idiot breaks their leg in Benidorm there’s no insurance and it will cost a fortune.

    @EE hello, trying to purchase a new phone online via the website and the website seems to be stuck in a loop after you put delivery details in. The page reloads asking for address and postcode again, re-input, and the same happens again. Please help!

    @SteveyAsp @ThreeUK @EE That what made me switch from three to ee , network congestion and the fact the 4g coverage from three in my area hasnt changed in 4 years, still no coverage, yet ee offer no 5g yet but 70-110mb 4g connection which is overkill but come in hand if my broadband goes down

    @EE At the moment it's 4 greens, but as soon as a I make a reply or tweet it goes to one green and flashing red. The problem has occurred when new ultrafast broadband was installed in the street.

    @EE Whenever possible, leaving EE over broken word on EU roaming charges. No plans you said? Within months, U turn. Does EE / BT not have a 3 year plan & budget. Looks like EE operates month to month on the hoof! Thank goodness no longer a BT shareholder, soon an ex-customer.

    @EE please tell all your customers that you don’t have the necessary parts to fix their phone before you charge them and then take the phone apart. Seems I must be the only person in the UK that has Samsung and is affected by a “global parts” shortage? Surely you knew beforehand

    @EE great service from Tom at your Truro branch yesterday, I took my elderly Mum to get her phone upgraded. Tom was patient & friendly, sorted a suitable phone & new contract for Mum and set it up for her too. 5* service.

    @EE Hi, in June I took out a 160gb plan that was double data offer on your 80gb plan. Last month I got 160gb after only getting 80gb at the start of the month after I mentioned it, but it’s just renewed and I’ve only been given 80gb again. Can you help with this? Thanks.

    @EE Hello ee. Why the hell have u stoped by SIM card before the new one has arrived. I rely on my phone for phone and internet and now I’ve neither. I am at a friends house in their wifi which I can only use during the day. WHAT THE HELL R U PLAYING AT. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE
