@evnsio giffgaff has a data cap on roaming in EU (which in a few days will be 5GB) but no extra fees. They piggyback off 02 network I think - not sure how that ranks against others

@giffgaff No reply to previous message so reiterating. Your "Unlimited" bundle is a con. For 3 months had no issues on GB-specific bundles. Then on first day of Unlimited, people at work noticed my connection keeps dropping on video call. Don't BS me, I noticed this before.

So... in order to sort my busted phone and get a new one I now have to use 3 different websites because @Klarna and @giffgaff have put so many barriers in place and provide consistently poor service when trying to sort any issue. Really disappointed.

@giffgaff Well I've done this and the only result was for your customer services to take no responsibility and pass the buck. Really just dreadful.

@troyhunt Same here. I can find one instance of being sent a survey by them in March 2011 (via @Giffgaff ) - they sure hang onto our data for a long time - possibly longer than is allowed by GDPR when it was only used for one survey?

@giffgaff can You help me please? I ordered a SIM from Giffgaff because I wanted to change my mobile phone provider, unfortunately I didn’t realise I’m still in contract until next year. I received the Sim so now need to return it but don’t know how?

@giffgaff Last update was yesterday, hence I wrote here. Delay, okay, I understand, but I’ve been without a phone signal for over 48h. This is getting ridiculous. Can you tell me anything else than be patient or not really?
