    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK why can’t I get any answers from the section 75 customer service centre ?? Drained ! Stressed !! Just waiting for the money to go into the bank 🏦 been 2 months ! Nobody can help !! WHY???

    @HSBC_UK what is going on? You make it almost impossible to apply for a business loan. I’m an existing customer and I can’t get through nor get any response to my previous calls.

    @HSBC_UK stood in a long queue in Birmingham branch where apparently it takes an hour to speak to a member of staff to sort a problem we have had with our account for well over 12 months despite us trying to resolve it. Shockingly bad service.

    @HSBC_UK I've been banking online with you for years. Have just been locked out for entering 'incorrect' security codes 3 times in a row. But they weren't incorrect - I was really careful to make sure 2nd and 3rd attempts were accurate! Automatd chat responses can't help...

    @HSBC_UK That sounds right. I was told because I was an existing customer I’d be able to go through the process over the phone. Should I now hang up my call? I’m conscious I can’t go through another 3+ hour wait as it’s rendered it impossible for me to work today.
