    @HSBC_UK I’m trying to find out what the max I can overpay is. I know it’s 10% of balance but no idea what that is. I only have a few days in which to do this for this year. I don’t want to overpay my overpay and be penalised. Can you help? It’s been over an hour now.

    @HSBC_UK I found a debit card from one of your customers in the park and called the number on the back but can’t be connected unless I am a customer…what should I do?

    @HSBC_UK That hasn’t worked in the past. I got told I had to go to a branch. Went to a branch and surprise, surprise, they said they couldn’t help either. Told me to phone in. No one answered. I really regret going with HSBC. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear. Customer service awful.
