    @Chris_RedPT @TranmereCrohnie @HSBC_UK They suspended new applications indefinitely. Went with CashPlus in the end. No issues so far

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    So fed up of @HSBC_UK messing me about, worst customer service ever! On the phone for an hour and no help, need to go into branch which is hard as I'm disabled currently. Someone using my old account fraudulently and no one cares!!! 🤬😡

    Switched some of my accounts to @HSBC_UK and now realised it was a terrible idea as their customer service is horrendous, I'm waiting 20+ minutes to speak to someone! If anyone is thinking of switching banks, do not go with @HSBC_UK!

    @HSBC_UK I’m a customer of yours, You’re shitting down banks and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with No answer and the app won’t let me change a standing order payment, It will only let me cancel it ;(
