Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@Lost_In_Films_ @HSBC_UK @Shelter I had trouble a few years ago, they wanted ID and proof of address. I live with my mum, my name isn't on bills. I don't have any photo ID. They helped me find documents that were acceptible although it did take a while to sort out. Waiting for HSBC to fix the banking app.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter documents not be sent to. I've help 3 people this week get Bank accounts at the HSBC this week and countless more this year to date along with my co worker @Sharkness03 The bank just needs nominated support workers to take people to the appointment.

@HSBC_UK @Shelter Let me also say, after looking into this more. Make the conditionality less. It should not have to be gatekept by shelter & conditional of receiving their support. Nor should it be some branches it should be all. These people live chaotic life’s & need it to be there immediately.
