Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK wow I just had THE best customer experience from Malini in your Elstree and Borehamwood branch. I’ve never had that service even at harrods. Reinstated my faith after a really bad experience with HSBC.
