Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK what's up with your app? It keeps telling me that my device isn't connected to the internet but I am and all other apps are working fine (including an app from another bank).

@HSBC_UK Your banking app is not working on IPhone currently as it keeps on coming up with an error message. Message says Can’t connect to HSBC network and check your device settings. Have you got an issue with the app this morning?
