Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK That hasn’t worked in the past. I got told I had to go to a branch. Went to a branch and surprise, surprise, they said they couldn’t help either. Told me to phone in. No one answered. I really regret going with HSBC. I’d advise anyone else to steer clear. Customer service awful.

Shocking customer ‘service’ from @HSBC_UK today, they get worse every time I use them, claims about being friendly helpful and the worlds local bank are all a lie. It is easier to deal with my French bank in French is easier!

@HSBC_UK No and I didn't ask to go paperless either and yet this month you suddenly decided to make my account paperless. Have had to go online to set my account back to paper statements, but I can't help but wonder how long it'll be before you decide to ignore that again.
