Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK is probably the worst bank out there. They have frozen my account without any reason and the worst is that they have no one on their help desk. Been on the phone for 1 hour with no reply. Honestly you are better off with @RevolutApp. #hsbcscam

@HSBC_UK just spent over an hour waiting for an online advisor to deal with my query only to be told after that hour that I need to phone up and speak to someone. Customer service seriously does just get worse and worse and counts for nothing with you!

I’ve had it with @HSBC_UK lol. Spent a MONTH calling every working day trying to find out why a random middle agency has held onto my international transfer. Poor communication. Refusal to just CALL the agency bc I can’t do that. Literally spending up to 2 hours a day on this.
