    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    Tried to pay money into my business account (Tide) from my personal account (HSBC) Kept getting an error despite confirming the account name details. Had to transfer to my Monzo account the from there into Tide. What is THAT about @HSBC_UK ???

    @sjp8sue @HSBC_UK I got a green tick but below said "Unexpected error"... a bit counter intuitive to have a green tick because it made me think everything had worked!

    @HSBC_UK need to reset my password yet it’s telling me to call an automated service which asks me to provide my sort code n 16 digit card number yet i dont have this, i only have a help to buy ISA account, not any other current account or anything????

    @HSBC_UK do you answer you phone, 30 mins on hold and still waiting. The chat service experience earlier on in the week was awful , my branch can’t help with fraud on my credit card and can’t speak to anyone on the phone… do you care about vulnerable customers

    @HSBC_UK i need do make an urgent transfer (international and the rate is only valid for 2 hours) my app isn’t working and I need a code from the app to log onto online banking. What on earth can I do? Im on hold with help but I’m concerned about the wait. Can you please help?
