    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK It still isn’t working for me, tried deleting & redownloading, restarting my phone, nothing has worked it just crashes and closes once I go on the app. Waiting for my physical secure key so that I can access my bank but that could be another weeks so idk what you expect us to do

    @HSBC_UK The mobile app is still crashing for me. I use mobile app to generate the security code, which means I am not able to login to online banking. How am I supposed to do any transactions ?

    @HSBC_UK iPhone 12 with 14.8 update on. It won’t even let me login anymore and is now saying it doesn’t recognise my credentials. Business app is the same too.

    @HSBC_UK App is still not working for me on my iPhone 6s (IOS 14). Crashes whenever I open it and if it does get to the log in stage, I never receive the verification code via text.

    @HSBC_UK @HSBC_AUS @HSBC UK account locked due to incorrect security Q. Live permanently in AUS now. Can not unlock account because your teams won't/can't communicate due to incompetence/time zone issues. Show some initiative and rectify this.

    To open an account on UK. Recvd no help. Once I reached UK,after follow ups was connected to someone from @HSBC_UK but was told we have to visit the branch then can open it and he can't expedite the process.Visited the branch today and was told it would take a further 15-20 days

    @HSBC_UK Ive just spent the best part of 20 mins tryin to delete payees. Every instruction is wrong ! Logged on to main site not via mobile app. Frustrating !!!
