    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @guardian Son was scammed by fraud yesterday. @HSBC_UK “opened a case” but no refund. #Barclays apparently stop all payments to the website at source as they know it’s a scam. Student account likely to go to Barclays then & @HSBC_UK have lost loyal customers.

    @HSBC_UK Hi HSBC, very disappointed with your customer service on phone and online. I was on call for more that half an hour and could not hold of anyone. Similarly, tried to get hold of some online but no response received from some one and finally I was signed out.

    @HSBC You are the worst banking service provider. It’s been 3 hours I am running to one branch and Another , calling to one number and another , no one helps. @HSBC_UK holds the most unprofessional staff and worst service . Nobody respond to customer with their money.

    @HSBC_UK any update on the app release for iOS15 Public Beta please? All other banks & apps have managed to get their apps working!? We have access to EVERY other app!? We can’t roll back, due to updating watches to watchOS 8… and we’ve been waiting 5 weeks for securekeys?? 😡
