Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK @HSBC_UK I would like to log a formal complaint. How do I go about doing this, as the response you’ve provided is not satisfactory and no apologies has been given for the stress your bank has provided. I am not even your customer. Can’t imagine how you do treat your customers.
