Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK I am locked out of my online banking. The advice online is to enter via the website but I need a secure digital key for this, which I don't have as I am trying to set it up on a new phone. I can't phone as you want a telephone PIN and I haven't used one for 15+ years.

@HSBC_UK He tried calling the number on the letter 50minutes in the queue and basically your not set up for people that don’t live their life on line to pass security. Pointless going to the bank they don’t have staff to help you really should be ashamed

Unbelievably poor service again today @HSBC_UK @HSBC just joining the queue again after being cut-off to discuss an issue I was told was fixed yesterday. I used the call back function last week & still got cut-off.

@HSBC_UK The bank should be in position to provide an email address at least, there is nothing on my vision too!! It’s very frustrating( i have been having the issues since last week and tired of the long calls and useless agents!!)
