@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK More than a month since we complained about @HSBC_UK. Complaint lodged, no joy. Hours spent in the branch & dangling on the phone. Just terrible service. Strongly recommend other banks. Any other banks.

@HSBC_UK @Humesy1987 Well, I have te reported having the same issue with the same version. The application is flaky. Sometimes works and at other times crashes before you are able to enter login details.
