@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK Thanks but that isn’t the issue. I’ve been randomly having the same problem for a week or two. It works one minute then not the next. Can’t logon online without a security code from the app which is not good.

@HSBC_UK closing a branch for the foreseeable future without notice or explanation and making it difficult to access information by phone is very bad practise. Now looking to bank elsewhere, we’ll no choice really if you need a physical branch.
