Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK I'm an HSBC customer my mum wasn't however I'm trying to set up an Executor account to pay a cheque in, I can only do this by appointment but I can't make an appt online or over the phone. My local branch is shut and I don't fancy a 30 mile round journey to set an appt up

My favourite part about being on hold after the 15min mark to @HSBC_UK is the hold music slows down as if even it is running out of patience. Over a week of trying to get a new online password as you can't get it online if you're locked out and branches won't touch online. hell.
