@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK applied for advanced current account, rejected as my credit score is 'not high enough' yet with Experian it is 999. Phoned and assistant was no help, and would't explain why or give further info. Can you help please?

@HSBC_UK hi there, I no longer have a current account with you and cannot work out how to pay my credit card. I called up to pay and they sent me to my new bank but I can’t set up payment without a sort code or account number, can someone help please?
