@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK And as I said I have been running beta version’s since around beta 12 and we r now on Beta 15 and until now I have not had a problem so don’t pass the buck to Apple wen it’s something the HSBC development team cos find a fix for.

@jt932018 @HSBC_UK That sounds absolutely horrendous! I’m lucky I’m not having problems as bad as that but, just sick and tired of them having advisers online who recommend you go to a branch. Infuriates me when they have a help service that doesn’t actually help!

@HSBC_UK So why not fix them in advance. Given they are issues you are likely to have to fix at one point anyway. To be clear have a few banking apps on my phone and yours is only one which does not work.

@spinningdove @HSBC_UK I cant comment about the staff member but maybe the reason for being unable to access money or cash might be that the branch is counterless hence the only option is a branch that offers a counter service?

As a bank, @HSBC_UK claimed to help their customers during the last 18 months but personally, I have not seen one little glimpse of this! Just sick and tired of them making absolutely everything far more difficult than it ever should be! Grrrr!
