@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK @ChangePlease They don't care, when I was a customer, they said if I wasn't deaf - I would get better service after they kept blocking my accounts - all because I couldn't take a phone call. After my account was blocked 5 times in one week (twice in a day) I left.

@HSBC_UK Excuse me. Are you saying you give preferential treatment to staff based on their skin colour. I am a customer of the bank and I absolutely think this is appalling. I want the best qualified member of staff to serve me, not the one who ticks some sort of ideological box.

It appears that paying in cash (remember that?) at my local @HSBC_UK is too much to ask being a @firstdirect customer. My bank card doesn’t work in the machine and there’s no longer any manned desks. I was sent to a @PostOffice instead? Ridiculous 🤯
