    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK The issue was with the app supporting both 32 bit “legacy” iOS devices as well as iOS 15. The delay was because for a while; it couldn’t support both. That and HSBC don’t trust beta release security, which is fastidious of them, until they can test for themselves.

    @marvelrls @HSBC_UK I would suggest you transfer your account to another Bank..... @HSBC_UK offer nothing but poor service, satellite branches where ATMs are not working so you can't draw cash. Their Complaints team are unable to understand their own system notes, Bereavement Support Team are a joke

    @HSBC_UK 1/2 I need your help again for my son, by law you have to give him a time scale of when a investigation will be completed, he is being told they don't know how long it will take, this isn't right and I'd like him to be informed of a time scale by the end of the day
