@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

Nothing to back it up, just a personal take from fact issues are now widely debated & whilst I hear many supporting views like Ms Forstater's among friends/relatives/work colleagues etc, I've yet to hear a single voice supporting opposing view

@HSBC_UK I’m a customer & wanted to warn others of a new gas supply scam, they call you repeatedly and claim to be from OFGem and telling you that you’ve got a gas leak and that you’re in danger and you need to pay for a technician to come and fix it.
