@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@pcardno @HSBC_UK Pretty bad of @HSBC_UK (1) not to include a Red Flag Warning banner above the Amount field declaring the change; and (2) not understand your Twitter description of the issue and reply to you!; (3) at least pass the issue onto their IT dept.

@HSBC_UK trying to get through to safeguarding team via phone and live chat for days now. Hours on hold and live chat keeps throwing me out of the queue. Mother in law can't access her pension, account blocked. How can I sort if I can't get through?! Living abroad so no branches

It's a sorry state of affairs when a Business Bank you've Banked with for your entire business years, Midland Bank now @HSBC_UK ,. cannot resolve your issues over the telephone, care, call you back, have someone senior at hand to discuss the fecking SAFEGUARD review!

@HSBC_UK facial recognition on the app not working. I’ve not used my digital password for at least a year and I can’t reset it as your instructions just take me round in circles. Pretty poor app update so far - can you pls advise as a matter of urgency?
