Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK Too much effort. Just try the following: - Using your website/app and all the forms that have to be filled in for everything. - Go into your Camden branch and speak to the guy on the counter about anything. Never left feeling so deflated in my life. Sucked the life out of me.

@HSBC_UK Thank you. I did, nothing works. It seems the HSBC apps aren’t compatible with the public release of iOS16 just yet. I’d like this to be flagged to management please. Not being able to access personal AND business apps is unacceptable. It’s a public release.

@HSBC_UK Struggling with your lousy systems to set up online banking under Power of Attorney. Two visits to branches, one unsuccessful call yesterday. 44 minutes on the phone today. Then I was cut off by you - because no one at HSBC knows what your error code BERR_20295 means?
