@HSBC_UK existing customer here who can’t open an online bonus saver account through the online option. Have tried the chat option through online banking to no avail. Tried to call but nearly an hour wait already! Such a frustrating experience for a 25+ year customer.

@HSBC_UK 33 years a customer.. retention of my custom.. answering my questions and providing good customer service is not high on the HSBC agenda as pointed out in a 37% CUSTOMER service rating
