@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK what is wrong with your uk mobile banking app it keeps crashing on 7.0 android I got a message on my current phone on android 5.0 that from august it wont be supported do need to move to 7.0 or newer i have done this but the app keeps crashing and wont load! Fix it pls

@HSBC_UK It's all sorted. But as he's a 90yr old with failing hearing it would have been impossible without my assistance. You don’t even have a picture of the large SecureKey on your website but I'm sure many customers would benefit. No complaint needed, just think about the use case!!

It’s happened again @HSBC_UK 3 people queuing inside to see the same person while several wait outside can’t even get in to use the machines. A bit of queue managment could solve a lot of problems here and wait times

@scoobydotaxi @HSBC_UK @Barclays I don't particularly want online banking, but gradually being left behind and lots of branches shutting down, so unable to get a statement, but it's frustrating. I feel your pain. If it was easier at another bank I think I'd go, but then that's an even bigger headache.

@MarkEWest @HSBC_UK @HSBC How long have companies been using the 'high call volumes' excuse for? Covid has given them a free pass to let poor customer service drop even lower than before. Clearly HSBC have more important customers to deal with, like corporate endeavours.

@HSBC_UK app needs updating for iOS 15 BETA. Now can’t use my app or online banking because I can’t generate a code. Every app is working except the HSBC app. Needs fixing! 🤬
