    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @Chris_RedPT @TranmereCrohnie @HSBC_UK They suspended new applications indefinitely. Went with CashPlus in the end. No issues so far

    @bat1150gs @HSBC_UK Ezactly my point, a public beta is going to be buggy so expect things to go wrong. It was your choice to install the beta, and HSBC only needs to support the current (15) version.

    @leocarr78 @HSBC_UK I haven’t installed as the time hsbc we’re really slow, I want to install to be able to help sort any bugs before main launch, point is that all other banks have added iOS-16 to there apps and hsbc is being really poor on support, it also means there is more chance of hsbc-

    @HSBC_UK are an absolute joke!! Rubbish customer service and can't help as I don't have an expiry date for a card. Can't even block a card because I don't know the expiry date!

    @HSBC_UK new customer had an issue when creating credit card account. Was told to call before activating card and discuss but I can’t get through as I don’t have a security code. Any advice on how to speak with an advisor prior to activating my card?

    Is anyone from @HSBC_UK intermediaries going to issue a communication? Massive issues again today as BDMs are saying rates will be honoured but nothing official has been announced. I’ve now had to use 3 different web browsers. Latest one kicked me out at last page b4 submitting

    FFS @HSBC_UK trying to open a current account, already an HSBC customer. Went into branch, told to apply online. Tried online, told to ring. Rang, told I have to go into branch. Absolute **** show. looking elsewhere.
