    Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

    @Chris_RedPT @TranmereCrohnie @HSBC_UK They suspended new applications indefinitely. Went with CashPlus in the end. No issues so far

    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    @HSBC_UK Hello, it's a 2018 Huawei/ Android, version is 3.17.1. Could it be a problem with the payee details? It's just odd that the message appears at the end of the sequence and not earlier.

    Starting to lose my patience with @HSBC_UK Business. 2 years on and still using COVID as excuse for poor service. Half an hour in the phone queue, get forwarded to the wrong team and then put to the back of the queue again. This is for something I applied for 5 months ago!

    Love it when you’ve been a customer of @HSBC_UK Since 1985 😤 and you ask for a simple statement for another matter to be printed and they give you a telephone 📞 number instead 😳 I was the only customer in the bank 😤 Call that Poor #CustomerService & Laziness 😤😤 #LadyPinner

    Absolute worst customer service @HSBC_UK Chester branch this morning. Do not appreciate getting smirked at whilst being told I need to phone anyway, after explaining I can't get through on the phone line. Can't even change my phone banking code in branch? Useless.

    My @HSBC_UK premier account tells me there is a 50k limit on sending money. When I go to do it I find the limit is actually 25k. Why am I not surprised, yet again, that dealing with @HSBC is always a major problem. don;t bother replying. I know you don't give a flying F***
