Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK have a massive problem in that you can never contact anyone .. no branches .. and what I think is the longest wait of any bank. You can stay on for a hour and get nowhere.

@empiresend @HSBC_UK You may find that branch staff numbers have reduced but under regulation they should log customer complaints and give you a complaint reference number so if you need to escalate to the ombudsman you have a link. Complete add into have to be dealt with in a strict timescale.

@HSBC_UK Please sort iOS app. Crashes within the first 20 seconds of it opening. It's been a problem since August, and still had no more information on when this may be fixed.

@HSBC_UK After many messages to many chat advisors, I *finally* got connected with someone that was prepared to help me. She did what I requested - amended my standing order… if only every member of HSBC staff was that helpful… such a simple request should not take so long to action!

@empiresend @HSBC_UK Also the machines are ‘balanced’ routinely so the local staff will know how much has been put in and how much has been paid out. If you are the only error !! the machine will be £500 over. They might not tell you but they’d be able to find out !!
