Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK Had a very frustrating, time consuming call to your customer service team. Although we could hear each other there was a few seconds delay on the audio, both ways, so much confusion, interruptions and repeating ourselves. What a headache!

@rooksby66 @HSBC_UK @HSBC They closed my local branch. The next closest one is closed for refurbishment, so I spent hours at another one yesterday and still not resolved. Poor woman there was also misdirected to 4 wrong departments trying to help me. It's just ridiculous
