    @HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

    This isnt the time to complain about managing money (as some have none to manage). But can I say @HSBC_UK that I’m trying to use your credit card to book a hotel in Greece to see my new grandson for the first time. It is proving impossible! Sure I’m not the only one. Any answers?

    @HSBC_UK Nope, new customer. But somehow @HSBC_UK has found their way to send correspondence to an address I haven’t lived at for over 3 years. This is a security breach.

    @wmarybeard @HSBC_UK Is the payments being declined or the card not accepted? If it is the payment not going through, try contacting customer services of the cred.card company. It might be a security issue where they have to manually unblock the company you want to book. Keeping my fingers crossed.
