Happy Friday! I’ve had 100 of £s stolen from my bank and @HSBC_UK @HSBC are ridiculously unhelpful. I’ve phoned three times and either get hung up on or they tell me their headsets broken and to call back.

@HSBC_UK every time I try to open your banking app it crashes. This has been going on for weeks now. Judging by other Twitter comments and reviews on the App Store you are aware of the issue already. When will it be fixed please? Incredibly frustrating.

@HSBC_UK hi. Your mobile app has stopped working. Press Login, scan fingerprint and then it just goes back to Login screen. IOS 14.8. iPhone 8 Plus. Same problem on latest app version. Have rebooted phone. How can I get some help on that please?

@BarclaysUKHelp @HSBC_UK Can’t do, it’s a trustee account and there isn’t online access. FYI - Volunteers tend to only have Saturdays available to come into the branch without needing to take time of work. By not having a counter service I now have to take time of work. Not helpful.
