Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

@dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

@HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

@HSBC_UK @EmmaRaducanu Maybe spend less money of celebs and employ a few more call centre staff. Over 30 minute wait and then had to phone department as could not be transfered. Appalling customer service and has been getting worse.

@HSBC_UK No, not even close. It literally doesn't work. I capture the image perfectly and then the app complains the cheque doesn't perfectly fit the frame. It won't fit the frame, it's a different aspect ratio. It's impossible to use this feature unless the cheque is a specific size.
