    Shocking service from @HSBC_UK my card has been cloned money taken from my account I called 4 days ago they agreed fraud activity on my account.. said they blocked my card new one coming … TODAY more fraud activity..#HSBC sorry sir we didn’t stop your card internet issues WTF!

    Absolutely appalling levels of customer service with @hsbc_uk business banking -phone service over 1hour wait - but no responsiveness on the Chat app either. If you’re looking for a business account look elsewhere

    @HSBC_UK Was in there again just now! Both cash AND cheque machines down plus I gather all systems. And only 1 counter open and gather the main frame is down too? So what I paid in won’t show up?🙈🤬

    @HSBC_UK is there an HSBC app problem at the moment I have been trying for over a week to use this app and it just closes down when I press the app icon - I have reinstalled and deleted a lot of times but the app only brings up the logo ? I updated to iOS 15.2 recently ? Pls help

    @HSBC_UK i had applied for a credit card on 26 mar 2022. Called the customer care 4-5 times since then finally came to know that the application is approved, all clear from the underwriting services team, it's sitting with the banking approval team. It's been a month !!!!

    @HSBC_UK Since last few days I am unable to get my basic necessities like food, grocery, travel to work because of this. How much more I need to wait. If I say you are blocking access to my basic rights then it won't be exaggeration

    HSBC online banking payee selection option down. Essentially means their online banking is totally down. No updates online either. What a terrible banking service @HSBC_UK

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK After providing the information are u going to resolve issue or I n ed make phone calls and keep on answering ?s which otherwise should be in system after I enter my security details and voide id etc. Or should I give you my new frustrated voice id?

    @dgwbirch @Barclays Looks familiar. @HSBC_UK does the same thing. Go over your daily payment limit and, rather than say that, you get a indecipherable error message leaving you to imagine it’s an IT issue or worse. Why are established banks so bad at this stuff!?

    @Carti_Mandua @HSBC_UK If you use an anti-virus software package it could be down to a clash. I had the same sort of problem with Lloyds Bank. I had to disable the banking protection element of my software. Hope that helps.

    @HSBC_UK blocked my account and do not activate it since May 2021. All required documents have been sent multiple times via post and online and talked to managers on the phone many times who promised to resolve the issue and still nothing!! I guess next step is the court?

    Sod's law: I waited 75 minutes for a call back after opting for one rather than wait on hold for an @HSBC_UK customer agent earlier. The minute I nipped to the loo, the phone rang. Of course it did. Luckily, literally by the seat of my pants, I managed to answer it....
