    @HSBC_UK I have already sent you a few DMs. Also, I spent more than one hour on the phone. Today is Bank Holiday in the UK and it seems nobody in the Currency Accounts Department is working. I'll try again tomorrow.

    @HSBC_UK Further Ive tried this 3 separate devices...mobile phone and 2 different laptops. Ive cleared cache so this is not the issue... especially given 3 different devices.

    @HSBC_UK HSBC ‘s lack of support for victims is scandalous. Communication with customers is not fit for purpose and customers cannot tell if they are dealing with HSBC or a scam. A voluntary code for supporting victims is not worth the paper it is written on. It’s false advertising.

    @HSBC_UK Things got worse today. I had a call from someone claiming to be from the HSBC. I went through security so that I could be put through to a manager. After waiting 10 minutes, the phone was put down. When is all this going to end? Any comments HSBC?

    @HSBC_UK How and when will I find out when there is a fix for the Digital Secure Key app which was broken by the Android 11 update on my Nokia? I have no way to log onto mobile banking to check my account, it is really inconvenient. I really hope it's not just a problem for me.
