  • DrDPMcArthur David McArthur (@DrDPMcArthur) reported

A surprising aspect of the pandemic for me is how awful so many people's internet connection is. Even when they are paying a lot of money. Thank goodness @Hyperoptic came to my building a couple of years ago so I didn't have to suffer any more.

  • MughalOttoman Sultan (@MughalOttoman) reported

@Hyperoptic Your engineers were installing their cables on our road today but they damaged the cables for @CommunityFibre. Their engineers have been hard at work all day trying to fix the damage you caused and get our Internet back up. How will you address this issue?

  • chezdon1997 Chezdon Mitchell (@chezdon1997) reported

@virginmedia For what it is worth, I am a very happy @Hyperoptic customer. They sent me my router and my 1 gbps service was live the day I moved in. They don't harass me. I pay for an awesome service, done deal. Why would Virgin Media hassle a Hyperoptic customer to move to ****** ADSL2???

  • R_Navneet Navneet Ravishanker (@R_Navneet) reported

@Hyperoptic Heavily disappointed with ur service. Begging for internet for the past several days, no proper response & of course no internet. Dnt think u value customers anymore @GOVUK has advised to WFH, wonder how that's possible with poor service & no internet @HyperopticCS?

  • DrDPMcArthur David McArthur (@DrDPMcArthur) reported

@tommo_68 @Hyperoptic That doesn't sound good. I did end up using my own router rather than the one they supplied. It didn't give a very strong signal.

  • tommo_68 Paul Thompson (@tommo_68) reported

@aaronosher @Hyperoptic Price go up a lot when renewing the contract and & if their service goes down as ours did recently it took 3.5 days to b restored and as over a weekend no official compensation offered.
