    Just so we’re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic can’t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know it’s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

    @HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic . I have to change address after staying with ypu for 1 year. The new address they can not provide service. Now you want me to pay for remaining term. This is unethical.

    @Hyperoptic Hyperoptic policies are horrible for the customers. I have been withbthem for a year and looks like their only goal is making customers life misreable rather than improving service.

    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    Solid start by @Hyperoptic on providing WiFi in my new apartment. 48 hours later and I’m still left without a connection despite it being “activated”. 30 minute+ wait times to get through to a human being. No actual update or support as to if it is even coming on. FML.
