Son of Carl 🇧🇧🇯🇲✊🏾💙 (@SOCYearwood) reported from Harrow Weald, EnglandVery happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

-

Shivers (@CicomoNosca) reported@theashrb Unfortunately I can't get Hyperoptic in my area, but I do pay £33 a month for 900mb down and like 100mb upload with EE. Still cheaper than Starlink. Not trying to knock the service because I have friends in rural areas who use it however it definitely isn't cheaper
-
vsquad22 (@StainYNWA) reported@Hyperoptic Definitely not hyper reliable. London, NW10 has dropped to 2Mbps even though I paid for 1Gb. I've been on hold with tech support for 45 minutes and then the connection mysteriously drops out. Get it sorted for goodness sake! Cheap prices = poor service
-
Lunens (@Lunens__) reportedgoddamn Hyperoptic in the UK just mogged Sky right off my internet subscription, cut 20 pounds off the cost of my internet, and are installing their magic fibre on a Sunday. that's service.
