    Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

    Just so weโ€™re clear though I literally spent over 100 hours trying to download it because the Bt WiFi hotspot is awful and @Hyperoptic canโ€™t seem to install my wifi despite it all being installed in my building... I know itโ€™s a #FirstWorldProblem by try a pandemic with no WiFi...

    @Hyperoptic has to be the WORST customer service ever! Changed my provider last month, and they still chasing me for a bill, even though they called me last month and said I owe nothing. Their customer service keep cutting me off!!! Disgraceful

    Customer support is equally frustrating. 1+ hour waits on calls, 30+ minute chat queues, then agents disappear for 5โ€“7 minutes and the chat gets terminated if I'm inactive for 60 seconds. Poor performance, endless waiting, no resolution Customers deserve better #Hyperoptic

    @Hyperoptic disgusted with service. Moved out of my flat and my new one isnโ€™t served by hyperoptic, contacted as new tenant wants to take on contract but told canโ€™t do that and will be ยฃ260 early termination charge. Robbery!!!
