Any news on the NW9 internet outage as it enters hour 27 @Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS ? The engineer has been on site for 3 hours now and your email said it would be fixed by 530 pm and it’s now after 7pm? An update that contained some information would be a good start.

Very happy to see @OpenreachHelp and @HyperopticCS co-operating last night in Harrow to try and restore service. They would have succeeded were it not for Network Homes not providing staff to open the required wiring cupboard. Here's hoping they sort it out this AM. #Hyperoptic

Turns out I caught him driving back later on he didn’t knock on I chased him down to be told he’ll need to come back the next day. Maybe? @Hyperoptic I have continuously tried reaching you to have your engineer remove his van from my driveway. My car is blocked in. I'm not a customer!!! It's been 3 hours. Your staff are unhelpful and quite frankly rude. A truly awful business!! Avoid at all costs.

@Hyperoptic Genuinely unimpressed. Had a few issues with Sky and BT before but at times it genuinely feels like you want us to have to fight to be able to use you as our ISP. What kind of company finds an issue when installing something and rather than say anything, just leaves?

Not only that, they're also sending all the necessary packaging and labels to return the old one. All I have to do is: Put in box, post. Everyone has a LOT to learn from @Hyperoptic Customer Service. 2 years with them and any issues I head was dealt with quickly and effectively
