  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

  • moses_ican Moses Adeyemi (@moses_ican) reported

I hear stories like this all the time, never thought it would happen to me. After 3 months of working for @Hyperoptic I got called into the office this morning and told I no longer had my job all because I stood up for myself in a incident with a manager 2 weeks ago

  • afootytop David (@afootytop) reported

@Hyperoptic I sit in my lounge, on the first floor of an apartment in W13 8JP and my Wi-Fi picks up 6 hyeroptic routers broadcasting, My postcode is not covered, neither are any of the neighbouring postcodes. Do you have dummy routers advertising a service not available?

@jameelamini It doesn’t help you but my guilting has just been hooked up to Hyperoptic and I am ✨excited✨

@abugintheground @Hyperoptic We are with community fibre, which was installed in our block at the same time as hyperoptic and seems to offer a very similar service. Community fibre’s website suggests we have a mesh Wi-fi device.

  • whatjoewrote Joe **** (@whatjoewrote) reported

I don't know who else needs to hear this, but after several months of silence, and occasional obfuscation, Hyperoptic have finally admitted that an install won't be happening in Edinburgh until October/November. Contrary to their bus advert claiming their service 'has landed'.

  • elewand90 Edyta Niezabitowska (@elewand90) reported

@Hyperoptic we have issue with our Internet. Can you check for us what's going on, please? Thanks

  • TommyPreziozi Mr_Sinik (@TommyPreziozi) reported

@MissDemeanor07 @Hyperoptic lol, you could walk the data faster carrying it yourself. Unless it does not like the tester. Shut down your browser, log off everything, then try 3 times and send me the best one. If that is ok with you, feel free to dm me btw. I have a bit of time
