While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Why book an installation if you can't provide the service and your Web page says otherwise. Disappointing poor customer info

Tim Easley (@timeasley) reported@craigvmorrison @Hyperoptic Ah yeah my girlfriend has that, just a pity the wifi isn't great, we get about 400/250 on hers unless I stand next to the router, but yeah loads better! Can get BT's 900/100 here but it's suuuuch a pain in the arse to switch over and cancel the others.
