From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

Hyperoptic and Community fibre both aggressively targeting their insta ads at my profile, but not being available in my area is the fail I didn't want my December to have.

@CHAYHO1 @Hyperoptic @zeninternet We understand that it may not be the fastest solution, but it is our standard practice to send our routers via Royal Mail. This way we have engineers available to immediately help our customers if they have a connection problem, or if an installation is required!

@Hyperoptic Would be great if someone #hyperoptic had not terminated my internet access for no reason on 23rd December without resolution! Full working day today still no resolution! So disappointed in poor service @Hyperoptic
