Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Pete 🏳️🌈 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@FinallyCanuck) reported from Bromley, England@JamesLeeC @Hyperoptic Wow. This is actually the first of heard of bad service from them. They must be better at hiding than most.

Siôn King (@s1onk1ng) reported@Hyperoptic I switched in the early days when you offered fibre broadband, where as your rivals had failed to deliver. Coupled with the ease of termination (which I’ve never needed) and low cost options. I stayed for the same reasons, plus the service and reliability. #10YearsOfHyperoptic

nicky_No6 (@nicky_No6) reported@Hyperoptic my home is on the top floor with no facilities to have any type of broadband. in 2018 you came and installed hyperoptic services there and i joined up before the work was completed. i was the first customer to sign up and use hyperoptic and i recommeneded to all :)

Me and myself (@tomgarbutt) reported@Hyperoptic Clearly nothing comes close when most of the UK is stuck in the past trying to cram more bits down copper lines. FTTP is the minimum that should be expected across the UK today and Hyperoptic deliver that. One of the reasons I bought my flat! #10YearsOfHyperoptic

Mark I'Anson (@markiuk) reported@Hyperoptic £40 a month with a £95 Amazon voucher and no setup fee. Virgin is £62 a month with £35 setup fee. No brainer, why pay 50% more. Haven’t had any issues Hyperoptic whatsoever over the last 2 years. 10YearsOfHyperoptic
