@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS 4 hour outage. No updates from Hyperoptic. An outage of this length without an update to customers is unacceptable. Your outgoing message about outage was recorded in an echo chamber and is inaudible. 1/2

@TheGinasium @Tonysmini @MerlinFDC4 Are you absolutely sure it’s Openreach? There are many many fibre ‘alt nets’ like Virgin, CityFibre, Hyperoptic, Gigaclear etc. If it’s OR, they may have just installed it and it’s not enabled for orders yet. Speak to an ISP with a clue like AAISP or IDNet and they may help.
