Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, EnglandFrom @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”
-
Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Kathryn A 💙 #European #Rejoiner (@kittytonk) reported@GirlGiada There are a couple of free things to check first. Electronic equipment near your router could be interfering (move it/other stuff) or the signal could be competing with a nearby neighbours router. Call hyperoptic tech help desk for advice on how to adjust it.
-
Andrew Lanxon (@Batteryhq) reported@Hyperoptic @HyperopticCS Tbf initial delays were Council-related but today was booked over a month ago and customer services assured me it had the green light. A day of having moved plans to stay in wasted and means more time tethering to 3g at home.
