    @SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

    @Ofcom what's going on? @virginmedia cable internet is off for at least 20hrs (their current estimate), @Hyperoptic doesn't answer customer calls and sets site visits months away. Is this the level of service you have set for for UK in 2022? #shocking #regulator #CustomerService

    @Hyperoptic over a week without internet and no sign of a technician. Sent multiple messages via my account and no responses yet. Abysmal customer service. Want to redeem yourself and send a technician...maybe soonish? Or am I expecting too much?

    @joccay @UrmstonDeb Ours has been off and on all night. At one point I did a speed test and I was connected to Hyperoptic getting 70mbps, then nothing. Seems intermittent rather than just broken. Hope it's working tomorrow or I'm in trouble ...

    Wow. £245 to cancel broadband with @Hyperoptic. I'd previously had a great service with them but now I would definitely not recommend. @HyperopticCS
