    @JamesLeeC @Hyperoptic Wow. This is actually the first of heard of bad service from them. They must be better at hiding than most.

    From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

    @SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

    @Hyperoptic When I first joined Hyperoptic, I had no issues while it was my ISP. I moved elsewhere and it wasn’t an available provider so I had to switch. I recently moved into a building where Hyperoptic is a provider and I have since been a happy customer again!

    @HyperopticCS Will be moving in a month or two to another flat with hyperoptic, really wanted your £20/month for 1GB but offer timeframe is a struggle and cant just switch as the new place is still being decorated and need internet until then Anything you can do to help me out?
