@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

@Hyperoptic quick idea: help your customers to renew with the same price, jumping 20£ a month and sending an email saying you can cancel and open a new account, I DONT WANT A NEW ACCOUNT, just leave it at the price I pay for the past 6 years. this renewal experience needs REDO.

@virginmedia At this point nothing can be done to resolve this. it has taking over 9months, countless telephone hours, and several complaints filed and the issue not resolved. I have already been provided an exception service by one of your rivals @Hyperoptic . More details to follow in soon

@JzHarrison92 @BBCNews I switched to 5G as soon as they out a mast in and don't use any wiring. But Hyperoptic, City Fibre, Independent Fibre network all set up their own wiring in new areas to massively increase coverage that would have taken BT decades to do because they don't have the money. will all be faulting but today we only do it if the customer complains BTW as soon as HyperOptic put a feed in to the building everyone switched over because the BT service was SO bad BT offered a derisory compensation amount for the months of poor service caused by BT ...
