  • chawlakapali Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England

@HyperopticCS @Hyperoptic And being in customer support you should have some respect for GDPR. That’s the reason I did not post people’s names. I have their full addresses with@post code if only u cared to DM n ask. #unethicalHyperoptic

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

@SamPallis @Hyperoptic They’ve said they’ll call but nothing yet. We don’t know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

  • chawlakapali Kapali (@chawlakapali) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic u have increased yearly commitment contract prices by 25% !!!! But for a new customer who starts with Hyperoptic can still avail the same price I was paying last year. This is insane ! Why this disparity between old and new customer? Plus you hold monopoly in my area.

  • pharaohlondonuk Pharaoh London Cosmetics UK (@pharaohlondonuk) reported from Stratford, England

@Hyperoptic Customer for several years, received outstanding service.

  • FinallyCanuck Pete 🏳️‍🌈 🇨🇦 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@FinallyCanuck) reported from Bromley, England

@JamesLeeC @Hyperoptic Wow. This is actually the first of heard of bad service from them. They must be better at hiding than most.

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic is there any update on when service will be restored to SE10 customers? Or at least when an engineer can be expected on-site?

  • FOSHgardens Stamford Hill Estate (@FOSHgardens) reported from Hackney, England

From @Hyperoptic “At this moment we cannot take installation orders on this site. While the system showed it as a live site (and it will be) it showed it prematurely. We will have to mark this site down, as we cannot finish the installation of service.”

  • The_Stockboy Alex Pasfield (@The_Stockboy) reported from London, England

@gregpower @Hyperoptic In all honesty it has been great for a number of years. But I’m the last couple of months they seem to have hit problems. This is the second time I have experienced a major outage with them.

  • lizardUnicorn Nuclear Summer (@lizardUnicorn) reported from London, England

@Hyperoptic filled in a form online, but never submitted it because I wanted to check if I can get out of my current contract with BT. Now I'm getting bombarded with sales call from your team. WtAF?

  • SpeakerWarren Warren King (@SpeakerWarren) reported from Stratford, England

    Will never use @Hyperoptic again

  • ichigowashi akvilė. ❤️ (@ichigowashi) reported

@Deiah_Renka too many people and it's too much of an overload :') but i only recommend hyperoptic because i had virgin in the past and they sold my dad dREAMS and switching over to them was one of the worst things we could have done, it was easily the worst provider i ever had 😭

  • DaveEV8 DaveEV (@DaveEV8) reported

@slye @2nd_ellllectric @Hyperoptic Wonder why Spectrum is so slow where you are? I had been paying the same for 200/10 for a long time and they recently upped it to 300/10 for free. Still signed up for fiber that Ting is rolling out, though who knows when that'll arrive.

  • Kish__1 Kish ( '-') (@Kish__1) reported

@RoyalMail is there a way to find out if I’m due a delivery as was expecting something to arrive from Hyperoptic, but it’s been 7 days and they can’t provide a tracking number due to issues with the service?

  • russcole_5050 Russ Cole (@russcole_5050) reported

    @petehotchkiss @virginmedia @Hyperoptic Don’t bother with the What’s App support or BOT .

  • VR2AR Steve Dann (@VR2AR) reported

@Hyperoptic internet down in East London for over 8 hours. This level of non-service is unacceptable.#FAIL

  • kerri_gipp Kerri Gipp (@kerri_gipp) reported

@Hyperoptic any news please on the Wi-Fi issues in CM72 area?

  • petehotchkiss Pete Hotchkiss 💙 🇺🇦 (@petehotchkiss) reported

@virginmedia down AGAIN. Most unreliable ISP I've ever had. Only option in my area sadly. In 2 months they've been down 3x as often as @Hyperoptic were in 3 years !!!!

  • samfoster99 Sam🌹 (@samfoster99) reported

@HyperopticCS @mariusfanu This seems like an effort to mislead your customers. Not just the name, but in the text notifications which discourage customers from reporting. Why raise an incident when Hyperoptic has already promised in a text to fix it?

  • courtesyrules Elle (@courtesyrules) reported

@Hyperoptic #CustomerService I had appalling service when I opened an account a couple of weeks ago and cancelled it within an hour because they wouldn’t delay the start date to activate broadband.
