We donโt know how many residents have signed up but it was pushed heavily via direct mail. We need to know what they mean by suspended. @Hyperoptic have covered the estate in wires so they must either use them or take them down.

Swapped to Virgin Media last autumn because they offered a cheaper and better deal. Had nothing but problems since. And now they have the temerity to hike the bills. When I can swap back to Hyperoptic, I will.

Your customer service is impossible to get hold of + your website is reporting there is no issue even though 30 people say there is!

๐ณ๏ธโ๐ Barrie (@jammach) reported@IainSankey @virginmedia Iโm with @Hyperoptic who apart from one outage because of equipment failure have been very good. They are regional unfortunately and not universally available. Always good to shop around, especially with providers who supply synchronous fibre connections - eg download and upload speed the same.

Weโve had to repeatedly call for updates, spend long periods on hold, and still have no clear explanation or resolution timeframe in W3 Area. Told engineers attended today but still no timeframe.
