John Cross (@johncrossmirror) reported from Enfield Lock, England@anthodgsoncpfc @LloydsBank @StarlingBank It’s not for me. It’s for a frail, elderly relative and they don’t want to know. She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.
-

momma hodges (@spurstotty) reported@LloydsBank any update when your online banking app is going to be up and running again? It's really frustrating not being able to access my accounts
-
LisaS (@ls39767284) reported@LloydsBank No-one is available in the securities team though. Not all last week and not this week either. You are still holding security for loans repaid years ago because our business relationship manager overlooked this. Shocking service!

Ben Trebilcook (@BenTrebilcook) reported@LloydsBank is there an issue with the app.
-
stephen middleton (@stevemiddi1) reported@BenGrahamUK She's working on her CV. She spent time dealing with @LloydsBank complaints when they dishonestly stated no knowledge of HBOS Reading fraud, classed by her as economic & treasury time. I suspect her new CV will instead of policies that drove the UK into economic failure, she'll suggest she has no idea what happened as she ran the Oyster Bar at KX. I predict a future at McDonald's with a full 5 star badge, if she can up her game to achieve that...
-
Paul Storr (@StorrPaul) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@laze83 @LloydsBank **** em off, Laze
-
Kiborocket (@kiborocket) reported@LloydsBank Hi I've already done that plus worked with your tech team this morning. It's not isolated to me other customers I've spoken to today have same issue
-
Kiborocket (@kiborocket) reported@LloydsBank Finally someone from your complaint department has responded and admitted you have a widespread issue with your app and the it teams are looking at this. Why do you put customers through this. Very poor service
-
Honey Bunny (@HoneyBu65587062) reported@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop
-
John Spencer (@jonniespence) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Your statement: “Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update”. How is this a major security flaw ?!?!?!
