    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Internet banking is down and you can’t be reached on the phone at all! I need to make an urgent payment transfer! Can someone explain to me what’s going on with your internet banking? Absolutely ridiculous customer service!

    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank Nothing at all (maybe as nothing wrong with account or debit card), even checked app for any issues. App shows the large payment as pending (which I know is normal for a few days) wonder if I have to wait for that to clear? Declined just show on iOS Wallet app trans’ history.

    @LloydsBank I’m here with my mum trying to place her Morrisons online shopping order, which she has done for years. A message reads “an error occurred while connecting to your payment provider”. She does not online bank. Is there someone that can help please?

    @LloydsBank Yeah desktop site is fine but doesn’t show credit cards which is annoying, managed to a to sort it in the end by deleting the app, restarting the phone and then reinstalling the app and I’m back in business again

    @LloydsBank He’s had to go to work - and his phones been cut off due to the fraud so was using my mobile - been into branch who said we needed to ring fraud department- just so frustrating with no access to his money
