    Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank You refused to stop or suspend a pending payment this morning & gave £170 of my money to a fraudster. The payment ended up with a company who is being investigated by the FCA who advised me to report it to Action Fraud. You choose to support a fraudster - shame on you

    @LloydsBank on the phone to your car insurance department, must be a world record of being put on hold, currently have been on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes, and already been given incorrect information ony first call! Shocking customer service and incorrect advise offered!
