I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Unknown to me it meant they stopped paper statements. Then I got locked out of the App and they closed the local branch so I couldn't discuss the problems face to face. I feel like a hostage.

Nearly got stung at a HSBC one for something like 3.60. only getting 20 quid out for the chippy. Went across the road to the NatWest and all was fine. Revolut have ruffled a few feathers in the banking sector.
