She’s been horribly let down and the DM they replied with was worse than useless. I wouldn’t be doing this unless their previous methods have failed. You’re definitely right on Lloyds.

Get so far then told to call to complete registration, listen to machine for ages only to be told I’ve got to hold for 30 minutes by which time husband has lost interest!😡
