@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank I have dyslexia, I have to look at what I have typed to make sure it is correct. I did say in my original post and it is insulting to get responses like *you only have to sign in once or you can give feedback in the app, a hidden password limits who is able to use the app.

@LloydsBank You app is not working normally mobile nor online. Trying to pay an important business BACS payment we got an "error" message on the mobile app & the laptop, says we are unable to set up a payment. the call centre is closed, lucky you, some of us have to work longer hours

@HamdonMart @LloydsBank @MartinSLewis maybe the cvv on the card is the achilles heel all along. It should be memorised like the initial pin number sent separately. Impossible then for a skimmer without the ccv2

@LloydsBank The person referred me to the app to order the new card. I asked if they could order a new card as I was on the phone. Nope. Have to do it in the app. I’m waiting for someone to contact me in the app to resolve the issue.

@LloydsBank Not as sure as you are. You tell me to call if I haven’t had the card. I call and you redirect me to the app. If I’ve gone to the trouble of calling, you should, at least, help. Telling me to use the app is a cop out.

@LloydsBank It wasn't a scam as such, I was sold a faulty product paid for by bank transfer and I've been trying to contact the customer service for 3 months who are just consistently ignoring me, so I don't know what to do
