@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank I have been issued a refund on my previous credit card number and been on the phone with you 4 times to get the amount back. I have been told 4 different stories (incl - “can see the refund,will be in your account soon”). The dispute form does not work for this. Help

@LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

@LloydsBank Hi Tony, it's happened the last 3 or 4 times including today. I'm in the parking app then I press my card to pay (details stored in app)...then I have to verify either via my Lloyd's banking app/text etc. Frustrating! Thx for any help you can give (like marking as normal)

@LloydsBank (2) Look up opening times of Shirley Southampton branch on website. Says open until 15:30. Arr branch 15:01 to resolve previous days debacle. Branch is closed with notice saying closed because of staff shortage due to Covid Restrictions. What Covid restrictions?

@LloydsBank Emergency fund??? How about just letting us access our funds without blocking our cards unnecessarily. Second time in less than a week, first time stuck in the shop I was trying to pay waiting for over an hour for you to pick up. Now, I’ve been on hold for nearly TWO HOURS!!!

@LloydsBank Hes still on hold now is at work it not good enough. I work in customer service I'm fully aware of the issues we have all had to deal with the last couple of years but this is disgraceful over 2 hours on hold, terrible customer service.
