@positivesarah @LloydsBank What can you do though? Usually it’s fine. As long as it’s working next week I’ll be ok. Hopefully it’s fixed quickly. I wish they’d actually send an automated message saying what the problem is and when it’s likely to be fixed. That would be helpful.

@evans81uk @LloydsBank How long will they deny the problem today? Yesterday it took about 4 hours. The thickos at Lloyds suggested "reset cookies". Why don't they look at down detector before they make themselves even more useless than we already think they are.
