Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank I understand that and don’t mind waiting but every time I have called, I either get cut off or sent back to the original department I spoke to. It is impossible to get through to the fraud department who are the only people who can unlock my card. I have given up again.
