    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @MartinSLewis The @AskNationwide are the absolute worst for this, I think I've lost 6 months of my life listening to how important my call is to them😡 I'd move my mortgage, isa, savings etc if I thought there was better customer service elsewhere, but I think they're all as bad as each other

    @AskNationwide They’re not DDs. They’re SOs. The one to another Nationwide one has worked, none of the others have- but their SOs have worked, so now I’ve got declines as the funds haven’t transferred from you. When is the next working day? Will they pay delayed payments then?
