@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide I've been trying to log into my account for 2 days as my policy is due to renew and I'd like to cancel this. Your website has not allowed me to do this until just now. Its now 8pm and my policy will renew in the morning. How do I cancel this before I'm charged?

@AskNationwide Hi Nicole, yes I do :) I would prefer action to be taken much more than I’d prefer to be supplied with a phone number that is likely to be available on the website already, esp. given that I am already computer and internet literate .

@AskNationwide I have contacted and logged a complaint on 15 June! Surprised I got told a FR timescale and no one has tried to immediately resolve my complaint or even contact me. Caused so much stress and anxiety thinking potential fraud but it was an employee error
