    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide please can you explain why all outgoing payments have been delayed today? Is there any details on when the payments will be made. Like many my mortgage is due today and a warning that your system is not working today with no explanation is not reassuring.

    @AskNationwide Im not able to make any payments with my card. I’m at home with 2 kids all testing positive for covid and unable to go out. Tried to order a @Morrisons food shopping and it’s saying payment issue and have now missed my delivery slot????

    @AskNationwide my rent is due today through direct debit, if the payment issue is not sorted by 2:30 will there be anything I can send to my landlord to prove it is a issue on nationwides behalf for the rent not being payed and not myself?
