    @AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide I see I'm not the only one who still can't login. Service status says "Our services are working normally" but Internet Bank login "We have a technical problem and are doing our best to fix it". Which is it? Pls update the service status as a courtesy to customers!

    @AskNationwide internet banking is asking me to re-enroll, is this genuine? Also does it mean that someone has tried to get into my acct? V. little info on your site.

    @AskNationwide I don't have a card reader. I'm now blocked out. Tried the app and it's crashed, then when I've tried again it says I've already registered. None of my details are now working.

    @AskNationwide Problems again? My Dd for my Nationwide cc not taken yesterday. Can’t access my cc account online, can access my other account listed on accounts page. Asked husband to see if he can log in but he can’t ! Hope there’s no fees for your error.

    @AskNationwide I made a payment and debated with the company on an issue with their platform and they claim nothing is wrong but I have showed them that something is not right and refuse to refund or recitfy

    @AskNationwide Problem logging on via the website. One time code takes too long to arrive, and the Continue button leads to a "problem" warning (as others have said). The App is OK, but my wife doesn't have it and needs to log on. Can you please fix it? Thanks.
