Who Cares (@ihatetimBL) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide when will the problem with incoming payments be resolved?
-
Who Cares (@ihatetimBL) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.
-
Who Me? (@Mr_ML07) reported from Richmond, England@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾
-
Stephen McClay (@SMcClay29) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.
-
Emma Claire Devoil (@emmadevoil) reported from Borehamwood, England@AskNationwide why has my online transfer disappeared into the ether?! Christmas week is not a week I can afford to lose money! And no one answering your messaging service either 😑

-
Paul W (@PaulWoody69) reported@Powell_Property @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide Always book an MOT one calender month before it's due to expire then any issues can be sorted. Your MOT certificates will then overlap and keep the existing date. Exp 03/26 MOT 02/26 New Exp same as old 03/27
-
Dollydimple (@Dollydi26969910) reported@DebiEvansMatron @Vampfree1110228 @AskNationwide Agree re problems. Just been logged in to a Nationwide app chat ‘help’ line. No further forward after an hour. Just cancelled newly opened credit card account because of Nationwide abysmal admin.

Ethan (@ethanms10) reportedTold to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃
-
Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Your new look appears to be flawed. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.
-
Rachel small (@rachismall) reported@AskNationwide Why are you so mean to your customers? My dad is palliative but you won’t let me move? Because you lent too much to other houses, yet I’ve been a loyal customer, passed all affordability and have been with you many years - disgusting
-
Robstar 🚀 (@roballport) reported@AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫤
-
Fedrick Leborn (@CC_Chevigny) reported@EdwardsSal3509 @TakeFive @AskNationwide Contact us for help
-
Grey Blackstone (@GreyBlackstone) reported@AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.
-
🌍🌳🐟🙉Ady🤔 (@AdyG28) reported@AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA last October which started at 4%, now it's been reduced to 3.3%. Meanwhile in the app you're offering new triple access ISA deals at 4%. Why have you reduced my current one, while offering new deals at the higher rate mine started at?
-
nch_ (@http_nch) reported@ethanms10 @AskNationwide @AskNationwide Mortgage manager certainly seems to be down and has been all weekend as far as I can tell.
