Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

Who Cares (@ihatetimBL) reported from Hounslow, England@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

ourtrace89 (@ourtrace89) reported@AskNationwide are very close to losing me as a customer to renew my mortgage with them. Trying to set up the mortgage manager online and the only way I can do so is by calling them, calling into branch or by post! So frustrating!!!!!

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide I’m fuming!! Finally got thru to HMRC to make a payment and you’ve blocked my card cos I tried twice due to the automated service not hearing my postcode wrong!!! Now I’ve got to get on the phone to them again… !! As you’ve blocked the payment!!!!!!
