@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide No mostly they're not. Most are slow, ungainly, inept with regards to spacial awareness and trajectories. There are exceptions but even that remains quite unimpressive. It's odd to suggest otherwise.

@AskNationwide Yet another stupid aspect of your online banking offering. If I LOG IN (successfully) then click "Get help with a card transaction" you then make me log in AGAIN even though I am literally logged in, since five seconds ago. Moronic.
