@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

Word of warning - NEVER be tempted to rely on your banks breakdown service. We pay for European recovery through @AskNationwide. After breaking down 13 days ago, being left stranded, paid for repairs that weren't done so we broke down again now at Folkestone to find they lied.

@AskNationwide We broke down on the 13-Aug. They have let us down time and time again and after 15 hours in a recovery truck driving up through France to the tunnel the recovery truck we were told had been arranged hasn't and we’re stranded again. This is beyond ridiculous its incompetence

@AskNationwide Down to 2 staff at Nationwide SW16. No security to manage the influx of people coming into branch. Poor staff are trying their best to manage whilst being so short staffed. Head office clearly not putting support measures in place to protect staff or public.

Very dissapointed with the experience I'm having with @AskNationwide, usually fantastic customer service however this advisor I've been on the phone too for the last half an hour is dreadful. Has absolutely no clue of what he is doing and has made a simple transaction v. painful

@AskNationwide Thankfully her Financial Adviser has resolved the issue. We are transferring her assets away from your bank. Your managers have no time to work when they are on Twitter all day! Not in branches mind, they are let down by your HO operation.

@AskNationwide are there issues with banking as we have two separate pending payments showing that have already been taken (so these pending payments are duplicates) which has now taken the account overdrawn by a substantial amount!

OMG our break down saga continues - after promising us we would be picked up from Folkestone for the final leg @AskNationwide breakdown have just told us there is no-one available to recover us and we’re now stuck in bloody folkestone. After a 2 week saga this is the final straw

Heads up for anybody with a personal loan from @AskNationwide banking for 12 years .DONT pay it back in full /advance . I paid off £6000 in one .Went back a few months later for some support literally 400£ and wouldn’t let me Have it . Credit systems a farse.

@AskNationwide Hi Karen, thanks for getting back to me. I’ve checked and no payments pending or debited. So looks like payments not going through, some part of the handshake between you and Royal Mail isn’t working.
