@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

If you're thinking of getting a #mortgage, please don't use @AskNationwide. They refused to help when the government threw the market into crisis, and now want to charge me £2,700 to leave my current deal just a month early. They're not here to help you - just to swindle.
