@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

@AskNationwide This is not acceptable! We have bills coming out that have not been paid because of your issues with wages being paid into our account. I’m unable to collect my Christmas food shop because the money is not in there and should be! I now don’t have Christmas dinner for my girls!

Shocking “customer service” from @CET_UK “home emergency” as part of @AskNationwide home insurance. 6 days without heating and hot water and continuously told they “can’t do anymore for me today” to get it fixed.
