@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

Getting frustrated with @AskNationwide now... Trying to sort Mum's finances out, keeps logging me out. Every single login is: Website. Click x2 , credentials, Click x2 Confirm in App. login to app, tap Click x 10 SMS, 6 digit code, click x 4 Works about 50% of the time 🤯

@Honey_Badger180 @AskNationwide They took sizeable amounts of money from bank accounts, customer service said significant number of accounts affected, emails will be sent out by Friday with how they aim to resolve things. I think I know what's haplened but theyve made a serious **** up. Makes you think .....

@MarkHowitt @PrincipalityBS @AskNationwide Glad Principality's customer service is helping out with the extension—that's solid. BACS transfers from Nationwide can take 3-5 working days, so if that's the holdup, check their app for Faster Payments option. Hope it resolves quickly!
