@AskNationwide why are the cashiers in your EMPTY Twickenham branch refusing to accept a cash deposit over the counter? Instead directing me to use a paying in machine stating FlexDirect accounts are self service accounts. Great way to lose a customer. 👍🏾

@AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

I've not defended a pay gap, I've tred to explain that it's not something companies can easily fix, regardless of intentions, so why criticise them instead of focusing on positives of IWD?

@AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.

@AskNationwide Will customers be receiving compensation for the problems that were encountered on 1st Feb? Due to your technical issues I was unable to make my mortgage payment and have now received a charge from the mortgage company due to late payment 😡
