If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. Go in to open a joint account with all the documents and get pushed into a room to do on a tablet because it’s all online. Lloyds aren’t much better as have to do online too (only popped into Lloyds because there was an issue online!)
