Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was

The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
