emma-kvs (@emma64979643) reported@AskNationwide all afternoon to try and pay a bill, branch won’t/can’t help. The chat facility has repeatedly asked me the same questions for hours and I’m no further forward. At this point I can only describe the service as beyond dire #poorservice
