Can’t get through on the phone because they keep saying they can’t hear me. Is this anyway to treat a loyal customer. 😡😡

If it’s illegal I do invite someone to come and arrest me for trying to take care of my parents. It would stop the pain of having to do so. I feel like I’m the very first person on the planet to have parents with dementia.

I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online?
