Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

Bert (@XBerts) reported from Camberwell, England@NatWest_Help getting a replacement card appears to be mission impossible with NatWest. Currently having a conversation in the app and the agent replies after one hour! What is your excuse @NatWest? Worst bank ever
-
Bert (@XBerts) reported from Lambeth, England@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling service today at NatWest telephone banking. Have been waiting for over one hour to get a replacement card. Get transferred to random people and now cut off! WTF !!
-
Jack Head (@JackHead95) reported from Richmond, England‘You’re suggesting I take out a loan, to deal with a cash flow issue resulting from NatWest’s incompetence?’ ‘No, I didn’t say that. The lending team can do all sorts of things’ Right… 11/

Maggie - wear a mask 💙🏳️🌈🌱 (@maggieinlondon) reported from Wandsworth, England@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Geoff Whitehouse (@ByGeoffW) reported from Croydon, EnglandFor all the chat about how incumbents are lagging - NatWest is showing how it should be done. Deep Innovation, working with regulators, delivering new services at a scale others can only dream of. Let’s see if that forces some of the laggards to - finally - act.

mohbi (@mohbii) reported@WSJ NatWest expecting income at the top end of guidance after 9.5% growth is a strong signal that UK banking is in a surprisingly healthy position. higher interest rates have been painful for borrowers but banks are thriving on the margin between what they pay depositors and what they charge on loans. the structural hedge giving them protection means they keep earning even when rates eventually come down. UK banks havent looked this profitable in years

~ w (@waqvar) reportedMarsh road is officially dead man wtf dyu mean they closed the natwest now what is even the point anymore
-
NatWest (@NatWest_Help) reported@Simsie1488960 1/ 2 Hey Alicia We can re-instate a direct debit if it: Was cancelled in error by the bank, or Is payable to a NatWest product e.g. a mortgage The direct debit also must have been cancelled in the last 60 days. If the above applies to you, please visit us in branch or get in

An Engineer (@deloreancars) reported@PaulReadGB @LifeThruSpecs Credit cards carry insurance by law. They don't like it, and might even claim it's not true. But squirrelled away in a dark corner of their website is a crappy little form to fill in so they can begrudgingly comply with their legal obligations (been there, done it with NatWest).

Cricketopia (@CricketopiaCom) reported“How can a gora hit me?” A heated dressing-room clash between Sehwag & John Wright during the 2002 NatWest Series. “I had been dismissed playing big shots in the last three-four outings. John Wright told me to ‘just play and bat 40 overs and score a fifty, I don’t want to lose you’. I didn’t know much English back then and didn’t realise he was referring to me getting dropped from the side.” Sehwag still played his natural game and was dismissed attempting a big shot. “When I came back to the dressing room, he grabbed me by the collar and pushed me towards a chair.” “I got so angry, I went straight to Rajeev Shukla ji and told him I’m heading back home. He asked me what happened. I told him, ‘that gora hit me. How can a gora hit me?’” Rajeev Shukla later intervened to calm the situation (with the help of Sachin Tendulkar) with Sehwag insisting on an apology before reconciling.

Alex ******* (@socialPolly) reported@NatWest_Help I did that, and they said I needed to speak to NatWest bank not the investment line. They transferred me through to an automated service that didnt understand what it was I was trying to get through to. So I gave up.

Earnings Prism (@earnings_prism) reportedNatWest Group $NWG completed the acquisition of Evelyn Partners with an enterprise value of £2.7 billion on 30 June 2026. The acquisition transforms NatWest Group's financial planning and investment management capabilities, and it is expected to generate pre-revenue synergies of 20%, increasing fee income and boosting exposure to the structurally higher growth UK wealth market. Evelyn Partners had £69 billion of Assets Under Management and Administration at the end of 2025, which combined with NatWest Group's £59 billion, would have brought total AUMA to £127 billion and total Customer Assets and Liabilities to £188 billion, or c.20% of NatWest Group's CAL.

Phil page (@sixthtimelucky6) reported@GavinBoby @RedbridgeLive despite several complaints about the use of the former NatWest bank as a mosque in Barkingside High St it appears you have decided to not act upon these!! You are truly letting the community down by not taking us seriously !!!
-
Matthew Burrows (@MJBurrows) reportedWhy is #NatWest down 4% today on a £2bn profit beat? When markets ditch a beat, they're pricing what the headline missed. Here's what you need to know.

John Lundstram (@Lundstrams_peg) reported@JonnyLavn @ScotlandSky Have a wee read of the crown prosecution service website. Also stops you looking like a right ******* idiot on here Copernicus. Alternatively speak with natwest a company which was famously criminally prosecuted recently. Want it in words of one syllable or less next?
