  There should be more of triangular & quadrangular T20 series in the ICC FTP. That will give associates more opportunities against top teams.   @natwest Have emergency cover with you issue with a boiler Now told you can't get anyone out till Tuesday, that's not acceptable it's an EMERGENCY If this isn't resolved in next 24 hours I will be moving into a hotel at your expense until your emergency service rectifies issue

  @JoeStephenson96 Tbf bankers and people working at a bank are different, if someone turned up to their customer facing role at NatWest hammered I don't think they'd last very long

  I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently I used to recommend them a lot, after beying a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

  @NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?

  @NatWest_Help please can someone contact me as I have been unable to book a holiday with Jet2 due to “PSD2 SCA issue” the NatWest adviser suggests I have to speak to Jet 2 to resolve and I find it hard to believe that a major bank and a major holiday company cannot interoperate
