    @stuntbutt @NatWest Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    @NatWest_Help E.g.of NatWest's incompetence. It sends me new debit card: fine. When I try to make a little charity donation online, I have to use card-reader - okay. But... card-reader does not recognize new card. Then we have the pointless 'help' from "Agent Cora". Hopeless.

    @TfL having real problems trying to use Santander cycles, NatWest Mastercard business credit card, won’t accept contactless or putting card in terminal if I try to add it to app it looks like it accepted it but then I go to hire cycle and it asks for it again. Card is fine. Help!

    @Missguided Got an email saying “your systems are down” so try again in 72hrs. Been a lot longer than that now, tried and no response. Again called NatWest to process this faster as it’s a joke

    So I got in touch with NatWest to get my banking sorted and it’s gonna take another 72 hours. Another 72 hours of no access to my banking. Brilliant. :)
