  @natwest Have emergency cover with you issue with a boiler Now told you can't get anyone out till Tuesday, that's not acceptable it's an EMERGENCY If this isn't resolved in next 24 hours I will be moving into a hotel at your expense until your emergency service rectifies issue

  @Matt_VickersMP The issues isn't changing him out. That is done for security reasons. The issue is not picking other amazing Brits to replace him. Shoving a badger on there is like the old NatWest cheques. It's not how our currency should be.

  I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently. I used to recommend them a lot, after being a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

  NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

  @NatWest_Help Hello! 👋 Hope all is well in Natwest towers. I need to give my employer my branch info, It was Prestwich, which closed, now its Cheetham Hill which is closing. I was told I can use the Bolton Service Centre but thats closed. Is it Chatham or Head office? I give?

Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @iSlimfit God bless them indeed Deloitte leads with 26 weeks full pay from day one (flexible too can spread it out), same for NatWest, Aviva, and BT. Proper family support like this is a game-changer. Makes you wonder when more sectors (and countries) will catch up.
