    @NatWest_Help. I accidentally paid funds to a NatWest Credit Card via faster payment. This credit card was closed a few years back. It took me 3 calls to get some info & I was advised it could take up to 21 days. I am a NatWest customer & it was paid to NatWest Account.

    Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

    @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

    This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

    @natwest the worst bank for business! It took me months to set up the account. Now trying to add someone else to the account is impossible. And now I can’t even get through to them on the phone as there is a technical issue! Disgraceful

    Anybody else have issues with Natwest’s mobile banking app when asked to approve a transaction? Natwest keep telling me to update app which I do, but it makes no difference. Numerous times now it won’t let me do it and the transaction gets cancelled…@NatWest_Help

    @25z2 @Malwarebytes If you follow the link, it says you have to log in to online banking to download the free software. So if you don't do online banking, you can't get it. A bit misleading then to say it's for ALL Natwest customers.

    @LGalloway77 Complete double standards. Govt is a significant shareholder in NatWest bank (c40%), the CEO of which has reportedly received £600000 bonus on top of a salary of £millions. We are not in this together and affordability is only a problem for remunerating junior public servants.

    The fact still remains on the back of the high profit which NatWest announced this week the shareholders getting dividend shares value goes up and down all the time the only losers are the borrowers

    @Madzxcc @BaynesSZN @FatBoiDonn I do a high amount of banking cash back incentives, I've done Santander, Lloyds, TSB, FirstDirect and now Natwest. That's an easy £850+ for doing minimal effort. The deposit tally issue is a common area people get stuck on due to how the terms are worded.

    @RoadsideMum Don't know which bank you are with, but when I was with natwest, if they thought there was a fraudulent transaction, they'd stop the transaction but not block the card, and text me "this transaction is suspect, was it you, text back yes or no"
