  @Natwest idea of progress is to close down helpful & people focussed branches particularly with the elderly & divert everyone to a busy automated focussed branch you have to travel to & which is always full of queues. First Catford closed diverting to lewisham now sydenham.

  @MartinSLewis I have Natwest black rewards account. I get travel insurance , phone insurance, breakdown cover ,free airport lounge access and £10 back each month. Comes in handy as I fly at least twice a month. It costs me £32 per month.

Major banks, including NatWest and Lloyds, have closed branches in the area, stating that they must adapt to changing customer habits, as many users now prefer to bank online.   Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that accessible transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly

  When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

  @thejamieseymour @CallumLyon They will. This is the problem. At any point in life you can just say ‘it’s all ****’ Yes ‘a lot of mortgage lenders won’t consider overtime’ but you only need ONE mortgage company to accept your application. NatWest accept overtime as income
