  @Mickskinz Web: Microsoft sign-in helper - has the option that you’ve forgotten all your sign in details. I had a nightmare with a fraudulent DD on PayPal. I complained, they did FA. Contacted my bank, NatWest, which cancelled DD and refunded me the money that had been taken. Good luck!

The banking misconduct detailed in the Bank Confidential reports primarily occurred in the buildup to, during, and after the global financial crisis, broadly spanning from 2000 to 2017 (with certain related over-charging practices and legal disputes continuing to this day). The primary Banks named are - NatWest Group (formerly Royal Bank of Scotland Group) RBS-Global Restructuring Group (GRG) NatWest Ulster Bank Lloyds Banking Group (including HBOS) Barclays HSBC Coutts (a private banking subsidiary of NatWest Group) “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”.

  Anyone banking with @NatWestGroup BEWARE. I have been the victim of a major scam and NatWest have done NOTHING about it. I’ve only been a client for 40 years. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Please share. And no help from @NatWest_Help. An utter JOKE.

  Anyone else having problems with their NatWest Banking App following the last 2 phone updates? Last time I had to phone NW and they said they had others saying the same. I had to delete and reinstate my APP. I had an update last night and now can’t get in my NW Banking APP again

  @santanderukhelp I would have gone to my bank with the information required, but it’s one of many that has been closed. With mobility problems and poor health, I cannot travel farther to another branch. Think I will be moving my finances to Natwest.

  @isabelrosesss This is the NatWest/old RBS digital banking login. It is designed to use multiple authentication methods but they've just stuck with partial date of birth id/partial passcode for the last 18 years or so! It could use the EMV card reader, but that'd just confuse customers.
