@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they arenโ€™t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

Credit where it is due. Samantha at Natwest got it sorted and compensated me for the problems. Well done to her. @NatWest_Help should be grateful. @AskNationwide the ball is in your court to keep me as a customer.

โ€˜Youโ€™re suggesting I take out a loan, to deal with a cash flow issue resulting from NatWestโ€™s incompetence?โ€™ โ€˜No, I didnโ€™t say that. The lending team can do all sorts of thingsโ€™ Rightโ€ฆ 11/

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

  • mikestockwell

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  • XBerts

@NatWest_Help getting a replacement card appears to be mission impossible with NatWest. Currently having a conversation in the app and the agent replies after one hour! What is your excuse @NatWest? Worst bank ever

For all the chat about how incumbents are lagging - NatWest is showing how it should be done. Deep Innovation, working with regulators, delivering new services at a scale others can only dream of. Letโ€™s see if that forces some of the laggards to - finally - act.

Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  • LdnCinders

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

@yoswansrock Well, it used to be the Commerzbank headquarters. On 9/11 they were evacuated as it was thought at one point that all prominent buildings were being targeted. In London, anyone around the Natwest tower, which included Commerzbank London, were equally evacuated down to Monument.

@Mikey_W_Cat @AmazonHelp Iโ€™m with NatWest too and having the same issues. Funnily enough I tried to pay today with a new card/ new account so itโ€™s the Mastercard debit and it did push through to my bank after a five minute delay. Just annoying because itโ€™s a card I donโ€™t want to use

48 hours and no concrete help. And somehow it's legal for @natwest not to fix their mistakes which strand customers in other countries with no access to their funds.
