This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

  • mikestockwell Michael Stockwell (@mikestockwell) reported from City of London, England

@NatWest_Help NatWest, Please fix this flaw in your card system. You changed my digital card number before I have access to my new card, therefore my iPhone payments don't work, I just was completely stranded not realising I would need my plastic card to make payments

  • JoshWhelan Josh Whelan (@JoshWhelan) reported from Southall, England

@TicketmasterCS help please! I never received a booking confirmation email or my posted tickets for a show tonight. I booked via NatWest black membership app so they aren’t showing in my ticketmaster account either - how do I get hold of my tickets? Thanks

  • LdnCinders Joanne Timms (@LdnCinders) reported from Croydon, England

@sainsburys I just said they reported no issues! I literally just messaged natwest themselves. I'll shop elsewhere as every other website is processing payments via visa fine apart from yours. Who knew it this hard to order soap powder and bleach?

  • miguelagviegas Miguel Viegas (@miguelagviegas) reported from Wandsworth, England

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  • ME8803076435 ME88 (@ME8803076435) reported from City of London, England

Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

@GreenBadge4 I have a business account with Mettle (part of natwest) and they offer free access to FreeAgent which is authorised software for MTD. Mettle has no minimum balance limit, unlimited transactions per month and can pay in upto £500 cash per day via post office with no charge.

  • adammansb Adam 🫠 (@adammansb) reported

@NatWestGroup 17 mins on hold to the natwest credit card fraud line, wtf? And the bloody natwest app doesn’t provide any assistance other than an automated bot. That’s shocking customer service. Or rather, that is zero customer service.

  • rmhaha21 idklol (@rmhaha21) reported

@NatWest_Help HIIII, I'm an existing NatWest customer and looking to apply for a credit card. I’m currently unable to receive post at home — is it possible to collect the card from a local branch instead? Would appreciate your help before applying. Thanks!

@MartinSLewis That's an interesting result and imagine differs for those in cities. I'm a very happy #Nationwide customer, and like that they approach everyone if there's a queue and offer to help. The local Santander, Lloyds, Barclays & Natwest branches have all closed.

  • ArtizanGov Asad Bukhory (@ArtizanGov) reported

NatWest launches Climate Platform for small businesses New digital tool aims to help SMEs measure and reduce carbon footprint NatWest has launched a new digital platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises track and reduce their carbon emissions, partnering with Australia's NAB and SC Ventures. The platform, named "FourTwoThree," will provide SMEs with tools to measure Scope 3 emissions and develop transition plans, addressing a key gap in the market for smaller businesses lacking dedicated sustainability resources. The initiative reflects growing recognition among banks that supporting customer climate transitions represents both a commercial opportunity and regulatory necessity. Under emerging regulations, larger companies will be required to report on their supply chain emissions, creating demand for smaller suppliers to demonstrate their environmental credentials. NatWest's move positions the bank as a leader in sustainable finance for the SME market, where competition for climate-focused services is intensifying. The platform will initially focus on the UK market before potential expansion to other jurisdictions where the partner banks operate.

@MartinSLewis Been with Natwest since they were invented: with National Provincial before the merger with Westminster. Any problems (very few over the years) quickly resolved. No local branch any more - but then, no local branch of any bank...

  • JuneDey1 🌐🇵🇸 June Dey 🇾🇪 ☮️ (@JuneDey1) reported

@Mofoman360 Only a few major privatised companies (NatWest, BA, BT) are genuinely profitable without state support. Most others are either heavily debt-leveraged (e.g. water), rely on subsidies (e.g. rail), or suffer fragile market conditions (e.g. energy).

  • bryan1973 bryan. (@bryan1973) reported

@fesshole In the early 90's I got into a little debt. My mum went into natwest and paid it off. They then said to my kuk they would charge me for paying it off. My mum closed my account down there and then and made me go to another bank and open a new account.

  • TonyMelvin2 Tony Melvin (@TonyMelvin2) reported

@NatWest_Help NatWest customer service is absolutely terrible. I was told they would contact me within 5working day? 3 weeks later I’ve just give up. Use a better bank.

  • DavidNSouter David Souter (@DavidNSouter) reported

Is there a worse online service than #natwest utterly pathetic apology for a security reporting service. Do they actually want to encourage fraud?
