I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

@NOWTV Yes they said there was no known issues when as clear as day there was. And yes, when I attempted to start watching the game i could login but not stream it. You can see by the screen shot I sent loads of people had problems.

@NOWHelpTeam Not sure what you mean. The mobile data on my phone is linked to another network? My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

@NOWTV just tried to call about my 82yr old father who’s having trouble with his broadband only to be told he has to ring himself and go through all the options which he would not be able to do. Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

@NOWTV @theheauxmeaux Update of card payment details in the website doesn’t work. Tried it 20 times. Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Sky TV hiking basic package price to €41 in November they can go jump NowTv has better offers. Sky Cinema is terrible all woke rubbish and a handful of classics not worth even €10 time to shop around

@NOW so I bought NOW TV for a month to trial it. It doesn’t work on either of my two TVs - Panasonic or Toshiba. It only works on my Apple devices. It should be called ‘NOW Device’. #useless #nowtv #notv

@NOWHelpTeam I’ve discovered today that you can force-quit the NowTV ATV app rather than having to reset the ATV. Doing that gets things working. Again, proof that the issue is with the Now app - I hope to see this fixed soon. Have you filed a bug report about this?
