Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

My issue is the Nowtv Hub constantly struggles with sports, im watching Premier Sports on Amazon prime through my tv now - The picture quality is poor and the signal falls out consistently.

Sintekne (@Sintekne12) reported@nowtvhelp Actually the splitter is new Inakustik 4k splitter made in Germany. I'm not a fan of Netflix but will try. YouTube, videos, etc works fine. The problem appears for Now tv. Am I right that it's allowed to watch now tv via splitter made? No protection inside nowtv app against it?
