Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

Kurxx (@Kurxx_) reported@NOW_Ireland I have been locked out of my NOWTV account for almost a WEEK! I contact support twice last week, the first said they had to escalate the issue and I would hear back by email. When I contacted support again after 2 days, they said the same. I need this resolved!

Called @NOWTV today and they said "we can't ask for updates, we have to wait for OpenReach" Please can I just get a fix date?
