Tried to call NowTv as well, but they only deal with broadband calls on the phone. In the end I missed the sports event I wanted to watch, because of this company’s terrible customer service !!

Also refused to call him on the landline. Absolute joke.

For that price, you don’t even get proper HD—you have to shell out another tenner for Boost. No team or match has the automatic right to be on telly. Womens football deserves coverage and the men's match was very prominent on nowtv Both were on telly. No issue really.

Replaced by a ‘highlights’ version. Honestly, I’m astounded by just how awful this TV service is. Our beautiful sport ruined.
