    Well, that experience has been an eye opener... NEVER EVER trust @O2. Promised in Oct & Dec to give refund. Nothing happened. Chase today & given choice of making complaint or refund. If complain no refund today. #NaffCustomerService #RipOff #CantBeTrusted

    I assume we’re not paying a full months bill this month then @O2! Off until 23rd Feb with no warning of an outage! Your service is woeful!

    @O2 It’s been interesting the number of ppl who’ve contacted me with similar stories about O2. Promises that are not met - time and time again. My perception is that you have significant customer care issues...

    @O2 I have phoned you guys 3 times in the space of an hour today. with another 7 times in the past 2 weeks. I logged a complaint last week, I have now phone up today to find out no notes are left on my account, no complaint logged. NOTHING Please help @PHSOmbudsman

    @O2 I await an email from you re my previous phone which I reported lost but was found some days later. Taahir in your SA office was authorised to issue an email confirming it was a phone contracted to me. I still await this email which is urgent so I can prove it was not stolen

    @virginmedia @lozfitzuk Why are you giving @O2 benefits to your customers? Do I as an O2 customer get any access to your customer benefits despite not being a virgin media customer?!
