    @O2 Yes I have email & text. It's been horrible not texting or calling , don't expect it when we only had this before Xmas, .

    Well, that experience has been an eye opener... NEVER EVER trust @O2. Promised in Oct & Dec to give refund. Nothing happened. Chase today & given choice of making complaint or refund. If complain no refund today. #NaffCustomerService #RipOff #CantBeTrusted

    @O2 I have today received another letter telling me the phone is blocked. I don’t have an O2 phone. I have never had an O2 phone. I don’t owe any money. I know you are looking at it but surely you can put a block on correspondence while you do?

    @talk_2_frank @O2 Totally agree, its not great communication from them at all. I had a simple issue which could have been resolved fairly easily however over 2 weeks on they have changed my monthly tariff without my consent & now still waiting for a manager to call. its getting rather frustrating

    @O2 I phoned twice from the number, first time the person said she will cancel my contract so I'm taking that as confirmation, although the phone lines are now down.

    @O2 think o2 should seriously consider folding as a company. The signal is absolutely rotten to the core abd mobile data is a complete joke… wondered if it was me and every lad in work says exact same.. and the o2 app on phone is a joke as well
