    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 My account has been locked, I am receiving bills and absolutely no way to pay them apart from possibly calling up o2 to make my payments. Online help seems none resistant, no online chat available as agents have busy for days. I have already called, days ago now and still waiting
