    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)

    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 I’m having an issue paying a phone bill and my phones been cut off ( no service unless using WiFi ) is there a number I can contact to talk to somebody vs talking to an automated machine about it?

    @GlennSmithF1 @O2 Yep, they keep lines open, even the ones that are mis-sold, preventing the customer from getting pay monthly. The customer is punished twice, once with the mis-selling and a second time by restricted access and credit checks

    @SamsungHelpUK I was advised by @O2 to reset my network settings due to data signal problems. Now my wifi passwords have been deleted and it won't accept them again. WTF? They should all be backed up via samsung passport. 😡😡😡😡

    @O2 I am absolutely disgusted to inform the level of customer experience offered which makes me feel grateful of moving my network provider elsewhere. I was disappointed to have been rejected for credit applications stating my credit score to be very poor for the same.

    @O2 you guys suck. Your data signal is diabolical and just cost me so much money as I used a GPS tracked electric scooter which failed to lock for over 15 minutes because of your diabolical signal. If the company dont refund me i want my money back from you guys
