    Well, that experience has been an eye opener... NEVER EVER trust @O2. Promised in Oct & Dec to give refund. Nothing happened. Chase today & given choice of making complaint or refund. If complain no refund today. #NaffCustomerService #RipOff #CantBeTrusted

    @tescomobile & @O2 I understand the weather has been full on this week but I've had no signal since Wednesday. According to the website "...a nearby phone mast isn’t working... engineers are likely to be on the case already..." could you confirm that they are?! Or is it my phone?

    @O2 I’m having an issue paying a phone bill and my phones been cut off ( no service unless using WiFi ) is there a number I can contact to talk to somebody vs talking to an automated machine about it?

    Anyone else having data issues with @o2? My signal keeps dropping out randomly, 4G connectivity says it’s at full but majority of my apps take ages to load / or get stuck buffering

    @O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

    @O2 admitted mis-selling and then not actioning cancellation to my elderly Mother. Since raising a complaint on multiple occasions, over several weeks, I am yet to receive a response #ripoffBritain

    @O2 I’m getting concerned by the repetitive response on the question of esim & Apple Watch 4 support, I asked before I upgraded and was led to believe this would be in place first half of 2019, we r now approaching 3 months in & nothing’s changed (1)

    @O2 honestly, all the years I have entered your competitions on o2 priority... the law of averages says I should have won something by now.. but not once since priority launched, have I won anything... so either its a stitch up... or your computer is broken...

    @O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

    @O2 👋 why for a sign up as a new customer do I have my phone line turned off, number ported over & 7 days later no physical SIM? A customer service who can’t figure how to authenticate without a SIM? do you specialise in bottom tier customer service and failed technicals? #crap

    @O2 Hi, I’m on an O2 PAYG Rolling Plan and I’m roaming in Taiwan. Data works but I can’t make/receive calls, and I’m not receiving verification SMS (Telegram/My O2). Please check my account for any roaming/SMS barring and enable roaming voice + inbound SMS (SMS MT). Also I need help

    @O2 I was the victim of fraud in October. They removed my spend cap and this wasn’t re applied when the fraud team handled the case, I wasn’t aware of this and travelled abroad so charges were added. I have spoken to the customer service and fraud team who keep telling me they

    @O2 for the first time I used O2 switch up in November 2025 but wish I hadn’t bothered! As now paying for 2 handsets as supposedly “Likewise” has never received my traded in one - -/ I’m undergoing cancer treatment I can ill afford the extra cost and hassle.

    Hi @MartinSLewis it seems you were correct in your prediction that other companies would follow @O2 by increasing prices during contract periods yet allowing to leave without a termination fee. @gigaclear have now followed suit. A company I never expected would do so.
