@O2 Told if cancel and payoff contracts to change name. Won't be offered same deal on new contracts as they are new deals. Been with o2 for years. Don't want anything extra just want to change name from wife to husband. Awful

@O2 Where do I start. I have been having a major , major problem with your customer Service and have a bill of over £2200 outstanding. Basically the bolt on that I bought was not activated !! I have now made many many phone calls to your Customer Service number in South Africa.

Someone just rang me pretending to be @O2 saying someone has tried to use my account, and they need to get access to my app to investigate. I didn’t give them any codes when they asked for them and said I would ring O2 myself and sort it out. Then they put the phone down… 😰
