    @O2 where is my order? Shocking customer service! Items due on 21/1/23. No tracking Number given. Wont refund me. Wont cancel the order. Wont tell me where products are. Your staff Cant access my account instore. 02 Ignored my complaint email 🤬 #02

    @O2 Wow the chat team are not very helpful. Told me I would need to call 202 before 9 to cancel and re-order. Yeah closed at 8. More training required I feel.

    @O2 fantastic customer service from Jayne and Matt @o2broughton (Chester) on Saturday. They spent 2 hours figuring out a problem with my phone, and we had a giggle while doing it! Thanks 😊

    1 hr 20 min trying to upgrade to a new iphone 11 with @O2 but because they never updated my name after being married 7 yrs ago (sent marriage certificate) won’t do it.. goodbye O2..

    @O2 have to say really poor service from you guys this morning, I’ve spoke to 3 different people now and still haven’t reached a conclusion on where I’m trying to get too and it’s not hard either ! Time for a change maybe !

    @O2 not quite sure what I pay my contract towards, the service has been absolutely shocking for weeks now, 4G at times throughout the day is non existent and I know others have the same frustrations. Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

    @O2 My daughter contacted you recently regarding problems with the Caffè Nero free drink but you haven’t replied. It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

    @O2 Morning team, I checked after and the girl from the shop who set it up, didn't put a sim in the phone! Don't know what kind if problems this will cause now, but out of WiFi I can't use it at all and obviously can't use sms or normal calling.

    @wxmsmith @O2 Yeah. Was on Tesco mobile for years which uses O2’s network. Would constantly have 4G but it’d rarely work/load anything. Swapped to EE and no issues now 👍🏼

    @O2 When are you planning on improving the coverage? Up to about 6 weeks ago, it was slow but usable, same on Vodafone , now it’s basically unusable

    Anyone else having issues with @O2 not responding to customer emails? Reception has been awful for months. I go into the shop & the staff say, "Yeah, we know it's the mast on top of a block of flats & don't know when it will be fixed." So I email twice and still get no answer.

    @O2 has anyone else ever had a promise that O2 would call to sort out a serious mistake on their part, only for them not to call at all? Clear lack of customer service response demands another complaint! This company wouldn’t know customer service practice if it fell on its head!

    @O2 Thankyou. I sent postcode in messenger and as said prior, lots of people within the area have said there has been a massive decline in o2 signal in the last 6wks so something is not right
