It has happened twice in 3 weeks that the till has said voucher already used when it definitely wasn’t. It has also happened once at Greggs. She is out of pocket.

Friends on other networks in the mean time have no issues.

Don McCall (@doncmccall) reported@O2 Hi o2, interesting this. When I get an email from you to say ‘upgrade early on us’ the truth is you HIDE the remaining to pay in the next upgrade tariff. Very poor and lies. I have £36.70 left and over 36 months all tariffs are £1 a month more expensive. Deceit!
