    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 worst signal ever shows full signal and has dropped calls since this 5G. Had a sim swap, done nothing. Called up again today and their systems are down. Just take this phone back and lets call it quits, clearly not fit for purpose, ive done everything you asked, no difference

    @O2 Please help! New iphone12 came today & a new 5G sim. Have set up new phone in terms of Apple ID etc & got WiFi working. Inserted sim & used my o2 to activate it & it’s not working. Old sim not working.

    So, not only does @disneyplus not offer a free trial for it's ****** service, but if you sign up through @O2 , you're literally not allowed to cancel it for 6 months. Practically a scam. So annoyed.

    @O2 I was told at 9.30am yesterday that the insurance team would contact me within 2 hours. Despite chasing, I’ve still had nothing. I have a phone I can’t use. This is dreadful customer service. Please can it be escalated?
