    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 Yea ive looked at that it doesnt answer my question really other than saying the network can be busy. In which case surely i should have been advised of that during purchase not just shown the coverage map which is clearly inaccurate

    @O2 just want to say how disappointed after 10 years plus of being a customer I am with your customer service. I have been lied to and been treated poorly. And to top it all when I said after all this time I would move my business you could not care less. Too big& too arrogant
