    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    @O2 disgraceful customer service had my account hacked ,o2 have admitted fraud on the account. O2 are now not refunding the £500 .Terrible service from a company I have been with over 20 years.#o2 #fraud

    @virginmedia @O2 @virginmedia you have taken a large sum of money from our account that you shouldn't have. 3 phone conversations with your customer service team and this still is not resolved. You owe us money and have affected other outgoings! We have been promised call backs and nothing!
