Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 I've been trying these steps for the past 2 days, it's been a constant issue constantly changing between 4g and H+, websites taking ages to load and a video that was 28 minutes long taking over an hour to watch because of constant buffering due to speeds.

So update, @O2 DM to sort issue, no response, I have been put on a data tariff no in/out calls… 7 days ago I began a journey to upgrade.. nightmare.. the handset I traded in has disppeared despite having a right to cancel..o2 are terrible. #poorcustomerservice
