    @O2 Why not do this openly so everybody can know how effective your response is? For a start, maybe you can explain why I couldn't get through to your Customer Service Line for over 150minutes between 4pm and 6.30pm yesterday? This seems a common occurence?

    @O2 So you do not offer the same service as @ee and with your network I can not use the Apple Watch to its full potential . Is that correct?

    Dear @O2 I have laryngitis. I have had no voice for 3 days. I am not expected to get one for many more. No sniggering at the back! I am leaving O2, and can do everything bar cancel the insurance online. Why must I be stuck paying for 2 more weeks to CALL you to cancel that?
