    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2
