    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 Hi it's all over STOKE ON TRENT I've never known it be so bad,I'm literally paying for a none existent mobile phone,I set up to get updates,& all I'm getting is "We are still trying to deal with issue, we'll notify you in 7 Day's" That's it.. it's unacceptable

    @AngleseyPete @O2 02 have just grown to big and like most companies start loosing contact with their customers. What they really want of course is low hanging fruit. Easy dumb customers who just pay and barely use the network. I had 3 sims cancelled 3 and went to EE.

    @O2 so after 4 calls and promised you revert to my old contract and put my friends and family discount I am still waiting 3 days later. Each time I call told it will be done. Awful service - broken promises
