@O2 just tried to buy an online accessory from u, order wasn’t processed but u have taken the money from my account, I called customer services and was on hold for an hour cost me £49 absolute disgrace £49 for customer service and still nothing is solved #02disgrace #02awful

@O2 Further developments today. If I call certain dialling codes when on I TIM I get a message that the calls are not allowing, but other towns dialling codes are fine. Finally switched to the WINDTRE network and everything works. So why does TIM bar some regional codes?

@bjblyth @O2 Unfortunately phone numbers can be spoofed, so your best reporting it to your phone's network. They can route it back via the network, it's as simple as a text message. Your phone operator will have instructions on the website.

@EE how come @tescomobile and @O2 allow European roaming yet the biggest and best(apparently) network charges?? I go to Europe 3-4 times a year and chopping and changing the benefits a month before and after is ridiculous!!

@O2 just had a call from this number 02032877808 told them straight away I was aware of the scam. I mean if you fancy giving me 40% off because I'm a loyal customer then even better lol
