    @O2 hi. can you tell your call centres that 24 calls to my number is getting silly. Each time i tell them i don’t want to talk as i’m happy with service & don’t call again. But they do. Please sort it out thanks

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 4 times I've tried to log in to my O2 a/c. It sends me a verify link, fair enough, I verify, it says go back and sign in. I do. It says we're sending a verify link FOUR TIMES!!!!!

    @O2 STILL charging me for a phone contract that I finished payments for in December 2025. Cancelled the contract as shown on the @O2 website and still being billed monthly even after calling customer service 3 times. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer for many years.

    @O2 does anyone want a free @iphone 17 Pro because I have tried to return this new handset to O2 four times and they completely screw up the collection of handset. I’ve also tried calling 02 to discuss four times and their customer services are inept. I’m giving it away now.

    @O2 are there any plans to roll out 5g in Rhyl/Prestatyn. Every other mobile provider has 5g in the area but you haven’t? 4g drops signal too often and I’m left with little or no signal to make any calls. Considering I’m paying over £100 per month it’s poor coverage
