    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 I still had full bars it just wouldn't connect, it connected immediately as soon as the call ended it was only during the duration of the call. It's clearly an issue on your side that needs fixed.

    @O2 It's 2026, and you can't even repair a broken mast in order to restore a mobile phone signal to a village of 17000 people. Reluctantly, PAC obtained. Such a shame after some 30 years of being with your network (Cellnet, BT Cellnet, Genie, O2, Tesco Mobile & Giffgaff). Bye👋

    @O2 Also, I've not been able to log into my account, since you teamed up with virgin media and me not been able to sign in, red flags a huge sercurity flaw imo, you would be best distancing yourselves away from them, I even tried to sign in to set up to leave your services, I can't even do that, you have locked in customers and they can't get out, so you start and lower bills, is that understood? Not trying to be nasty but £60 is excessive seen as I hardly use any data or buy any add ons @ofcom, also I would appreciate my mobile number not been leaked to bad actors claiming they are you, when they aren't!

    @O2 Was instructed to reset new phone to see if that did it , it didn’t. Then advised to do the airplane off for 15 seconds to try and force it to find a network still didn’t. Then your customer service passed around three different people

    @O2 post code, ng95hn new mast 2 months ago, Both 4g and 5g hesitate and loads slow on any internet site or app, only seems to do this on this mast and its not just my phone, been like this since the new mast got installed, i keep reporting it but nothing gets sorted
