Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

@O2 are the biggest pain for signal or internet connection 🫠 never any signal and when you need to speak to them about their internet not working.. you need internet to get in contact with them 🥲

@DayLafai @O2 @Apple If I wanted to leave I would have to pay off £580 for the phone despite them not being able to provide me with a signal in my house. I was happy to give the phone back carry on paying monthly payments but she said that wasn’t an option. Such vile customer service.

@O2 I was told I could cancel my airtime&cont paying my device plan. Got a new phone to then be told the device plan had to be paid in full. Complaint never raised as requested, didn’t get callback from manager as promised&now email saying my contract has cancelled&I have to pay!

@O2 @roxannehamilton I have had the same problem; paid for Saturday morning delivery and nothing. Shocking service. CS via DM is slow and phone lines are far worse.
