    Amazing customer service from @O2 today. After I accidentally paid for 2 bolt on’s, it was instantly no trouble. £20 credit on my next bill. That’s why I’ve been with them for over 28years 📱 💯

    @O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 4 times I've tried to log in to my O2 a/c. It sends me a verify link, fair enough, I verify, it says go back and sign in. I do. It says we're sending a verify link FOUR TIMES!!!!!

    @O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

    13/ Still no service. Rang @O2 and a new girl says theres a block on my phone (orly?) and needs to remove it, which she says she does and to again try turning my phone off and on every few hours until the service restores. So far nothing...

    @O2 Everywhere :( Dual sim iP, constantly have to switch it back to @ee so I can use data, I just don't know how folks on @o2 manage like this, if o2 was all I had I'd be proper screwed. So slow speed tests time out in built up areas etc, ee, no problems.

    @O2 how do I remove 5G from my iPhone 12. My signal has been terrible since this was switch on last week. I’m in exactly the same location, 5G sim and latest update with no difference.
