@O2 just waited in a queue to speak to o2 for 20 minutes. Finally got through, when I said I wanted to cancel my contract o2 hung up on me. She needs to go on a course for customer care! Rude!

@O2 we have been on hold for 40 minutes now and got cut off when trying to speak to someone about fraud and a contract being taken out in my husband’s name that you allowed without applying proper checks. Appalling system for reporting a serious issue.

Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@virginmedia Tbh no. I requested to cancel both my upgrade with yourselfs and O2 due to the farcical error at the time. @O2 have since sent me a "final bill" requesting payment. Even though i didnt receive the sim and had closed the account.

@O2 after 18 calls lasting over 2 hours trying to get O2 staff to do what they said they were going to do, I raised a complaint about staff lies and poor service only to find that the complaint handler started lying to me! Well done O2!

@O2 any plans to sort out mobile data in Bristol? I've recently switched from EE, using same handset so don't think it's that. Terrible connectivity in the centre, Easton and Fishponds. I've experimented with switching off 5G, then 4G too but didn't seem to make a difference.

@sue_1999 @coggie99 @O2 Network coverage in the North West of England seems to be a big ask too. I can't receive or make a call in my house, even with wifi calling.
