    @O2 Honestly no, for a couple of reasons 1) o2 signal near me is shocking at home 2) I’ve always found your data speeds to be err slow at best. So I’m not gonnna commit to pay monthly just for a proof of concept. Thanks anyway

    @NealShepperson @AdamRutherford @O2 When I switched away from EE, their customer retention department had me on hold for over forty minutes. When I finally spoke to somebody I asked them if they really expected me to stay with the company after that. He gave me the PAC code straight away.

    What has happened to @O2 why is the network so absolutely shocking. Report it to them online, say they’ve fixed it. Still unable to have a full phone conversation with someone. Somebody please ensure I do not take out a new contract with them cause this is a joke 😳

    @O2 Yes they have mentioned an O2 sim I never requested and did not need I Was told it was free so was just going to ignore it only to find out I am now being charged £10 but O2 won't speak to me as I cannot pass security as I have never set it up I have 2 other O2 phones
