    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    @O2 It seems as soon as I hit any town centre the signal just goes terrible says it has 4G but never works like it’s in traffic (to many people using it In the same area ? )

    @O2 I’ve done this about 15 times. It’s multiple postcodes. It’s not specific to one location. You can’t fix it. What would be ideal is if you could release us from our contract so we can go back to @EE or @VodafoneUK who have provided us with much better coverage in the past.

    Just been Into Greggs to collect a breakfast roll and was refund because the scanner was not working. @O2, not very good service as I could buy one but not able to get one on the app. Leeds Headrow😡.@GreggsOfficial
