Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

@O2 I’m having issues with the network. Whenever I send a text it sends but keeps flagging as not delivered. The person receives the text. Tried turning it on and off. Disconnecting from the network and reconnecting and it still happens.

@O2 my partner first reported no service on her phone Thursday. Since then spoken to 22 agents on phone/chat, visited 02 store and waited 24 hrs as instructed. Still no service and O2 staff are unable to help or escalate. Now saying 5 working days. it’s not good enough!!!
