    Today I needed to contact @O2 to activate a 5G sim. If you look at our history, you can probably guess what happened. I'm not even surprised that my 5G sim "Can't be registered" on their network. So @SamsungMobile the #Note10Plus is useless in the #UK with @o2

    If you buy @oneplus phone that doesn't work and connect to internet and contact them or your network provider @O2 several times you won't get any actual help. You're left on your own trying to figure out APN settings that should've been done correctly in the first place.

    @O2 still not had my query resolved. Now had automated phone call saying pay or you will cut phone off... appalling service!!

    @LutzSchueler you have people within your organisation who have let you down badly with their unscrupulous behaviour. I doubt for one minute your aware of the issue but all I can do is keep highlighting it until someone listens to me! @O2 @libertyglobal

    @Paul_Martin1970 @O2 The reception says 4G. They will probably say there is work being done on the transmitter. But it's been a recurring and frequent issue for the last three years but it's getting worse. I think it is to push people to get 5G phones.
