    @Katie_Lewis_ @O2 Pretty sweet deal. I use google maps all day for work so need 100GB minimum. What I’ve noticed with @O2 that’s been annoying me recently is that in some places 3G won’t work any more to load internet apps. That never used to be an issue before 5G got released. 😐

    @O2 2/2 refers me to the app. Do you see a pattern and problem emerging here? Finally speak to someone, who was about as helpful as having a 3rd armpit by the way, only to be told to call back tomorrow. Solid customer service chaps, well bloody done!!!

    @O2 Yes two iPhone XS Max phones with max capacity and some beats by dre head phones Finally on phone to customer service via someone else’s phone on @O2 as I’ve been chasing you for so long, the only way to call was via 4445 Now on hold

    @O2 But as I keep telling you the numbers do not work!! The answer machine just says "This option is not available, please contact our customer care services" which is absolutely impossible!!

    @O2 My son knocked my phone out my hand while carrying him down the stairs and it’s smashed front and back. Phone is useable but screen is very damaged. I’ve never dropped a phone in the whole time with O2 - something like 13/14 years (1/2)

    Absolutely astonished at the customer service from @O2 (and not in a good way). Signed up as a new customer 6 days ago and was told phone would be delivered within 7 days. Was told about 1hr later that the phone was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be delivered 1/2

    @O2 I’m a little disappointed with the customer service I received today. My wife and I where meant to pick up two phones we paid for at one of your stores. We where running a little late and got to the store 5:28pm the store was closed and the lady wouldn’t let us in. Pt 1

    @O2 @EmGennn Same issue here, no access to MyO2 app either (using WiFi), 202!from another phone is a dead tone. Have turned phone off and on, hasn’t resolved the issues. Spent 2+ hours on phone to O2 about issues on Tuesday, so I’m not very happy right now
