    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

    Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

    @O2 Been trying to get through to a real person for months. You sent me a Pay As You Go sim card but I cant top it up. Tried everything. My o2 doesnt help. Calling you is hopeless.

    I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

    @O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

    @O2 you inept and incompetent helpdesk and customer have consumed my whole weekend trying to get my watch ultra to work, it’s now offline again I just want to return it and forget it and buy a luxury normal watch I have no time for this ****.

    @O2 10 years with EE first 5 days and still no signal or number ported! You have until 12:00 to resolve it or the 14 day return is being used !! Appalling first experience

    Hi @O2 I have no signal over 24hrs after completing swap my sim. Trying to contact you on the app but saying you are busy already. Can you help please? I have a 3month old baby and my phone is my only means of contact. Therefore no signal is not ideal. TIA

    @O2 what an absolute fail with O2 priority this morning. Logged me out and then won’t let me back in. Removes all hope of getting my daughter Harry Styles concert tickets. Hope your day is going better than mine and hers.
