Ben Mockford (@fishdude10) reported from Crawley, England@awire360 @O2 Glad I am not the only one! I even raised a complaint with them and basically got fobbed off and told to pay a cancellation charge or lump it. Diabolical customer service and I too cannot wait to move back to Three.
-
Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, EnglandBeen on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

Johanna (@smileyblonde43) reported from Hove, England@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store
-
David Clare (@Dave_Clare) reported from Billingshurst, England@O2 Read this carefully- we do not owe you any money!! You took nearly £800 from our account for no reason and i have spent more time talking to your customer services than I have done working - you are a shower of s***

Madame Petit 🇪🇺❄️ #FBPE #StopBrexit (@jmlafc12) reported from Crawley, EnglandI have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??
-
Johanna (@smileyblonde43) reported from Hove, England@O2 is there any reason the staff in your George St, Hove branch would rudely refuse to offer technical support to someone? My mum popped in to ask for some help when her phone stopped working and was told, without the staff even looking at it, that it was ‘too old’. The phone is

💀☠Mel Shad ☠💀 (@mel_shad) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England@pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, EnglandAn hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

Colezinho (@Colezinhoo) reported@nige_h64 @EnglandRugby @O2 In attack even for the lions he is just a steady eddy The best way too slow ruck speed is by having Jackal threats
-
Karen McCormick (@MrsMac1412) reported@o2 anyway you can find out why your 4G & 5G signal in the RG45 area has gone from bad to shockingly bad in the last few weeks? Buffering is becoming a joke - I can make a cup of tea by the time anything loads!!
-
Alex (@challo_drfc) reported@RaddersDRFC @O2 Can be on phone to someone driving along a stretch of road and it just dips in and out of signal all the time
-
Gemma Hirst (@GemmHirst) reported@needuonVerdansk @SamsungUK @O2 Is it due to the heatwave? I am not downloading more apps. My phone has never been hot before.
-
I I (@ilemo) reported@bombdiggy__ @O2 If I’m not on the wifi in most places, I have no signal and they tell you to call when you have no signal but how can you call without signal?? Mind games
-
Sam (@sameoldSm) reported@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 How do you honestly expect him to get quick ball when it’s not available due to poor clear outs? This JVP thing is just a brainless hate bandwagon. Mitchell has been no quicker for England when he’s started this year.
-
Alwyn Williams (@AlwynLFC) reported@angelazhay @EnglandRugby @O2 Obviously still not 100% fit but you never know with borewick
-
