    Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

    @pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

    @O2 Honestly @O2 you guys love giving your customers a s*** experience !! It took me 20 minutes just to get past your damn auto service to be placed in a queue 😡😡 literally the auto service took every opportunity to cut the call. What a load of horse 💩 🤬🤬

    @O2 Complete garbage. We all know why there’s no 4G available and you keep agreeing, it’s because lots of people are using it. But that’s no different than paying monthly for electricity and getting none but still being charged the same every month. It’s almost criminal, it is a Con.
