    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 if your staff WFH they should be able to do their jobs or there’s no point. 5 hours I’ve been trying to pay my device plan off with code generator errors and staff not being able to take payment over the phone it’s useless. Everyone else manages. Catch up or go to work

    @EnglandRugby @SixNationsRugby @O2 I don't get it, any English fans who have bought a ticket should demand a refund. Eddies problem is that he has a huge chip on his shoulder, he needs to believe his back is constantly against the wall.
