    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 well this just gets better, had a message pop up on my phone this morning saying that 4G calls have been switched off by O2. So I call, another 15 mins in a queue and was told that the person I spoke to yesterday put a block on calls and data on my account, wtf?!?

    @o2 your chat bot help line is useless. Until I can resolve my complaint properly I do not want o2 to take any money from my account apart from my standard monthly payment. I require a proper explanation why the £6 roaming fee I paid did not kick in as soon as I purchased it.

    @O2 What a joke , no internet for four weeks apparently the issue is resolved. It’s not !!! And then they put prices up massively . Why am I paying when I don’t receive what I am paying for , 12 months and counting until I can leave your company and never come back! Joke

    Thank god @o2 aren’t turning off their 3G service, it’s rare I can get 4G let alone 5G in the centre of York, and if it wasn’t for Wi-Fi my phone would be more or less useless when moving out of the centre. What happened to them?

    @O2 Really disappointed with customer services yesterday.After dealing with many scam calls from ‘02’ it’s really clear there’s been a data leak at O2 as scammers know everything about my o2 account! All I got told is it’s being investigated - we should’ve been informed already!
