I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 I was told monthly for 5 months that they would add the discount. Then an operative just decided it wouldn’t be applied as they couldn’t see it in the notes and so for months I’ve been stuck with a contract at a higher amount than agreed that I never would have gotten.

@O2 please help! My husband has been told by the live chat to ring 202 to speak to a member of customer services about sharing data with our daughter. He has rung multiple times today and been cut off every time. How do we speak to someone who can help? It’s ridiculous!
