    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @GorillaoJustice @O2 My phone is 5G and I’m lucky to get one bar signal. Never used to be like that with my previous iPhone . Yes Vodaphone!

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 can you tell me if, when I reach my data cap of £51 for using data outside Europe zone/uk, my phone will cut off? I can’t find answers to this anywhere. I need to add more data from Morocco but don’t know how. Stuck in crazy driving situation + no Google maps! Help!

    @sarehow @O2 02 4g has got worse and worse in SW over past few years. Plymouth city centre and barbican is non existent. Says 4g but no connection at all. Go mile or so out it works but very slow. South Devon and Cornwall the same. I.have to use my BT wifi in Plymouth.

    @c_l84 @O2 Is worse than bad, but the way o2 just try fob you off but still take there premium cost! If you not happy maybe retweet and use BBCWatchdog, WhichUK, Ofcom, Martin Lewis tags. Least get this known and maybe fixed!

    @O2 To be honest , it’s off and on everywhere. Was in colwyn bay last sat, scatty there. Terrible in Llandudno, terrible in Bangor. Hit and miss all over Anglesey too. Caernarfon is average. All places I frequent often. I was in valley yest.. very weak
