    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Ok, sorted, have to use different browser for each account! problem is I have 3 accounts due to the setup of our lines the accounts were done wrong initially, and there is no way of getting these merged without porting them out and back in! We have 5 SIM only lines!

    @O2 Yep got Wi-Fi calling enabled although doesn’t help so much when out and about. Hopefully this will be sorted very soon as been an ongoing issue for weeks.

    @O2 My Dad is trying to get his PAC code from you as he wants to switch from O2 PAYG to a different network & keep his number but he keeps getting a text back saying “there’s been an issue processing your request please try again later…” Can you help get his PAC code please?

    Can’t send text messages on @O2 in B26 Birmingham area, had it a few times this week, but not for long, now it seems completely broken, can receive texts and can make and receive calls. Not great for commonwealth 2022 if your service is out up the road from the NEC 😳

    @O2 Yes I have tried manually setting. I have used my phone/ sim abroad multiple times this year. I just keep getting “E” with 4 bars of signal. My boyfriend is with EE and accesses 4g with cosmote.
