    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 It's terrible how people are struggling right now and this sort of attitude doesn't help anyone. Putting prices up so high, then you have to chase them when they can't afford it. Very sad times and it's very sad to see O2 take the route of the high increase.

    All I wish to say to you @O2 is 🖕…. Rising my bill by nearly 19% is absolutely despicable. A crappy network with poor signal everywhere and even worse customer service, as soon as my contract is up I’m leaving you and never returning! Criminal behaviour @MartinSLewis
