I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 no service, no data for 3 days straight and I’m still paying for your services! I rang customer services and all they did was lie! They then told me to go into my local store and they said ring up customer services! @o2 you need to look into this!

Hey @Google.. You've lost a customer today due to @O2 being incompetent. I went into an @O2 store on Saturday to purchase a Pixel 7 Pro but all theirs computers were down. They assured me all deals will be the same on the Wednesday (today). 1/2
