    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 I need to speak to a real person on customer service, been trying for more than 2hrs to get help. My O2 account email was for a former job so I can not access that email & need to change it but seem to be stuck in a loop!!!
