    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @Ofcom As @O2 will not let me pay the final bill on my ex wife’s phone, even though the number is mine and has been as long as we were with them, I’m being forced to not pay by them. They offer no solution and therefore I cannot pay. Just letting you know how crap this is!

    There’s a reason I left @O2 and it’s because they’re just crap!!! Just received a bill, told to pay online, YOU CANNOT!! I log in and it states I have no products. True. I left. Because you’re crap. Need an easy payment link or you’ll have to sue me

    Asked to speak to senior management & the agent told me the manager will speak to me in 3 - 4 working DAYS what kind of customer service is this???? Especially when I don’t have a WORKING SIM because of your team’s incompetency to simply do a sim swap NOT change a phone no. @O2!!

    @O2 It won't allow any access beyond the login screen. Not a new issue, a quick Google shows it's been an issue for many years.
