@O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

@O2 why is the #O2 data connection always so dreadful at large events? On the Long Walk in Windsor today O2 customers often have no data and sometimes even no signal, yet all the other providers seem to be coping perfectly. Happens at every large event I attend.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz the worst mobile supplier. Due to Queens death they've decided not to help customers as their helplines are closed! 2 days without internet faster then 3mbps. Will cancel contract I've had with Vodafone since 1987 & go to @O2 bet they help customer's.

@O2 I have just come back from holiday and my mobile data won't connect even when I select this option, please can you fix this! I didn't use data roaming as I was able to access wi-fi throughout the trip.
