I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@EvidencePlzz @virginmedia @O2 They’re the worst ISP by a country mile. Lazy, rude and unhelpful customer service, constant dropouts and poor reliability - they could give their services for free and I’d still say no (which is what happened). Amazing that a company this terrijle are still in business.

@O2 my mobile Internet has been shocking the last few months but yesterday was exceptionally bad. Apparently it was 4g+ but it was taking minutes to load websites. Streaming anything the last few months has been bad because it's constantly buffering. 1/2
