I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 Literally the only time I've had this problem with any parcel (or know of any of the 17 other households in my building having it) it's with DPD. And in fact, for me, it's just been o2 parcels from DPD. Every other courier finds it no trouble.
