    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Don’t even bother putting that to me. ‘Turn my phone on and off again’ have a laugh. I’ve had no phone signal for almost 5 months. And your status checker says you’re working on my area to try to improve it. That’s disgraceful. Every single o2 user in this area has NO signal

    @O2 Despite numerous attempts to get loyalty discount applied and assurances it has been it is still not done! I have spent far too much time on this and would never recommend O2 because of this. Could I arrange someone to call at my convenience?

    @O2 But I can’t even get through to an agent to even make a complaint with you because every time I’ve tried it’s ‘all our agents are busy’ … oh and please don’t suggest that I call the helpline, because I would’ve tried that if I had signal.
