I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

@O2 nearly a week now and a mast near home still isn’t working so no calls or data. I wonder if the rest of your customers know that you don’t guarantee service but still expect payment. Surely we’re paying for a service and once you stop providing said service, we stop paying?

@O2 I have now with the help of the nice people at the o2 shop worked out there is a fault with the phone. This phone was given to me in February by @O2 insure. They are refusing to fix it without me paying an excess. I did not cause this problem. The phone was faulty.

@O2 They were available when I was trying constantly from 14:00pm til 14:15pm and it kept saying “there is an issue and we’ve been notified” so being sold out wouldn’t have been an issue unless they sold out in 20 seconds…in which case your offer is awful as it’s not inclusive is it

@O2 This whole experience has led me to make the decision to switch companies from @O2 . I had to explain the situation 7 times to 3 different people on the phone only to be told that although this is their fault I have to pay. I will never recommend your company to anyone
