    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Grt service from Cheltenham store for 10+yrs. But yesterday was rubbish. Store staff without a clue. Boss called at least 5 times, but didn’t even acknowledge me. My phone doesn’t work properly now, and the store don’t answer their phone. O2 Support also doesn’t answer 😡

    @o2 kids are stranded outside about 1000 of them ! Nearly 2 am and can’t get home ! No help etc fights on buses and now no buses and all missed last train ! This shouldn’t be happening
