  I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

  Absolute disgrace @O2 with priority not working and losing out on tickets, now I can’t even log into my account - codes aren’t being sent to my phone to log in. I use the app for other things and now I’m losing out. Please fix it.

  @Hurstchris2102 @millie_boughton @O2 I was already logged into O2 rewards but at 10am it forced me to login again but just kept swirling. Would have been easier if they gave everyone a code for one time use so we could go straight onto the ticket sites.
