    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Heres the weird thing it actually was decent! Also i cant use wifi calling when im out and about. Please fix or install new cell towers around in the Epsom area and around the surrounding towns. Either its due to congestion or poor signal!

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 I have had no service since the middle of September I have been using your network checker which has been telling me there's a problem with the mast. You've used every excuse and still not fixed I'm disgusted with the service and I deserve a refund on my bill

    @tomlister @O2 It’s awful. I went into the shop in Lancaster a few months back and they said they are down to 1 mast in the local area. Something to do with Huawei and 5G. My signal has been rubbish since 5G came on the scene. They said they were going to get it fixed, but nothing yet

    I am at my wits end with #O2, What was supposed to be a simple number transfer has resolved in an error which left me without service since December, the transfer goes back to September. I am reliant on this for work I am so disappointed this is not being resolved for me 😧 @O2
