20 mins on hold @O2 and you answer and hang up. Thought out of everyone you’d have a better phone network?

@WTofficial @evanescence I'd like an explanation for this, covid restrictions have been lifted. Is this because of damage to @O2? What about giving people the option to change their ticket to a different location?

@O2 awful service, take out a phone and contract then cancel it the saw day I received the phone, sent the phone back all confirmed. Then receive threatening emails and texts saying I owe them money!! I didn't even activate the phone!!!! If this goes against my credit

@virginmedia Sorry VM social media team I know that’s the scripted answer but while it’s a part of it an 11% rise when everyone is having a hard time already, except o2/vm who are literally making thousands of pounds a minute, stinks of customer abuse @O2

@O2 The phone has been returned and I have been refunded for the payment I made upfront, the problem is your system billing me for things I no longer have and have already cancelled. I've spoken to someone who said it's a system error but this does not help when it's my credit file

@O2 been trying to sign up to priority, I'm a virgin media customer and it says I can get priority. It's asking me to verify by typing in a 6 digit code but it's not being sent to me. Do you have any idea why this is? Thanks.
