    @O2 spoke to at least 3 people a day in a week and my phone still isn’t working. very unhappy with your service and that every single person I have spoken to has told me something different. I don’t trust you as a company and im praying that they release me from contract #OverO2

    @O2 I tried that and I got through. Couldn't fing what I needed. Tried again later on username and password incorrect even though I wrote it down. This happened a few times

    @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    @O2 I was struck down with covid, my debit card was block due to fraudulent activity. Can never connect on live chat and now they have disconnected my phon. Cannot call o2 or the bank to lift my debit card. Ridiculous service. I’ve been with them for 9 years, shows their loyalty

    @O2 I ordered 2 new Apple Watches back in April, both of which were supposed to come with free Beats Flex All-day Wireless Earphones. We were told in the O2 shop at the Trafford Centre that these would be posted to my home address within a month but we’ve never received them.
