  @O2 Thanks. The problem is apparently our line is faulty and no one can come out to fix it. So it would need to be router that doesn’t need a line 👎🏽

  No signal for over 3 months... Countless calls to @O2 and @SamsungMobile... Visits to store in person and no help or resolution. Never known such poor customer service. And still charging me £40 a month!!! Pirates and criminals
