So @O2 take the bar off my phone at 1700 hours and nearly 6 hours later the bar is still there even tho they told me it would be removed after 10 minutes, not like I need to use my phone or anything. I’ve only been a customer for 12 years and only spent about £5000 on them

@O2 went to use your Thirsty Thursday offer with 2 family members who also tried to use theirs. All 3 of us were unable to use them. They all would not scan .!!! The very first time we have tried and all 3 of us were let down and very embarrassed at the till on all 3 occasions.

@O2 Day 19 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
