@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@O2 wow I have never been through a worse IVR in my life. I can only guess no one has ever tested it from o2. All I want to do is port a number from EE to o2, I have a PAC number ready but might have to give up!

Ex-flatmate hasn't paid the bill he put under my name again and @O2 are dead quick to remove the service across the whole account whilst not replying to me and my friends about how dire their service is in Manchester(, London and Rugby).

@O2 so disappointed in your customer service and behaviour. I was swindled into a new contract today without the full details explained to me despite being a loyal customer of over 16 years. Only for a follow-up call to say there was nothing more they could do. Avoid at all costs
