@O2 HELLO!! I’ve been trying to pay my bill for two days now (it’s due tomorrow) whenever I try and pay, the money bounces back. I’ve used different bank cards now, all with money in and still the same so it’s not a problem with my bank.

@O2 what a waste of money it is I pay for you're service every month. Another mast issue in my area, no calls or texts all day, I ise this phone for buisness Yet again lost more money through o2 and the rubbish equipment I've never had this issue with any other service provider

The speeds I’m getting from Sky Fibre Max are appalling too, sometimes I can’t even use it, it’s so awful, like scraping the barrel speeds and connectivity which just isn’t worth it. @O2 to the rescue here though because their 4G tether speeds are usually faster than Sky Fibre.

@O2 Just happened again. On Bournemouth beach and no data connection to 4g. Have a signal and 4g icon just says no data connection. Guess is due to air show and lots of people and network can't cope?
