I can't pay my bill over the app or online as it says payment being processed when no payment has been made despite attempts. Now getting emails saying I'll be charged of no payment is received. Deano... (@Frugal_ways) reported@O2 There was no outage in Burnley, nor Horwich (right next to a 5g mast!) a day later. Tried the old airport mode reset, plus phone reset, neither worked. Got home, works fine. Little point paying for a mobile service if it only works when I'm home.
