An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

That was to last three months, with a hold on the account to prevent a disabled woman from having her service cut off. Today @o2 decided they would rescind that and have cut her off and demanded full payment for the discounted months, as well as a reconnection fee.

She’s been trying to get in touch with @o2 despite phone calls being difficult for her, been on hold for an hour, and now all outgoing calls are blocked including to o2’s customer services. This is an atrocious way to treat someone who has been a loyal customer for years.

@BBCNews @O2 ...It very nearly cost me am extra £250 a month on mortgage for 5 years. That would have been £15,000 extra on that alone. @o2 were remorseless and pretty much refused to help. Shocking companies can do this.

@O2 @DisneyPlusUK What do i have to do to gain an email of my proof or usage? Since Monday I've been told it will take 24hours for an email to be received. Ive called. Sent complaint. Spoke on live. Called 4 times. Been told an escalation will be made. Still NOTHING. Its just an email??!!!?!?!?
