@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

My contract with @o2 is due to end shortly. There’s absolutely no way I’ll be renewing given they’ve opened various phone contracts under my details; a debt of £1830 is now against my name. My credit score is down 148 pts. Disgusting company - avoid at all costs!!! @LutzSchueler

@O2 why now I’ve changed from rolling contract to pay as you go have you managed to mess up my myo2 app and I’ve had zero support. Nearly 2 weeks and still no further forward with the app. Guess only direct debit payments matter to you these days

@O2 utterly ridiculous, signed up for a new contract three and a half weeks ago, received phone and was told my account had been shut down by the fraud team. Emailed as instructed 13 working days ago and heard absolutely nothing. Brand new iPhone 14 sat in a drawer unusable 😤
