@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 seriously, your customer service over the last two weeks has been shocking. My partner has had to take hours out of work to chase you. Youre close to lossing 6 customers from our household if you don't step up. I'm not usually 1 to get pissy on twitter, but this is ridiculous

Bought an @O2 Pay As Yo Go SIM card yesterday from local shop. Turns out £10 month bundle, not what I wanted. Spoke to your customer services, helpfully phone disconnected after 30 minutes. SIM card still "Not recognised on network"

@O2 almost 2 and a half months still not repaired a mast in hd61jr area . Data slow horrendous when trying to use it for work purposes . Trying to gain access that’s all your texts say . How much longer will it take ?
