    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 No - I think you're missing the fact that you still have services that a service designed, a UX guy, a bit of css and common sense could fix up in a week, it wouldn't be super cheap, but leaving this service running like it is, just isn't acceptable.

    @O2 Comes to something when the 1st nuisance caller u have to bar is your mobile service provider, 3 calls in 24 hours, if I don't answer the 1st take the hint. Yes my contract is up for renewal but please use email/post so I can decide when to respond. Prob won't stay 02 now ..

    Can’t believe the customer experience I just had with @O2. 35 minutes with an agent that didn’t have any confidence in what they were doing, and then refused to let me speak to a supervisor because they were “in a meeting”. Why is the supervisor not supervising?

    @O2 the most appalling and terrible customer service experience yesterday with THREE experts not knowing what an “error” message meant so much so that when I suggested they replied “oh yes that must be it”!! Two and half hours no Apple Watch. Probably left countless attempts on
