@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I won't use Priority while you have a contract with @TicketmasterUK as they have no sense of what customer service is. This situation emphasises this. Do not renew and go with a more competent company. A tune who wants tickets @seetickets go on sale at 10am 12 November.

@O2 Absolutely embarrassing. Bots picking them up to resell on rip off sites. Saturday's general sale will be just as bad. It was honestly easier back in the early 00's when you could queue up for them. At least that way you knew more tickets were going to dedicated fans.

@O2 There is no excuse. I have been trying all day to purchase tickets and it has not worked at all. What a frustrating day I have had! You should have predicted the demand. YOU NEED TO FIX THIS ASAP AND GUARANTEE ALL O2 CUSTOMERS HAVE SEATS FOR PETER KAY! AFTERALL IT IS YOUR F’UP!
