    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    @O2 I wouldn’t bother. The signal in my area for internet doesn’t work at all. Put a complaint in but was told by the store they are getting a lot of complaints but they need a lot for the big bosses to actually act on it. As soon as my contract is up I’m leaving :(

    Anyone else noticed a dip in all round service from @O2 since they merged with @virginmedia? Customer service is poorer, everything takes longer to do, coverage is poorer. I miss the old O2 service, it was impeccable.

    I cannot believe that in 3 years the signal in Chartlon wit @O2 is still crap! I cannot make phone calls from my house! And no one has ever cared about any of my complaints! UNBELIEVABLE!

    @EjWaterfield @JamboNFT @O2 Doesn’t bother me. Lower monthly payment and I have the option to pay it off if I want plus I never change phones every year as I don’t see the point.

    @O2 @nothing O2 really need to stop pushing this phone, they ghost customers, back log of refunds, have cash flow issues and lie. Mastercard reported section 75 triggers for this company in their hundreds

    @Virgin @virginmedia @O2 virgin, you have provided the worst customer experience and journey I've ever seen. Signed up, month later you decide my home is unserviceable and cancel without notifying me, following 4 visits. You've not however notified O2 so I've been charged.
