@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 why are you so incompetent with number porting from another network?!?! Ordered my sim 25th November, only managed to get a working sim on Sunday after going into store. I put through a number port in store, waited 3 days.. nothing. Phoned o2, 2 more days... nothing

@VodafoneUK I have to say your 4g network is absolutely crap, I've never known such a glitchy mobile provider, highly regret having to leave @O2 and before you say about 5g being better can't get it in my area and if you can't sort 4g, no hope 5g will be any better
