@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 Long-term customer for 15 years with multiple open accounts/numbers with you but I find myself unable to turn off age restriction/content filters without a credit card (I don't have this). Your website says I can go into a store with photo ID - surely this isn't necessary?!

@O2 Of course you can say that-there is never any visability on the numbers of codes so for all we know there is one ticket per cinema. It was literally less than 60 seconds which suggests the number of tickets is now so low it’s not worth providing the offer if nobody gets a ticket?
