That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

Hello @O2 Is there any way of contacting you to increase my spend limit? The 8002 number is not working and the chat is busy? Since it's MY spend limit not yours, an increase within YOUR limit should not really require any human input should it?

@O2 Thanks for the response. But It's been like it for months. Others have complained and got same response. How is this time any different? Can u assure me it is going to be fixed I need phone signal as am in middle of a house sale and a house purchase. Please provide date of fix.

@O2 Just waited over an hour to get through to someone, who immediately put me on hold, then hung up after half an hour. I've dealt with some truly awful companies in my time and you're DEFINITELY up there with the worst. Time for me to ratchet things up

For the last five months or so I've had an O2 PAYG SIM to do network testing, but it doesn't support 5G, VoLTE or VoWiFi. O2 can't say when this will change (which also means O2 can't give a date to turn off 3G!), which is somewhat disappointing. What's the hold up @O2?
