@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Hi @O2, Is there any way of being released from my 24-month contract early without a early exit fee? I have 9 months left. I am really disappointed with the service I am receiving, as I very rarely get a decent signal anywhere.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 is there a problem with your website and app? Can’t log in to view my account on the website, just times out. Every other website works. The app lets me on but can’t view upgrade, change tariff or bolt on options. I have tried deleting/reinstalling.
