Keith Merriman (@uzi_mc) reported from Wootton, England@O2 Any update yet @O2? I’m trying to buy this for my 15 year old daughter who is having to self-isolate over Christmas. If you can’t fix it, I want to cancel and will just go direct to Disney and forget the discount.

Anthony Williams (@passionforpiano) reported from Radley, England@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

Neil Playle (@neilpop) reported@O2 what is going on??? Still no update on my phones, no one answering at your “phone” store and even your so called “resolutions” team won’t give me an update! I guess you feel the money is in the bank so don’t have to bother with any level of customer service?

Why_So_Serioz? (@why_so_serioz) reported@EnglandRugby @O2 Every director of England Rugby Union needs to be sacked. Firing the most successful coach of recent generations. Keeping the current worst one. Culture always comes from the top and English rugby is in shambles.

Fiona Coad (@CoadFiona) reported@O2 over 20 years a business customer. You have billed us £2k for calls made whilst in Mexico because we didn’t have a bolt on. This should flag up on client account and you should contact clients to make them aware, not just profit from their error. No client loyalty.

Carto Crazy aka Jeff Owen, Swindon #Rejoiner Woke (@MapdraughterUK) reported@O2 :- it is a disgrace that central Swindon is not covered by 5G and that 5G+ is only useable outdoors in selective parts of the town centre. Worse, since you started to migrate to 5G parts of my house in Old Town, Swindon are dead zones. A premium rate demands premium service.

rockin_plumber 🤘😎🤘 (@_Dave_Morris_) reported@iz__zy @O2 I’m having this issue as well, I’ve been told this is isolated to Pay as You go customers, not sure if that applies to you? The way @O2 reply in here it’s like they don’t even know what Priority is though.
