@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@o2 as usual your cust service line goes dead when calling. You’ve messaged to say you’ve cancelled my rolling plan on 18th October- but have taken the monthly DD on the same day. I now can’t make phone calls and only direct is to top up centre. What’s going on???

@O2 invasive ask your salary when you get a mobile phone contract. I have never had any other service provider do this. If you need access to 02s network without the invasive data collection you can use giffgaff or tesco instead.

4 weeks waiting for iPhone Pro Max from @O2 . On ordering the lead time was “up to 2 weeks”. My order status was changed to “up to one week” and the “2 to 3 days”. stuck at “2 to 3 days” for 3 weeks - no further updates. Have called with no satisfactory response! Poor service

@virginmedia is once more making life difficult. Since they joined with @O2 we can't access our account. Mum is stuck in a never ending spiral of verify your email etc etc and still can't get into her bill 😡

@virginmedia there’s nothing wired to the router as far as i’m aware. We have Virgin TV with our broadband, that’s been ok but as soon as I leave the room the WiFi router is in, the connection just goes and as I say my @O2 signal is a joke where I live so I have nothing. It’s getting annoying

@Ofcom Thanks @Ofcom - @O2 have basically ignored me, and when i raised complaint they sent me email with confirming their ‘resolution’ but nothing has been looked in to
