@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 O2 most definitely is one of the worst networks if not the worst ever!!! Over 6 weeks of complaints and over 537 minutes of telephone calls and over 10 promises of call back…yet nothing has happened!!!

  • ItsJamieIRL ItsJamieIRL (@ItsJamieIRL) reported

Hi @O2 I’ve heard masts in my local area are over subscribed & currently I’m getting very poor signal for the past few days & months at times. I’m paying for something I can’t use? Also heard there’s going to be no solution for a long time. How can this be resolved?

  • apakula Andy Pakula (@apakula) reported

Have you been the victim of direct debit abuse? @O2 helped themselves to more than £5000 for a service I never used or knew I had 'signed up for'. What companies have had their greedy hands your direct debit pockets? #fraud #Greed

  • MatthewGrove89 Matthew Grove (@MatthewGrove89) reported

Hey @O2, last week I tried to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 12 in blue in Westfield Stratford & the shop didn’t have the right one I was after. Fair enough. Today, the employee at White City seemed distracted, wasn’t really paying attention & wasn’t much help. I was told to call

  • SteveBrooks13 Steve Brooks 🟨🟥 (@SteveBrooks13) reported

@apakula @O2 Wow. That's a lot. How many months of service was it supposed to cover?

  • apakula Andy Pakula (@apakula) reported

That was a bad bad move. Over 12 years, @O2 cheerfully siphoned more than £5000 from my account. When I discovered this recently and stopped the DD, they sent the £75.82 due to a collection agency (Lowell) who continue to hound me.

  • Ghoul_of_London ⚠️Skeleton O'Rourke⚠️ (@Ghoul_of_London) reported

@O2 Yes it's fine, I just use my phone for certain devices that are locked out of the network for security reasons. Thanks for acknowledging the issue. Perhaps update on here to general audience when you get an estimated fix date? Thank you.

  • Bravo_10_Bravo Bruce (@Bravo_10_Bravo) reported

@O2 That’s great but in the meantime I’m paying for data I can’t access. Is it possible to end my contract early as you are unable to provide the service I’m paying for?
