@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I'm not having problems anymore. I just think you need to upgrade your network capacity here. Analogue phone lines are being turned off so it's concerning that I can't rely on O2 during a power cut. It was just lucky I had another phone on Vodafone who worked flawlessly.

@O2 your Star Trader was down last month and no commission payment made. The site is now running, but no payment made. You prioritised rectifying the site but not the payment. Please tell me when payments will resume? I don’t want to go another year to two years with no payment.

I am absolutely sick to the back teeth of the @O2 network. Doesn’t matter where I am as the service is shocking. Most apps take ages to load anything. Not sure what I’m paying for. Last time I had an issue you had the audacity to tell me to use WI-FI

@O2 Option 5 - Having staff in your own store call me a liar because I report an issue with your network, then attempt to report me for breaching terms because they saw a EE PAYG SIM in my phone also. Or your support team not wanting to listen. List carries on
