    @O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

    Hi @O2 Really poor customer service. Was told in store I could activate a new sim online/ on phone. After much time on hold I now find I can only activate in store. So now I have to find time to travel to the store to get my phone to work. In a heatwave.

    @O2 @BlenkharnPaul Seems pretty stupid that it is a technical fault that some O2 advisors are unaware of - if you click on my tweet thread, there’s a technical fault with changing contracts - I haven’t had signal for 4 days either
