    @Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

    That is it!!! I am leaving O2!!!! My Internet signal doesn't even exist these days!! Even in the city I can't get 5 or 4g constantly saying "h" no signal!?!!? @o2

    @O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

    @O2 how hard is it to do transfer of ownership. My ex and I have spoken to two customer service and gave two passwords and yet someone still mucks up. It’s getting ridiculous that Ive to keep calling with my ex (going through a breakup which isn’t easy) and causing me more pain

    Just a few things I enjoy more than trying to go on the internet using @O2 mobile network. 1- Banging my head against a wall. 2- Stepping on Lego. 3- Toothache. 4- Listening to commercial radio. 5- Getting a paper cut. 6- Visiting the 02 shop where they just blame your device.

    Has anyone sent a phone through @O2 O2 Reycle and used a courier service? I tried to sell a phone before and the post office lost it, so thought it made more sense to send via a courier like DHL
