They asked me to visit their store to get active, at this day and age Now even the network is not good and they aren’t helping Switch to some other network. They are not very helpful.

Paul Harvey (@Paulharvey16) reported@O2 over 4 hours to get a PAC code to instigate my right to cancel (due to your unfair increase) then a phone call to support (on hold for 30 mins) get through and you cut me off. This is disgraceful customer service from a loyal customer of over 20 years. @MartinSLewis
