@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 I am o2 in Hammersmith and trying to get through to o2 to make a complaint about two of its staff members in which one of them told me to shut up and get out, I have had account with o2 for over 15 years and have never had a problem all came in was for a upgrade for my iPhone

Your live chat customer service is dreadful. It’s not hard to speak to someone politely. Had to ask 4 times about how to put a complaint through, which they then tried to cancel my contract in retaliation, wtf? @O2 #rude
