@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 sort my problem. No Service. Have spoken and chatted to all of your possibilities for past 24 hrs. They’ve gone home and left me ******. I pay a monthly contract on DD and u can’t be ****** to sort my problem. Shit customer service 🙄

@BBCWatchdog @O2 I can see so many issues with this network and customer service, o2 is just awful. They don’t address the issues or do as they promise, such as return calls! 4 in ten days promised.

@jonathanlandrew @O2 Networks terrible, I think it has major technical problems due to it be overloaded. Tweet a complaint adding BBCWatchdog and let’s get someone else in the fight for getting what we pay for!

@Extinguisherman @O2 It’s like sport with me and them. They always say there aren’t any issues on my postcode. I consider never having enough of a signal to make calls or receive or send an SMS quite an issue. I live on a big business and housing estate too.

@PoetessJess @EE @O2 Every networks going to have good and bad areas, but o2 in the south east is horrid. Even the employee at the Bluewater was amazed on how bad my iPhone 13 was running!!!

@ThomasEdmund71 @O2 Repost your complaint and add @BBCWatchdog, let’s get o2 some free advertising. What gets me is the coverage checker says I get good 2G, 3G and 4G but the status page says the masts congested!!! How you ever going get a good service from poor infrastructure?

31 hrs have passed since I reached out to @O2 Social Media Support Team to resolve OTP message failure. I have provided all information requested but received no information back regarding any progress, resolution or likely timing of either. This leads me to obvious conclusions.

@WhichUK @o2 maybe worth looking at the home page of o2. I am not alone with network issues and when you try to complain just ignored/ lied to. Customer service is horrendous.

@ryan_whatmough @O2 Your one of many including me, they use reset network setting, swap sim as some kind of stalling tactic. Then you get the return phone call promise, about as legit as a £15 note!
