@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@O2 FAO Matthew Davies O2 Customer Service Manager. I requested via Twitter an eSim pack for an iPhone 14. 5 days later I still don’t have one & the social media team has put in an order for a “Sim swap” which is not what I need. They don’t seem to understand how eSim works ?!

@O2 can’t even fix the mast in my area and it’s nearly been 1 whole month. I’m so baffled as to what’s going on. I’m told an engineer is “likely” to be on the case and I know that’s some bullsh*t. Absolutely shambolic service!

@clarkjames79 @O2 Just spoke to CS and you need go to settings mobile network, sim, preferred network type then turn off the 5g line and restart phone. He said it's linked to 5g whilst they fix the issue so just follow those steps. Worked for me. If not call CS as maybe something he did his end.

@GreggsOfficial Manager at Elstree branch made me scan my o2 priority code twice purposely to tell me that the code is expired. She then blamed the tills and greggs system. @O2 the codes include donuts in the terms and conditions and she refused me the treat! #Elstree #greggs #o2
