@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@TimMorriss4 @O2 Cancel the contract and switch networks if you can! They’re raising their prices again by £2.50!!!

  • AHunter1604
    Just A (@AHunter1604) reported

@O2 why has the slow network in my area still not been resolved? Been fine since I became a customer and suddenly dropped out over the last week. The message on the service status about “busy area” is a poor excuse. It’s like using 3G again.

  • qlexroby
    qlexroby (@qlexroby) reported

@O2 what’s going on with my data you *****. 5G 4 bars but doesn’t work sometimes? Then you have the cheek to send me an email about prices increasing. **** you. *****

  • Shaneo1982
    Sean (@Shaneo1982) reported

Anyone else having issues with their 4g on the @O2 network. For two weeks, when I’m not connected to the Wi-Fi, I can’t load web pages, check emails or send Wattsapp. What’s going on? & @O2 have the audacity to increase their prices in April.

  • ammaskuldeep
    Kuldeep Wadhwa (@ammaskuldeep) reported

@Kezza_147 @O2 They do this with everyone. I bought esim 4 weeks ago, still have no access to online accounts. They asked me to visit their store to get active, at this day and age Now even the network is not good and they aren’t helping Switch to some other network. They are not very helpful.

    Ross Southgate (@ross003ross) reported

@MartinSLewis @GMB Ive been an O2 customer for years, now on sim only and after this news I'll certainly be looking for cheaper sim only deals elsewhere. Goodbye @O2

  • malharrisauthor
    Malcolm Harris (@malharrisauthor) reported

@O2 I am hugely disappointed in you. You set out your annual increases in advance so as to attract customers and THEN midway through the term you increase the monthly rate. But of course we can cancel if we don’t like it!! Shame on you! 🤬@MartinSLewis

  • danfelton
    Dan (@danfelton) reported

@O2 worst network ever. As soon as my contract is finished, I am done with you. Awful awful network.

  • Paulharvey16
    Paul Harvey (@Paulharvey16) reported

@O2 over 4 hours to get a PAC code to instigate my right to cancel (due to your unfair increase) then a phone call to support (on hold for 30 mins) get through and you cut me off. This is disgraceful customer service from a loyal customer of over 20 years. @MartinSLewis

  • technicslover
    Technicslover (@technicslover) reported

Can't help thinking @O2 have really ****** up with these yearly price rises. Remember when @ThreeUK kicked everyone off the One Plan, it took them several years to get the lost business back. But hey they know best. Bet PAC codes are flying out the door today.
