@O2 I’m an O2 fan but at a time when many will have been given new apple watches its hugely disappointing that we can’t then subscribe to an O2 mobile data plan for the watch due to ‘known technical issues’.

@Apple @O2 really disappointed in the customer service I am receiving for an iwatch that I have had for 13 months & an update that was required by the watch has caused it to go into a hardware failure & no one taking responsibility & expecting me to pay £326 for a repair!!

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the UK internet infrastructure is old, it's a patchwork of systems from different eras. Less developed countries have a newer total network

  • GymItalian83
    John Sabian (@GymItalian83) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 I think it’s most of the UK. I’m on EE and the network used to be good, but the last few years it’s been poor

    Martin Summers 🟥⬜️⬛️ (@martinsummers20) reported

@jibbajabbba @kokeshimum @O2 EE sponsor or did sponsor Wembley Stadium, I’ve been with EE for years and every time I went to Wembley I could never get a signal, pretty poor showing if your name is all over the gaff

  • Brexit_Refugee
    Brexit Refugee (@Brexit_Refugee) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One thing that bugs me in UK is the terrible signal. Next thing is if you have an “open reach” router it reserves 30% of your bandwidth for broadcasting a public 5G hotspot onto the street for Open Reach customers using the WiFi hotspot app…. Utter con.

  • dapsy7
    claire audley (@dapsy7) reported

@O2 trying to buy something from your shop, get to payment page and it tells me u are having issues and to call a no, only the number it tells u to call is to talk about your phone acc, btw, your app is hard work since u merged with virgin,
