  • jill_jtc

@O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

  • Uptowndiscos
Uptown entertainment discos (@Uptowndiscos) reported from Harlow, England

@O2 the answer to that question is primarily no. I would have to leave Virgin as a HOME customer and then sign up as a business customer? What about my TV package?

  • Atanvarne
ㄥ乇乂丨乇 (@Atanvarne) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

  • hadhamlane
Andy Lane (@hadhamlane) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@O2 ...and then when you’re signed up they change your deal to make you worse off. #O2 reducing the friends & family discount for a loyal customer is the last straw for me.. #O2

@mhewson_MCH @O2 Switch to Tesco, I did it as soon as they announced the ridiculous rise. Same network, but way cheaper and you don't get bombarded with the ridiculous O2 Priority stuff.

  • MawJoe
    Joe Maw (@MawJoe) reported

@O2 your service has been terrible since you amalgamated with Virgin I’ve had my security locked on my account despite several phone calls promising to unlock. This was caused by believe it or not, me wanting to spend money with o2z. Since then I’ve been charged twice for a bill

  • goddessnemo2
    Goddess Nemo (@goddessnemo2) reported

@GarySpedding @arokorol @O2 I’m glad you googled it, now do you see how the signal won’t just randomly ping to one 6 miles away instead of a tower right there? Also, it’s more like a 45 minute to 60 minute drive, I used to do it weekly.

  • jmilprint
    Jazza (@jmilprint) reported

@mhewson_MCH @NickOresme @O2 I just switched to Giffgaff, 40gb data, and unlimited calls etc £10 a month on a rolling monthly contract. The 5G has been much more consistent with Giffgaff although it's the same network!!

  • Rachel_Coombs
    Rachel (@Rachel_Coombs) reported

@mhewson_MCH @O2 After they inc their prices by more than they stipulated in their contract last year both me and my partner left. C£15 cheaper each pcm, comparable data, can use abroad, better signal!! IDMobile
