  • TimPBreden
Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, England

Oh my @O2 this is shameful customer service, new iPhone 12 arrives Thu a.m. & wasn’t working, told need to wait 24 hrs for SIM to activate. 24 hrs later not working, told phone barred, no reason given, wait 24 hrs, phone not working. Now Sat & told block hasn’t been removed, WOW

  • sammi_hills
Sam Hills (@sammi_hills) reported from Hove, England

Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

  • TimPBreden
Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, England

An hour on Live Chat at @O2 only to be told they haven’t done what they promised THU & FRI. What they will do is make sure the back end team, who they assured me yesterday, will do today what they promised 24 and 48 hours ago, why do I think I’ll be on Chat tomorrow? #O2 #awful

  • jmlafc12
Madame Petit 🇪🇺❄️ #FBPE #StopBrexit (@jmlafc12) reported from Crawley, England

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

  • IAmJackSlade
Jack Slade (@IAmJackSlade) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@O2 hello. I received a phone call earlier today from this number - 0330 123 9245 Was that O2? The automated call claimed they were and knew my name. I didn't do anything apart from hang up so I've not got any major concerns but I wanted to check

  • caroline_hal
Caroline Hall (@caroline_hal) reported from Worthing, England

@O2 not happy with service in Worthing branch, my 71 Mum’s phone has broken after 25 days & they insisted that had to be sent away & refused her a replacement to cover her. They refused for 20mins till they realised she was on my business account. Treat people with respect please

  • Mas66778543
TheRealSlimShady 😎 (@Mas66778543) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

  • russmacdonald
Russell Macdonald (@russmacdonald) reported from Sompting, England

@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

  • chambjennie
Jennie chamberlain (@chambjennie) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@O2 where exactly can you cancel a contract within the 14 day cooling off period ?? Yours frustrated

  • NickWestonCCO
Nick Weston 🇪🇺 (@NickWestonCCO) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@O2 I can’t access my MyO2 account. I’m not a new customer. Please can someone get in touch to fix? Thanks.

  • garypleece
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

Been subjected to the worst episode of customer service I’ve know with @O2 5 calls, inconsistent advice each time. Most ironic thing is that the hold music, apart from being shite, sounds like it’s being played under water and is turned up to 11. It’s a phone company. Jeez.

  • arsenalfantv5
arsenal fan tv 💜 (@arsenalfantv5) reported from Crawley, England

@O2 Hi. Which areas of the London Underground Network do you cover whilst in the tunnels or would that be a question to be directed at TfL

@O2 what happened to your o2 priority sale on @lonelythebrave What a **** up !

  • pridgway65
    Pridgers (@pridgway65) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because we live in a country filled with ******* that have read somewhere the 5G mast will hurt them, but they did not see the report that said it was fine because they didn’t get a signal, we have the tech, just don’t use it.

  • behrendtio
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.

  • MarkyB_62
    Mark Breeze🕷💙💻🐟 #FBPE #FBPA #RejoinEU🇺🇦 (@MarkyB_62) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the operators put profit ahead of service? Coverage investment goes into the high traffic/ high profit urban areas, at the expense of suburban & rural coverage. Better regulation would help.

  • fatbeardymark
    Fatbeardymark 🗿 🍪 🪤 (@fatbeardymark) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Because the 5g fuckwits burn the towers down.

  • _unidropout
    uni drop-out✨ (@_unidropout) reported

Does anyone else have literally no service on @O2 absolutely ******* everywhere in the uk or is that just me? Sick to ******* death of paying £60 for a phone contract and never being able to use my bloody phone

  • Phil_Taylor_4
    Phil M Taylor (@Phil_Taylor_4) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 The whole of UK telecoms is way behind many other developed parts of the world. Everyone has 5G capable gadgets but our networks are generally not up to 5G. More and more devices are connecting so speeds are not keeping up to demand. It’s very very poor.

  • AlanDuncan1971
    Alan Neil Duncan (@AlanDuncan1971) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Was in Estonia earlier this year, everywhere you went, no matter how remote the signal was booming. I drive 1m from my home and you start losing reception and that’s on the outskirts of Edinburgh; it’s pathetic and yet we pay more for a poorer service

  • _junal
    These days (@_junal) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 The government told all the operators to remove Chinese components from masts due to spying fears. Replaced with substandard equipment. Not down to operators it's due to government interference.

  • DavidCo73785574
I can't remember most the time. (@DavidCo73785574) reported

@kokeshimum @O2 Across Europe the phone companies share mast access that's why you never lose signal. For some bizarre reason in the UK they don't share the beacons. I travel all over Europe with no signal loss. In the UK I have multiple black spots even in high population areas.
