My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. So if you buy iPhone 17 sim free, it's about 32 a month over 24 months, then buy a sim deal. It will probs be cheaper
