@O2 here we go again. In the same room as my Virgin router and I have a measly ONE bar of reception. I’m equidistant between masts in the middle of Brighton. Dreadful service.

  • Dave_Clare
David Clare (@Dave_Clare) reported from Billingshurst, England

@O2 Read this carefully- we do not owe you any money!! You took nearly £800 from our account for no reason and i have spent more time talking to your customer services than I have done working - you are a shower of s***

TheRealSlimShady 😎 (@Mas66778543) reported from Haywards Heath, England

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

  • barbados10
chris rose (@barbados10) reported from Southwick, England

@O2 I have spoken to store and found out it was collected Tuesday, they believe that it will be a replacement, can you give me some timescales on this please as due to medical needs I am lost without my watch, I would add it has never functioned correctly since December!

  • louise_sarah

  • barbados10
chris rose (@barbados10) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@O2 you inept and incompetent helpdesk and customer have consumed my whole weekend trying to get my watch ultra to work, it’s now offline again I just want to return it and forget it and buy a luxury normal watch I have no time for this ****.

  • thekinaton
🔥🕊️ Jason Sensation 🔥🕊️ (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

If you are planning to use @o2 vouchers in @allbarone #brighton. Regardless of you having multiply SIM cards or codes.. they will accept only one per customer, despite O2 saying you can use multiply. Love to hear @eatdrinkmb comments on this matter...

  • mel_shad
    💀☠Mel Shad ☠💀 (@mel_shad) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@pedros113 @O2 Actually, until the last month or so I've had excellent service from them and no complaints at all, so I dont think they are 'shite' at all. I was only asking if there was some kind of fault that might have caused the change.

  • thekinaton
🔥🕊️ Jason Sensation 🔥🕊️ (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@allbarone @O2 Don't need them to make contact, they have told me they are only allowed to take one per customer

  • thekinaton
🔥🕊️ Jason Sensation 🔥🕊️ (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

My sister just told me her voucher from @o2 didn't work. Im not paying the massive increase prices for a one day Ticket. Anyone able to help her out 🙄 #EGX2022

  • sammi_hills
Sam Hills (@sammi_hills) reported from Hove, England

Wanted to get the new IPhone 11, as I’m well over my upgrade time with @O2 but again it’s far cheaper to get a new contract or go with EE then upgrade. I’ll never understand why companies don’t give loyal customers (been with them since o2 started) a better or same deal.

  • IAmJackSlade
Jack Slade (@IAmJackSlade) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@O2 hello. I received a phone call earlier today from this number - 0330 123 9245 Was that O2? The automated call claimed they were and knew my name. I didn't do anything apart from hang up so I've not got any major concerns but I wanted to check

  • thekinaton
🔥🕊️ Jason Sensation 🔥🕊️ (@thekinaton) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@Yes_Its_Dave @GreggsOfficial @O2 No issue with O2.. they worked fine

  • TimPBreden
Tim Breden (@TimPBreden) reported from Arundel, England

Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

  • happy_matty86
Matt (he/him) (@happy_matty86) reported from Haywards Heath, England

Techie Twitter!!! Has anyone bought a mobile phone signal booster for their house and if so, any recommendations? Need it for @EE and @O2

  • shaunobrien_
Shaun (@shaunobrien_) reported from Hove, England

I’ve never known such crap customer service as I’ve encountered through @O2.

@O2 has the worse customer service…. Ever! Automated service is toilet.

  • mikegardner_wb
    Mike Gardner (@mikegardner_wb) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I was in the West Midlands at the weekend. Reception ranged from patchy to awful. Countless billions wasted on high speed rail instead of reliable hi-speed mobile / Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • nicknickster
    Nick Booth (@nicknickster) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @vodafone Exactly. They all share one network of masts now so no-one has an incentive (or an ability) to provide a better service

  • Briana432130275
    Briana (@Briana432130275) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE O2 are the worst. The rot started under tories

  • SoSoaksy
    Amelia Eberhardt-Armstrong (@SoSoaksy) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 They are reducing signal strength to save electricity costs. They even boast about how they reduce energy consumption by switching equipment off/running in lower power. Esp in non peak periods such as overnight. Doesn’t seem to be subject to regulatory measures

  • StevenL24817437
    Steven Lynn (@StevenL24817437) reported

@O2 Formal complaint - Business account . All 3 numbers failed simultaneously - no data, calls or texts. Left stranded, couldn't get an Uber or check bank accounts. Now you've tried to take £394.14 when my usual bill is £116 and spend caps are in place. Your complaints form is also broken. Disgraceful service. #O2

  • ChrisMPattinson
    Chris M Pattinson (@ChrisMPattinson) reported

@Morgan7MJ @O2 The service in the UK is appalling now. The bandwidth is not big enough to support the number of subscribers on all networks. Vodafone is bad also especially in London

  • SarahLudford
    Sarah Ludford 🇬🇧 🇮🇪🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@SarahLudford) reported

It’s not just ‘recently’ @O2. @TomTugendhat is absolutely right that your mobile coverage in London is consistently poor. I have found it better in rural Spain than in ‘London, Global City’. Perhaps @MayorofLondon could direct his £7m PR spend to mobile infrastructure instead?

  • Bloatee1
    Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported

    @TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I don’t see the problem.

  • Fr2962Free
    Free Speech Highway (@Fr2962Free) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 The issue is the mobile companies raise prices mid contract and end of contract in line with RPI but signals and services in areas remains woeful
