Been on hold for 50 minutes @O2 not sure how much longer I can do this. After 20 minutes talking to an operator who clearly had inadequate knowledge I was passed to “retention”, which is where I’ve remained as a “valued customer” #valuedcustomer #JokeService

I have been an @O2 customer for my whole mobile phone life. Since the #Nokia days of the early 90’s. Disgusted that they promised me no data roaming charges a while ago. Now looking for a new mobile phone operator that keeps their promises. Anyone??

@O2 I’m not sure what number it is that you want. My mum went into store, they wouldn’t even look at her phone so I doubt they made a note of her phone or customer number. This isn’t the first time she’s had poor service in that store. Luckily she’s able to go into the Brighton store

@O2 Well after upgrading to an iPhone 14 Pro you managed to disconnect my line causing my Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Pro device plans to be taken from my account without authorisation at a cost of £1950!! Bravo 👏🏻 couldn’t recommend o2 to my worst enemy these days.

@O2 ordered a phone last night. They promise next day before midnight. Paid £5.99 to arrive before 12 noon. Had to chase as nothing arrived. Was cut off a call, twice. Then told no phone was allocated to me and it wouldn't be today. Sometime. I told O2 it's a bad Omen.

@O2 Someone tried to access my account today so I called you to say that any activity on my account is fraudulent but you then ask me to give you my password or a verification code to confirm it’s me, something you specifically tell people not to do… pretty poor service…

@AlexanderChrisS @O2 Im pay monthly and I'm trying to cancel a phone that has been inactive for over a year (because I don't even have a SIM card and you've locked me out of my account) Why wouldn't you close this as it's clearly inactive or do you just do this to PAYG customers? @rhianna_joseph @AlexanderChrisS @O2 Honestly, at this point in, spending hours on hold, being hung up on (on more than 3 occasions) I mentally can't face it. At this point, even the word "O2" is a trigger. I was told I would have a reply within 7 working days to an official complaint. That was on 3rd March.
